The pharmacy is awful! They told us it would be about 2 hours to pick up for post operation medicine for all four wisdom teeth cut out. We go back after a text letting us know one is ready and they still are not done. Its been 4 hours after her surgery and her shot is completely worn off and she is in a lot of pain. We will NEVER use this pharmacy again!!

Theres only one word to describe the pharmacist here. INCOMPETENT.Theres a reason why this branch has the lowest rating. DO NOT come here if your health is important to you.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used! Always busy while workers are taking personal calls and completely ignore you when all you want is to pick up a prescription that the app says is already! But then, they can’t even find your prescription and have to refill it all over again while you wait!

The level of incompetence at this pharmacy is incomprehensible. They are so unorganized, mismanaged, and downright rude. Never had issues with any other Walgreens in the Tulsa metro, just this one. And it’s not a one off… I’ve had issues every time. Transfer your scripts!

I chose this location because it is close to my work; however, the male who answered the phone in the pharmacy was extremely rude. I will be switching to the location closer to my house. Very unfortunate. I will say the female who helped me at the register was extremely nice and had great customer service.

First, the pharmacist doesnt have time to give you, its rush rush rush, and the techs are basically useless. Second, I called today and gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes. See pic below. Third, they arent willing to get me the original manufacturer for a med that no longer works bec they switched. (Curtin and Genscripts will order what works). Fourth, their app hasnt worked for at least 3 days. I cant sign in with my PW or my fingerprint, hence the attempted phone call. Fifth, They keep screwing up my scripts saying to pick it up when I am on their mail delivery service. Sixth, their text alerts work for maybe a week or two and then I have to call back for them to text me another set up link. Seventh, I put in my refill request online Wed of last week, called yesterday to find out what was going on, and they didnt even show I had put in a refill. Curtin is great. Youre not just a number. Its like night and day and they do deliver. I will never use Walgreens again and will warn others not to either.

This pharmacy is the worst ever. The Dr. called in a prescription thirty minutes prior to my getting there and it wasnt ready. The girl at the window told me there were 130 in front of me and they would call. I explained that my child is throwing up now. She said I can wait inside, but itll be awhile. Go anywhere different than this pharmacy.

Customer service at the pharmacy is terrible. They told me it would take 25 minutes for my prescription and after an hour I went back asked and apparently it had been ready for a while but they didn’t care to let me know. She acted like that happened all the time and it was no big deal. She barely even apologized for my wait. I understand if it takes time to fill the prescription but customers should not be kept waiting unnecessarily.

Helped to resolve all issues we had perfectly in a short time

The store is very well run and items kept in stock. The only thing is the pharmacy only having one lane open. If some person 5 cars up in line has an insurance problem and refuses to move it holds up the line. It is very common to have 7-8 cars in line at any given time

My family and I have had an outstanding experience at this pharmacy for the past 2-3 years. The pharmacist named Lacey in particular has gone FAR above and beyond what I would expect from any pharmacist time after time. As you read reviews, please keep in mind that there is selection bias in what you see. Most people are only motivated to write a review when something is incredibly good or incredibly bad. I can assure you that for my family, we have consistently positive experiences here. If you want a great pharmacy with kind staff and dedicated pharmacists, this Walgreens is a really great option.

Absolutely horrible visit to the pharmacy. Took an hour to pick up a prescription. After waiting 45 minutes when they told me it was ready, they ended up putting me back in the long line to wait. This is not customer service. You dont send people back in line once they have already been waiting 45 minutes. They all need better management or new employees. Will never use this pharmacy or store again!!

Terrible Pharmacy service. I do realize that pharmacies get busy but to take my prescriptions scan them to the back ( which is right next to the person doing the faxing) not once but twice and then to look at me and tell me that nothing will be ready until 6pm and then to tell me that you will be closing the pharmacy at 6pm. Then you get all mad as I ask for my prescriptions back so I can take them to a different pharmacy to get them filled. Poor customer service!!!!

The photo lab is awful, have never had a pleasant experience at this location and I order photo products at least once a month. Orders are never available for pick up when I’ve received an email stating they are ready, then the photo tech is rude and not at all apologetic. After dealing with this issue for several months, I sought out help from the manager, Courtney. Courtney was very apologetic, patient, and helped solve my current problem the photo lab created. Courtney went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated her help. Overall, this store seems to be clean and friendly when I visit. Although the photo lab is a disappointment, they will still earn my future business since I was treated so kindly by Courtney, and she solved my issue at hand.

