Very fast curbside pick up, clean store and great customer service.

Love the store, the Starbucks (best SB Ive ever been to which is saying a lot!) And the associates are always nice. The store is clean, too, and I love using the Target app. Order pick up is convenient too!

Staff who delivered order to my car was not wearing mask or gloves. She also got within 6 feet of me when putting groceries in the front passenger seat of my compact car. I was wearing a mask. I have not used this service before, was preoccupied with the details of my order and did not process the situation quickly enough to leave before letting this order be placed in my car. I shouldnt have to remind Target or their staff what their responsibilities are.

I had a Target Pickup order and received a case of water that was damaged at one end with a bottle of water missing! Is that really acceptable to you? Who thought it was okay to choose a damaged product to sell to your customer?

Beware, I bought a camera there only in February and used it one day and but it away for a while. Went to use it today and it wont start up for anything . Tried to return it and they wont let me. Very expensive paperweight 😡.

I spent 2 hours ordering online from Wal-Mart to have picked up because I wanted a few groceries(Sorry) and they cancelled 40/43 items on my order saying they were out of stock. I find it hard to believe they were out of all the Easter candy and other various items that were on there and it said in stock when putting it into my cart. I always love to shop at Target, but had never had a pick up order, so I thought I would give it a try. It went smooth as can be and fast. I even made another oder a few days later and went just as Super!! Thanks Target!!

Unfortunately, after stating how clean and nice this faculty was, the customer service rep was beyond rude. In fairness I wasn’t an “authorized pick up person”. However after being made one, she didn’t even wrap or bag the glass cake stand until I asked for a container. The reply was “if you bought if off the floor it would be the same thing”. I asked for at least a bag.The restrooms (my husband was with me) each had people acting shady and weird. My husband’s bathroom had a shirtless man digging in his backpack while standing in the main area.I really hope changes can be made to make Target great here again.

I just feel like the store is cleaner and safer than other places to shop in Jeff City

I personally am not impressed with this store. To me the products can be found at much lower price with the same quality in another store. Very rarely do I shop in Target simply because of the higher prices. It just doesnt make sense to me to pay higher prices for items I can buy elsewhere for a lower price.

STARBUCKS REVIEW: I had a wonderful experience! All of the workers were extremely nice and went above and beyond so that I could have the best experience possible! (Especially on my birthday!) They reminded me that being kind for no reason and to everyone I meet is one of the best gifts anyone can receive! Thanks for making my day so special!

Walmart but built different

The return system needs correcting. Tried to exchange same item for same item, only in a larger size. Was told my mother used her red card so I needed to pay for the discount she received. Ridiculous and very rude customer service!

Targets pick up is unmatched. Im always with impressed with how fast it is as Walmart has left us waiting too many times. They recently told me it has to be delivered in under 2 minutes and it shows.

Located on a side road, it is what you expect from Target. A nice clean store with large aisles. From the road, a person would never know they have a small Starbucks Coffee inside and a CVS Pharmacy. The Starbucks Coffee is staffed by Target employees and not the most customer centric staff one would have experienced at other Starbucks.

It was great!!! Will definitely use their pick up service again. They were there waiting to load in car!! Highly recommend this service!

I’m currently in a sling recovering from shoulder surgery and two different employees approached me to ask if I needed help carrying my things. When I checked out, the cashier offered to call someone to load my car for me. I politely declined, but the gestures didn’t go unnoticed.

The employees have always been very helpful! I go there probably 2-3 times a month and everyone has always tried to help and most all are really friendly if you ever talk to them. They wont bug you while you are shopping, but ask them a question and theyll do all they can to help!

I love Target. Its like, if you visit one Target, youve been to them all. They are all so perfect and uniform. Awesome job!

I am always able to find what I need and even some things I really dont (lol). Everyone is always friendly and the store is almost always tidy and clean.

Better parking and easier toget in and out of than Wal-Mart. I go here now instead of Walmart.

Target has a great selection of things for wardrobe, home, entertainment, and more. They also have discounts available, including the Cartwheel app that has saved me lots of money. Also, I use a debit card through them to receive 5% off every purchase. All this, plus social policies that put other companies to shame. Ill never step foot I to that other store again.

As I was walking in Mr. Manager gave me a look. He never said hello or anything. The store was clean and foot traffic was lite. Went to the seasonal department to look at the Christmas Lights. No one approached me to see if I needed help. I spent maybe 10 minutes in the store. Im guessing Mr. Manager is hard on his employees, the mood wasnt a fun one.The in-store Christmas decorations were whimsical. A cardboard cut-out of a deer with a GoPro strapped to his head is cleaver.

It was just a Target store.It isnt usually busy. It smells nice because of the Starbucks. Its not the cheapest or friendliest. I guess Im not really a fan of Target in-general, though.I also get that red is their color, but hecking chill.

Always clean, easy to access, generally short lines, has groceries, beer, lots of Legos and Nerf products. Overall good selection of products and people seem to be helpful. There is a Starbucks in store as well to grab some coffee if you need a pick me up.

Horrible been here 3 days in a row, I call asking if my rx is ready and they say yes. But when I got to pick it up they don’t have it. Will never go here. Walgreens is much better.

Its so easy to do order pick up. Someone is always there, little to no wait time.

A typical Target and an oasis in Jeff City because they have a STARBUCKS! There is a little sitting area, a snack bar next to the Starbucks and a great place to people watch...(Sit by the windows). My iced coffee is always done perfectly and the baristas try hard to make good coffee.The store is always clean, the shelves well stocked and they carry things that you cannot find at Wal Mart and that are more high end but affordable. Parking is decent and there are several handicapped spots in front.

Their CVS pharmacy is the bomb! Always friendly, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are far superior to Walgreens. They call us to check on needed refills. Cant say enough good things about them.

Bought online for store pickup. After a week, I find out item is in stock, in store. Went to store, got the item, but had to pay again. After 3 hours on hold, I cannot get anyone to cancel the first order and issue a refund. This is unacceptable.
