Wait times for prescriptions are just ridiculous. 35 minutes in the drivethru. Went inside thinking it would be quicker but they were 12 customers deep and 1 cashier!

I received a reminder email about getting my appointment for my second covid vaccine shot saying nothing has changed. When I went in to get the shot, I was told it was cancelled. So they sent a reminder email about the appointment saying nothing has changed even though they cancelled my appointment. If theyre going to send an email containing details about an appointment, they need to make sure the information is correct so people dont waist their time.

37 minutes in the drive thru? I understanding staffing issues. However, Ill be going across town for my Walgreens needs. I will come back days after and still have the same issues. WHY DONT YOU STAFF THE BUSIEST STORE IN THE CITY?

I have had the pleasure of calling and verifying medication for many of my patients at this pharmacy. The overnight staff always make time for me and answer all my questions professionally. Absolutely some of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Don’t be surprised if they literally refuse to answer the phone and/or you wait over 45 minutes in their drive-thru.

The wait time for the pharmacy is horrible. Ive tried going at all different times, going in the store vs drive-thru and no matter what I have to wait in line for at least 30 mins.

Not a bad place, HOWEVER…this store is the SLOWEST in the drive thru for prescriptions! We sat over 1 1/2 hours in the drive thru. I watched as cars kept leaving the line because they were tired of waiting! What takes so incredibly long? The line was backed up all the way around the building.

Im pretty sure molasses in Alaska in February moves faster than the drive through pharmacy line. Oh, and dont expect a call when its ready for pickup.

Takes fifteen seconds to order online. Get a text message five minutes later that the item is out of stock and the order needs to be cancelled by calling the store. Wait thirty minutes for someone to answer. Why cant the order be cancelled online?

The absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever been to, takes over a half hour to get one car through the drive through that has two lines but only service one at a time. Drives me nuts going here to get prescriptions!!!

Terrible wait time in the drive thru!!! I sat in drive thru for over an hour. Once, you are in the line up, you cant get out. My prescription was called in at 9am. I went inside the store at 11:45 am and the pharmacy hadnt even listened to their voice-mail to get the prescription filled so I had to come back!! Now I have to sit in a line for over an hour! Ridiculous.I wouldnt even give one star if I could.

The service here was already horrible until I received my first covid vaccine. I went in for the second and was told that they stopped doing it and I would have to find somewhere else on my own to complete this.

I made an appointment online for a flu shot. When I arrived there was a single long line. I was told the line was for everything and appointments didnt matter. I waited 42 minutes to be checked in. I then waited another 21 minutes before getting the vaccine administered.

Walgreens is horrible, especially this one. The lines are always so long they’re almost in the middle of Milton Ave. They’re always SO slow to get to you, you’re waiting on average 30-40 minutes just to get to the window. But worst of all, even if you enter the correct address on the app to order your meds, they send it to a completely different store. I’ve had it sent to Whitewater, Fort Atkinson, and even Mukwonago. So not only do I have to wait 40 minutes, I’m also told its not at this pharmacy and have to wait even longer because Walgreens can’t get it together.I understand if this happens once, maybe twice. But this is a constant issue. I’m fed up and I’m not getting my meds from here anymore.

When I would rather go to the DMV versus this Walgreens...theres something wrong. Doesnt matter if you go in or use the drive through. They are disorganized and need more employees.

Terrible service extremely slow pharmacy

Called to check on a photo order. Spent 15 minutes on the phone was transferred 4 times. Its a simple question, not rocket science.

They are slow in drive through. Beloit walgreens on prairie ave is way better and faster. Im sitting in drive through for a half hour is bad.

Have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 min. One person waiting on customers. Mixing medication . Need more workers.

Hire more pharmacists. Everytime I go I have to wait an hour to get to the window.

I’ve used this place for my prescriptions for a while. Lately, the wait times have been out of hand. 45 minutes sometimes just to get to the window, and then another 20+ minutes on top of that. This is absolutely unacceptable. They need to shape up or they will be losing my business - I’ll go somewhere else.

Waiting in pharmacy drive thru for 35 minutes. No one else in line! No one inside has acknowledged me since ringing service bell 5 times. As usual - terrible customer service. Only reason to go here is because theyre open 24 hours.

Chronically understaffed and poor service. Save yourself the time, hassle, and frustration and just go to the CVS across the street.

