Order parts and was told they would be shipped in 5-7 business days. I called after 2 weeks and they hadnt even started my order yet. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. He said that he would cancel the order. I waited a week for the payment to be refunded. I then had to contact Paypal to make a claim against Willcox. Paypal reached out to Willcox and never received an answer. Paypal found in my favor and refunded my money almost a month after I made my claim. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

This place is horrible, placed an order they never shipped it when I contacted them they where giving me a refund which I never received had to go through my Bank to get credit back for parts, they never answer the phone or emails Stay far away from this place there pricing is no better than other Corvette part suppliers. Willcox Corvette Parts is the worst

Treats his customers like **. No Information and zero communication via email. I recommend a good attorney if you want to order something in his shop.

Im new to Corvettes just bought my first one so Im learning, stopped in at Wilcox Corvette after work last Monday. The guys working, Tommy and Ernie, were very helpful and had exactly what I needed. Ernie even gave me a tour of the facility and showed me his personal Cars. Ernie showed me several things on their website that will help me a lot down the road when working on my Vette. Glad to have them so close to my house in Southern Indiana. Thanks Guys!

I have restored several corvettes over the years. The service Ive received From Wilcox Corvette has been top notch!The staff has been so helpful when I have run into problems or needed parts for my projects. I will be a Wilcox customer for life. I am currently restoring a 65 roadster and had a rust problem on my frame. The staff went out of there way to find me a replacement frame.

I am redoing the interior on a 75 corvette. Have purchased parts from them 6 or 7 times in the past 3 months. Most parts have been in stock. The few they had to order came in the time expected. Good to deal with.

Im guessing this place went out of business. Order placed OVER A MONTH AGO. No replies to any emails and all the phone numbers they have listed are disconnected. BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent service! We have restored several Corvettes and everyone at Willcox is very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient and always a pleasure to work with.

I was shipped a defective part. I called & the gentleman I spoke with was aware of the issue & he stated send it back for refund. The problem is they are aware of a problem, sell you the part, then expect the customer to pay the shipping back. The cost that I, the customer is burdened with is unacceptable. It was a small fee $7.90, but its the principle, Wilcox should be responsible for shipping when they ship a defective part.

Said part would arrive in 5-7 business days, paid extra for UPS ground shipping, two weeks later no part, called and said part would arrive by following weekend, no part, three weeks later finally called and cancelled my order, not the right way to do business, if you dont have a part let your customer know so they can make an informed decision.
