Great gike shop! Great owners, and friendly mechanically qualified staff make this one of my go to bike shops in the tulsa area.

Ive been out of bikes since moving to the Tulsa area and was very pleased to find a local dealer. The first time I walked in I was even more excited. The guys are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all there is absolutely NO PRESSURE and no question is too stupid ask. I love this shop!

Great mechanical service by Daniel as always. Most times they will service your machine while u wait. Go next door for some tasty coffee.

The staff were very helpful when I took our bikes in for a tune up. They were both wearing masks or a face covering when I came in and seemed to be very mindful of keeping distance. I really appreciate them taking measure to keep patrons safe.

Love this place. Patient with my kids while I browse, ready to offer sound advice when I have no clue what I’m doing but have a goal. When something goes amiss with my bike, Jake is always able to fix it in 10 minutes or less. His knowledge of bikes is awe-inspiring - I just need to follow him around for a week and ask “why” ;). His staff is friendly and helpful and really do their best to make the most enjoyable ride for you. I’m a competitive runner that was forced to quit, and they are making the transition a comfortable one. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was 10, but I’m on a road bike and doing 25-35 Miles at a time when I go, and I just added a trailer for my kids and a new hybrid bike; I couldn’t have done that without their guidance. I like knowing they are available and knowledgeable and helpful.

I am new to the area. Someone recommend this shop on a group ride. I have now been there several times. My wife got a custom fit for her bike, well worth the visit. Jake and his crew are amazing and offer very reasonable prices on bike maintenance.

Customer service is the best! Only place in town I trust to work on my daughters bike, (since she races). Jake is the most knowledgeable bike mechanic you will find, and not only in Tulsa, but in the surrounding area. Pricing is very very reasonable, especially when you throw in the level of knowledge and expertise you get in your purchase. City Cycles is the reason why the internet cant compete with the value of customer service!

I received top shelf service during the week of Tulsa Tough (very likely the busiest time of the year for Tulsa bike shops). Jake D. stayed late to help me get my wheels up to snuff. I am so appreciative for his time and resources, and thankful there are great shops in town like City Cycles that will go the extra mile to help get you back on the bike.

Customer Service: the lost art, rediscovered.I wanted to thank Aren and the staff at Legends Bicycles for what has been a pleasant and personal shopping experience. I placed an order for a replacement adjustment strap for my helmet after finding out the manufacturer couldnt supply one for over a month. Aren called me directly and gave me a few options and we discussed compatibility with other helmets. He then had his head mechanic (Im sorry but his name escapes me) check and they did the unthinkable...they took off the strap from a helmet they had in stock and shipped it directly to me along with new padding, leaving them with negative inventory for the sake of a customer. They could have just replied back with a generic, canned email saying they could not fulfill my order, but they went the extra mile and helped me out. I thank you, and highly recommend this shop for any needs. I know I will be shopping here again, making sure I look here first for any product I might need, and will tell all of my friends to do so as well.