Had to wait almost 8 hours for a prescription for an antibiotic. Called the automated system several times between 3:30 and 10:30 PM. Are people waiting almost 8 hours for their pain medication?

This Walgreens pharmacy service is horrible. I spent almost over 45 minutes just waiting for droppingmy prescription. When I told employee that I was waiting in line for 45 minutes she was very rude I told me “ I am here alone!” This was my last time every using this pharmacy! Their pharmacy is extremely not organised and not professional!

After 20yrs of the same meds they are treating me with disrepect. They are deciding when Im allowed to pick up my meds regardless of doctor orders or how was being done for 20yrs. They are rude and unprofessional. I would advise that you dont ever use them.

Im glad theyre 24 hours but why oh WHY is there only one person in drive-through if theres two spots!! I dont want to spend my whole afternoon in drive-through and people KNOW YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS!!! Get off the phone if you need to call and ask someone. Theres other people in line!! Also COVID-19 testing in drive through when we have to wait forever anyway? Ridiculous. I asked to refill a prescription and the pharmacist rudely said you cant mix these two prescriptions. Well I wasnt going to on the one for long so I still need it. She should have kept her mouth shut and appreciate the business. And the manager had to help and didnt seem to want to help so he threw me over to her. Getting fed up with this place. Went there Friday and probably six to seven cars in one lane and five in the other around 4PM. Three hours later same scenario. Wth.

I found the staff friendly and helpful.... at times it may be a little bit of a wait, but they are usually pretty prompt.

I cant belive the way this pharmacy talks to its customers never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service Seriously who is in charge of this place and its employees!!! Because I asked but was basicly hung up on!!!

Staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful. I order a lot of photos and they always have them ready and waiting for me at the main register because they know these are for my autistic daughter, who is obsessed with her pictures....we order nearly every day!

In terms of stock and selection, this Walgreen’s is pretty similar to any other you’d see in the area. Pricing and cleanliness are similar as well. But wow, this place has slow, slow service. Their pharmacy also does not answer calls, they will literally allow you to wait on hold forever, I’ve tried it for an hour. Despite being the only 24-hour Walgreen’s (or pharmacy at all, for that matter) this place still manages to blow.

So inattentive. Called 2 hours before coming in and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, when I got there I had to wait 25 minutes before I got my prescription. Weve had too many problems with this pharmacy to count.

(Milton Ave. Janesville Location) Never had a good experience with this Walgreens. LONG waits, misinformed people behind pharmacy counter. Last night picked up a med, took 20 minutes in the drive thru window, pharmacist said take in the morning with food. Thats it. No telling me what it is (was told doc was calling in antibiotic, it was a steroid), no going over anything about the drug. Only ever use this location when my normal location runs out of something. AVOID if you can.

To all of you that complain about sitting in drive thru. Drive thru is for pick up only! If your insurance changed-go inside! It is not to pick up anything other than your RX. If you want ibprophen go inside and get it yourself.Another thing......you are not the only one in line. Screaming at the employees is not going to make things go faster! Treat people the way you want to be treated. I have seen people disrespect the employees way to many times. They are working as hard as they can to get you out as fast as they can! Thank you Walgreen employees for your hard work!

This is the slowest Walgreens. They dont fill prescriptions in a timly matter or when the should be filled and dont notify you when prescriptions are done or if there is a problem.

The worst business Ive ever patronized. More than once they have said a prescription would be ready only to find out it wasnt. One time I was told it would be ready in an hour and they didnt even have the medicine in Stock. The service is extremely slow no matter the time of day. Today I was told I couldnt pick up my prescription that I needed after having given birth because the pharmacist was not there during pharmacy hours. You are better off going literally anywhere other than this place.

I understand that this particular location is extremely busy due to the 24 hour open, however the amount of times I’ve been texted to tell me my Rx is ready and when I get there it is not...beyond annoying. And, there are a few pharmacy staff that are less than helpful or friendly. Sorry you’re overwhelmed and overworked, maybe this isn’t the job for you. Maybe this location is not for you. Either way, I should not be able to tell you hate your job or are mad that you couldn’t go out with your friends that night. Not my problem. It’s call adulting.

Good pharmacy ever.

