Hi this is my third time renting fron rent one. I got my living room set and dining set from them. Service is excellent went in looking for 65in tv and got a tv stand with a good deal. Just what I wanted thanks u guys. Good customer service and leave with a smile.

Dan has provided excellent service and the delivery was prompt & professional. I needed a recliner to sleep in for a few weeks following surgery and Dan at rent one came through fully for my post op needs. Thank you so much Rent One....you were literally a sleep saver for me!

Nightmare JobCSR - Jefferson City, MOI was an employee of Rent One in Jefferson City Missouri, for a very short time. I counted my blessings after being let go. I was offered a job at a wedding for Manager in training and was excited to take the offer. Even told by the store manager to quit my current job. She promised me the job. So put notice in and came to check in how the process was going. I didnt want to go a long time with no employment. I was told no interview needed and not to dress up. I just needed to bring my ID. So I showed up with ID in hand, was interviewed. By this time I was super confused. A week later they offered me different job and I accepted. On the knowledge the store manager was going to help me move up. I was asked to sign off on a driving test that I never received. I was asked to keep calling customers beyond the two times that was allowed by both the store manager and regional manager. I watched a brawl almost be started over the regional manager sent me out to help a customer which I couldnt reach, I am only 410. I continued to be asked to drive the van and ended up having an accident. I reported to HR which never returned my call. The store manager and a driver constantly putting their hands each other. This was all reported and I ended up losing my job. But its ok I would never recommend anyone to rent or work for this company.

Very easy transaction, fast delivery! Dan took care of everything, literally. Only one working, taking payments, new accounts customer service and delivery man, he took care of everything and did it well. Hope hes able to stay at this location. If I could give more than 5 stars,I absolutely would. Thanks Dan!! Love my new washer and dryer!

The company was great and is great however the store I went into (in Jefferson City) had product on the floor everywhere and made it difficult to navigate safely. They had 2 laptops out, and I took one. When I got home I had to manually update every driver. I spent a good hour or so just updating everything before I could use it. 1 star removed for that as well. All in all though, a good experience.

GREAT experience!! They ordered the set I wanted. Then they found out the furniture set is no longer available from manufacturer . They then went to another store over an hour away and got me the set that was similar but didnt have all the pieces I wanted. They then helped me pick out a new set and get it ready for delivery the next day, just I time for Christmas!! Thank you Howard and Cathy !!!!

Went in today to get a fridge freezer they were professional and fast and caring jenny was amazing almost sold me the tool set mayve next time