The only semi-nice people here at the pharmacy are the ones that initially talk to u at the drive-thru window. Pharmacists and manager....RUDE! Also if you have a prescription for any kind of narcotic or controlled substance, they treat you extremely rude and also make you wait a couple day’s before they actually fill your script! Will NEVER come back here to fill a script ever again!

The worst service ever. The pharmacist thinks he is the best surgeon in the world that’s why they can’t keep pharmacist on hand And the others disrespectful worst than the pharmacist but the front people are very nice. Don’t fill your script there it’s all generic capsules.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. They have their pain medications on a time-lock safe. This is a very customer-unfriendly policy. I was post-operative and nauseated and forced to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my prescription filled. It was the longest and most uncomfortable 30 minutes ever. I understand there is an opioid crisis and it is terrible, but there has to be a better way for those of us using pain medication legitimately! So much for pain being a vital sign!

In drive through, employees don’t usually bother to acknowledge your existence, even when you’re inches from their window. They go on about their business as if they don’t see you waiting. You can literally sit there for 3+ minutes without a single person saying a word. A kind and friendly “welcome to Walgreens; I’ll be with you in a moment” would be a nice (and minimal) gesture.

Truly one of the most incompetent and disorganized pharmacies I have ever used. They dont let you know when there is a problem and you arrive to pickup the prescription only to find out its not ready. I have even had this happen on urgent prescriptions after surgeries which is the worst possible time!

Do not use this pharmacy. My wife has tried to pick up numerous prescriptions here in 2018 and they always say that they never received it. Very rude people. Look at all the negative reviews, they do not lie. Get your refill here at your peril.

The manager was EXTREMELY rude! My brother saw his friend and they started playing around with foam swords. She went over to them and grabbed their wrists and yanked the sword out if their hands. She said something very hurtful and rude. Now my brother has a bruise on his wrist. The rest of the staff was respectful and helpful but the manager was just a straight up JERK. We will take our business to different Walgreens from now on.

Only nice person is Katy. The manager was hateful. She didn’t give me a fair interview at all I had to wing it and guess every answer while the questions seemed to me more situational and things you’d need to be taught first. There’s no way their tests are fair. I didn’t get a fair chance I’m fully capable and a very good hard worker. Now she’s rude as ever when I come in as if I’m new there. Love KATY THO. I go in just to check on her sanity. Scared how they possibly treat her seeing as how I was treated and I just asked for a chance. Super unfriendly it’s sad

Worst pharmacy drive through ever. She’s the slowest I’ve ever had.

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever been to...one star is being very generous. I have been going there for the past year to pick up my medicine. They are extremely slow, often rude, except Katy shes the only one in the store that has any sense of customer service. What has happened over the past three months is why i will no longer go there. They have shorted me on my medicine 3 times. They are strips that are in a package was supposed to get ten yesterday got 7 yet my bottles quantity said 10. Their really easy to count their not small little pills they are individually in a package. Count ten packs. You have people that cant even count to ten working in your pharmacy thats absurd.

Very slow have given several 2nd chances! Will not be back again.. didnt explain rx @ all! Do NOT RECOMMEND them @ all

Walgreens should be ashamed of their customer service. I have worked in pharmacy for 9 years and i can tell you there is absolutely no excuse to have to wait this long to have your prescriptions filled! I am only here today because i am out of town and do not have access to my regular pharmacy. This is the first and last time i will ever use a Walgreens oharmacy.

Terrible pharmacy experience every time. Every time I have come to pick up a prescription it’s a wait. This last time I came to pick up a prescription for strep throat and after seeing the 4 cars in line I walked in. I waited in line for 15 minutes only to find out they had the prescription but hadn’t gotten to it yet. I asked if I could pay while I was waiting and they said no that I would have to wait again once the script was ready. AVOID this pharmacy at all costs. Unproductive, slow, not friendly. Will be using CVS across the street from now on.

Very Unprofessional, They say you can pick up you prescriptions on a certain day and time then when you go to pick it up then they say no you have to wait till the following day. I have to drive 18 miles one way and it gets frustrating when you have to be forced to make 6 trips to and from to to get your refill. Needless to say I will be taking my business else where.

Service here seems hit or miss. Decent selection of merchandise.

Called about the price of a prescription, was told it was $192. I just got it filled at cvs for $82. Walgreens pharmacy is a straight up ripoff...

Pharmacy Computers crashed, system has my prescription locked so cant even get it filled at another pharmacy. Issue currently still occurring, has been over 4 hours as of this post.

I posted already to the public. Half of a star is too much.

It would be nice if they picked up the phone instead of looping me through their automated system over and over..
