Bought a great price not a lot of b.s. to go through to get one everyone is very friendly and pleasant to deal with

I took my car here. The guys were really nice.... at first. They told me I needed a tune up and that I had a tube from my radiator that was busted so they repaired that. When I picked up my car and paid over 500 dollars my car was still over heating and leaking coolant. I called them and they told me to bring it back. I took it back there, turns out there was yet another tube that had busted. They fixed it for no charge. AMAZing. I got my car again for it to STILL be overheating and now other things are broken ??? Weird. Considering I was not having all of these problems when I took it there. So I’m just out of 500 with an even more broken car because of these people. There customer service was also very terrible. These people are weird lol. I would never come here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to.

I was with my previous mechanic for 20 years, then he retired and his son took over and the experience went downhill.My sister in law had been going to Jtown Auto for years, so I decided to give them a try when my car started having an issue.Keith and the rest of the crew were outstanding and honest. I thought there was a problem, and they could have gone ahead and performed work that may or may not have been necessary, but they told me that they couldnt find a reason for what I thought was going on with the car.Honesty and integrity are the best words to describe this business. I have found my new go to auto repair.I highly recommend them.

The people who work here are honest and kind. Fairly priced as well! Sometimes there may be a wait to get your car in as its a smaller shop but its worth the wait.

My wife and I have personally been taking our vehicles to this shop for the past 3 to 4 years. We have also recommended them to others, including our adult children, without reservation. In total, we have probably been responsible for bringing or referring no less than 20 vehicle repairs over this time frame. This includes everything from minor repairs to complete engine replacement (on 2 vehicles).This shop is competent, fair and have consistently done whatever they have promised to us. This does not mean they are superhuman - weve managed to stump them a couple of times with our vehicles. However, they have never given up, but have been willing to see it through to the end.Ill keep coming back.Greg Skaggs

Our company takes all of our vehicles here for service. These guys are knowledgable and ready to tackle any job. In fact they rebuilt an engine on a classic car for the boss.

My husband took my car in and J-Town Auto Center took good car of my car. I was told from another company that I needed all sorts of work done on it, and come to find out I did not. I will definitely go back to J-Town Auto Center, and so will my husband and the rest if my family.

Extremely poor customer service. Spoke with the owners son yesterday about someone taking a look at my car to assess the issue (my check engine light is on). The son (who was very sweet by the way) said I could come by today at 8 a.m. - when a tech would be there - to take a look. Said it wouldnt take no more than 15-20 minutes. Arrive this morning around 8 a.m. to a disgruntled greeting by the owner who then told me they dont take drop-ins and was clearly bothered by the fact that I was there. Listen - if something came up and youre now booked for the day - understandable. However, there is a way you talk and treat people and what I experienced this morning left a very bad taste in my mouth - and as I share with my friends and family - in theirs as well. Would not recommend. There are plenty of auto shops in Louisville who are willing to practice what they preach when it comes to customer service.

Everytime I bring my car here several cars that Ive had its never came back with the same problem fast friendly and prices are good they dont take advantage of there customers

Ive taken my cars here for over 10 years...pricing is reasonable, service is great, experienced mechanics are candid; they dont recommend work you dont need.
