Would be nice to get all information on the vehicle before you get there and they try to up sale you something else

After 2 months of shopping and Test driving and numerous disappointments, I just bought a used Escalade Premium from Uebelhor. The experience was hands dow better than I ever could gave expected. The description and representation of this used vehicle was very accurate and the vehicle was even better than I anticipated. Dave Jones handled my transaction and was excellent with all requests and relayed all information accurately. This was my first time to have you do any service work on any of my vehicles. The staff [Eric] was very friendly and always eager to talk and help in any way he could. You have a good worker in him. There were some things that you were not able to do that I had done elsewhere. I was surprised and disappointed that I was charged $69 diagnostic fee for each item that was diagnosed in addition to the cost to fix them. It made the cost of repair, which consisted of fixing a wire in the seat, dash and antennae, changing wiper blades, and removing excess transmission oil, in excess of $500.

I have an ATS cadillac and the tires are very difficult to change. No one in my small town can change them so I had to go to the dealership which is a 40 minute drive to get them replaced.