This place is a joke. The drive thru is a parking spot. I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru behind one car. I was the second car in line for 30 whole minutes. Half hour wait for life saving medication but they cant wait to throw their candy sale in my face the second I walk in every single time. Priorities arent in the proper order in my opinion.The time previous I was here they had a random sale on keyboards, I picked one up and it never worked.

This Walgreens pharmacy is its own circle of hell...I seriously have nothing good to say about it. I went to kettering a few times and it was like night and day. Every single person I have an interaction with at the milton ave pharmacy is so unbelievably rude, and I cant remember a single time Ive left when I wasnt in a terrible mood. Just today, the woman behind the counter was speaking to this kindly old man as if he were an imbecile and I wanted to slap her. I dont understand how people this rude can work in a career that deals so closely with people. And its not just the staff that gets to me... but how is it SO disorganized? Ill use the automated voice system to fill a perscription. I show up the next day (after waiting in line for a half hour) and they tell me that the perscription isnt in my account. Then how did I call it in on the automated system? Lol. Coupons give the staff a seizure and I have to insist that they keep trying to put it in bc it DOES WORK. A trip that should take 10 makes takes an hour...not exaggerating...and I always walk out the door basically seething, which is so uncharacteristic. I seriously dont have the words to express my hatred of this pharmacy. I dont care if it adds 40 minutes to my day, I will use the Kettering from now on.

One of the best walgreens in the city and I feel the people who worl there deserve slack. One of the casheirs was telling me 9 hour shifts are the minimum. Also, the people who worl there are very nice. I cant leave the store without getting help or just having a simple conversation with someone. I feel the one by walmart should be 24/7,because its off I-90.

The manager is the rudest unprofessional lady ever met! Keira her name is ! Very short tempered and cocky and rolled her eyes when I left something I purchased there and came to retrieve it . She was rude and condescending! I will bring my and my family buissness and prescription elsewhere while she still works there

Utterly horrid for the most part. I work 2nd shift, so I always get my meds around midnight before going home to relax. Besides 2 male pharmacists, one I know his name is Brian. He is amazing! There is one other guy that is VERY GOOD. Theyre both in their late 20s possibly 30 and they both work overnight.. other than that this place is a disgrace to say the least!! Tonight is the worst of all by far.. and let me tell ya, thats saying something! I came at midnight, there were 8.. YES 8 friggin cars in the drive thru! 7 people waiting inside! I ask one guy that was sitting down how long hed been here, he replied a half hour. I said geez thats bad! He said yeah and I havent even been helped yet! He came over from the emergency room and looked terrible! There was one terrible male pharmacist working that couldnt fill one script without calling someone on the phone and talking for 10 minutes... meanwhile he had FIFTEEN CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR HIM... Now I understand he could be new, but why would you leave someone new alone after hours? Also there were 2 to 3 more employees working, and they all just stood around doing NOTHING. They could AT LEAST help run the damn register!!! But NOPE, they couldnt even do that! Then after all of the BS and at least AN HOUR LATER, the guy tells me my insurance has been cancled, when my girlfriend literally just picked up one of my other scripts an hour earlier at the other Walgreens! So I ended up paying $91 in cash to get my script so I could go home and sleep.. and will ONCE AGAIN have to get them to refund my money when someone that knows what the hell they are doing comes in!! Because this crap happens ALL THE TIME HERE!!!! This will be my VERY LAST TIME USING WALGREENS PHARMACY ON MILTON AVE in Janesville Wis.!!! I suggest if you can, USE ANOTHER PHARMACY!! Save yourself the headache TRUST ME!!!!

I used to go here for my RXs, but the wait ALWAYS took forever, and it didnt seem to matter what time of day I came at either. Twice I dropped my prescriptions off and they said they would be done by a certain time that day and both times I arrived at that time and they werent done. The first time they told me that they thought I was picking them up tomorrow (It was the same lady I spoke to earlier that same day when I told her I would be back at 5 to pick them up) and the second time they said that they had been really busy and didnt have mine ready yet. I have since switched to CVS and have not had a single issue. Save yourself the headache and go to CVS!

Waited in line at the drive thru pharmacy for 15 minutes before the car in front of me got waited on. Both lanes were full, people were honking and no response.

Have had prescriptions filled here as well as made other purchases and have never had an issue.

Walgreens on Milton avenue has a very poorly run pharmacy. I find that the staff are harried, rushed and rude. They also dump calls after you have been waiting to speak with them on hold forever. I will be switching to CVS across the street.
