Dropped my bike off in April after it was recovered from being stolen. Advised that most of the repairs were cosmetic, but that I did know it needed a new ignition since it was drilled out by the theft.Fast forward 3 months later after checking in every two weeks I was told we are going to start working on your bike but you need a new ignition. Duh!!! Was charged $329 for the new ignition. Followed up two weeks later and they said they just received it. Showed me the part on the desk and that it should be installed that week. Come back a week later the part is still on the desk. Was told they will get it done ASAP.A week later I decide enough is enough. I bike up my bike after 4 MONTHS of excuses and runaround. I took it to Ron’s Cycle shop. They started work immediately and had it done within a week. They were able to get most parts from bikes that had and didn’t charge for the parts they found for me. AMAZING JOB AND SERVICE.Contacted Action Sports about a way to return the $329 ignition switch back to the manufacturer (Rons got one off a salvage) and twice they ignored my email and never responded. Action sports will never get get my business again. Waste of time and money.Af

These guys are incredible at what they do service wise. They take their time and make sure the job is done right. They are also the best of the best when it comes to tuning things on the dyno!

Had my boat serviced on 6/2 spoke with the gentlemen at the front desk very nice and even Introduced me to Jerry the actually mechanic that was gonna be working on my 2000 sea doo challenger 2000 very nice and knowledgeable. They called me the next day saying g my boat was good to go and ready to take onthe water. Wife and I had taken it out 2 days and it was perfect no issues what so ever. Ill def be back for anything else I may need

These guys are great! The only shop I could find that will work on older watercraft, and their watercraft mechanic is incredibly knowledgable. We wont take our watercraft anywhere else! If you need watercraft repairs, regular service work or winterization, LOOK NO FURTHER!

This establishment I would NOT Recommend to Anyone! My family dropped off a couple of Jetskis for an estimate for batteries and a possible tune-up The Invoice given to me on that day I dropped them off Had a ZERO BALANCE or fees to be charge to check the units out on Diagnostics or STORAGE .... When we attempt to retrieve our units we were told last minute that one needed a new motor [which were running the summer before with no issues] and a long list of issues with the other unit.... next thing they are telling us we cannot take our property unless we paid two hours at 125 per hour 250 dollars which was not agreed upon or mentioned the possibility of the charge when we dropped them off Verbally or in writing..The owner of the cycle world has never called me to discuss any reason for this madness what so ever for the two hours. That was not mentioned at all verbally or in writing. I called them today and Being told an OUTRAGEOUS 5000 dollars Number for storage fee... Again A storage fee NOR any charge for giving an estimate was mentioned to take a look at them for giving an estimate... Ive run into others who have told me horror stories about this place with similar pricing problems and their unethical practices.... My Family runs our own business now for 24 years and has always done free estimates for construction. for this kind of CHARGEs being thrown at me after not being told one thing to begin with up front }... We had no written or verbal agreement to any charges!! This is Ludacris and will not go unanswered. ( I have the gentlemen in which the title belongs to, will be looking to visit this place in the very near future...) I will go to extremes measures to stop this madness at this business. They simply lied to me and has never call me back and when I called them theres always..... a Im not sure what you talking about. Some one will call back...... I intend on calling news station reporting to police and the BBB as well as any other public sources to far worn others of this issue with this so called business.See Ticket below.... do not leave this place your cycle or water unit with these guys they tell you your previous running unit will cost more than there worth.The invoice given at the time of drop off Did not have any charges or by the hour rates to diagnose.... Period. There were no charges agreed to for any reason prior..... You were to diagnose them for no charge as the invoice Im staring at

If you have a motorcycle and want to make it fast, this is for sure the place to go. They use a dyno to tune so you can get a before and after printout that shows you tangible results. All the fastest bikes in town have been tuned by Cycle World!

This is 100% the most honest straight forward dealership I have been to. I plan to only shop here in the future if they have what I need. I use to sell cars so I can usually see right through dealership BS. I dont think anyone could go wrong shopping here.

I had new tubes put in one of my tires and my wife went to pick it up. I have no issue with the work done, only with the front desk service she received. She was holding our 2 week old son in a car seat and once she was done paying she was simply told, Theres your tire. I would have thought someone would help her in such a situation, but instead she had to difficultly carry a car seat with a newborn and a large motorcycle wheel and tire out the door and into her trunk.

So far this place seems great! Good location for me and Im happy with the service.

I brought in my 07 Zx10r for the brakes, tune up, chain and sprocket. It took a little while due to Covid-19 but i got it back in great shape.

Took my bike in for a no spark issues.Got told my starter was bad.Took to another mechanic, proved my starter was just fine.People at the desk were great, and friendly.But there mechanic doesnt seem to know what he was doing...

Nice people, I have an old 4 wheeler that they didnt have the parts in stock but were able to order them.

Went in for extended warranty work on a rear tire. Dealership wasnt interested in doing the work from the beginning. Took my info and said they would call me, never heard back from them. I wont recommend them to anyone.

I took my seadoo for repair to Jerry Post. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was given options that fit my schedule and budget. He adjusted my seadoo free of charge. Now it sits properly on the trailer . He is the seadoo guru. Very good service and honest business.

I have an older ZX-11 that had been sitting for 4years and needed carburetor work and a few other things. Shannon & Steve were very helpful, informative and professional thru the entire process.
