Waited forever for someone to respond to being paged to the saw to cut some wood I was purchasing just to be told the saw was out of order and couldnt be done. Someone was paged 3 different times and never showed up. We finally just stopped someone after they walked by us multiple times.

Need more help.And ones u have were not helpful.Sorry; u asked and Im honest...Hire people that really want a job! Went to Lowes.Have a Blessed Day.L.B.

Tried for half an hour to buy a deadbolt. Got shuffled all over the store and went away empty handed because the only employee who could get it out of impound was MIA. Helpful hint, if you’re going to lock up merchandise, have some way to buy it.

Ive been going to this Home Depot on and off for 25 years. Can honestly say I havent had any bad experiences there. Ive bought everything from small appliances to building materials and gardening stuff. The place always seems well stocked and clean. Quick stop in there today I was able to find specialty light bulbs and was out within 10 minutes.

Wonderful store and helpful staff. Unlike some Home Depots, especially those in the S. Fl. area, these people seem happy with their jobs and genuinely seek to serve the customer. Virtually every employee asked if I needed help, including a gentleman who stopped from moving merchandise to ask. When I returned a part I believed was faulty and went back to exchange it, the cashier had figured out how to properly assemble the item upon my return. Im impressed!

Good customer service and a good selection of products at fair prices. I recently purchased a Tuff Shed there for my son in MA. Excellent.

Todays visit to Home Depot with total waste of time! Was looking for a thermostat lock box to fit an Emerson thermostat this one I was able to find it Rockys Ace Hardware down the street for about $3 more but they would have charged me for the wrong size one, but thats what you get for falling in love!

Most Home Depot stores are the same. This one is an exception. The staff at this location are just not helpful. Not to me, not to my wife, not at all. They acted like I was putting them out by asking a simple question, and treated me very condescendingly in the process. I will do all I can to avoid this store in the future. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Just arrived there and even though online it states it closes at 8pm. The guys at the front doors are saying they are already closed and it is only 6:45pm. No warning or reasons as to why Home Depot closed early.

Absolutely unacceptable excuse of service. Empty store (consumers wise) and yet I waited in front of the key kiosk for several minutes with representatives passing by. Had to walk to where another employee was, to kindly ask for help to be told I am not in that department Did not even say anything else. I then; instead of leaving the place, since they obviously dont want my business, asked yet another representative to help me with my simple request. She went on to use the loud speaker to ask for help not even acknowledging or apologizing . I hate Lowes even more but wont be shopping here for sure. Thanks home depot. BTW I got 3 keys elsewhere for the same price you were charging for 1 key 😬🤣

Bought a washer and dryer let the sales man know we live in an apartment building on the 3rd floor! Day of delivery guy just came and said he can’t install it smfh super annoyed no one can communicate needed this in today

Clean store, friendly helpful staff.

While the curbside pickup feature is great, the staff choosing not to do two cuts on shelves is horrible service. They said I must go inside, even though I told them multiple times I have two babies sleeping in the car. It’s not like I will be doing the cuts inside anyways since you don’t allow the customers to operate the machines. I’d do the same thing if I were inside, “cut one at 8’ cut the other at 9’” . Need better service.

Had a awful experience today with a untrained employee at the express lines at checkout. Individual didnt know what a tool battery was and didnt realize H.D. has a bin for the used lithium batteries. Then she confronted me on the plastic bag I brought the batteries into the store.I was there 11:36-11:44 7/25/22.

Im doing mad home improvements right now. Jeff from the paint department has been the single most helpful person Ive ever seen at any home depots. He literally knows everything. Hes also really nice. So yeah this is the only home depot I go to and it is because of Jeff.

Very happy with this locations electrical department. I’m working on a big project at my shop and last night Steven went above and beyond even left his section walked around the store helping me find what I need. The very next morning I was continuing the job and Matt did the same thing helped me out beyond what I asked for. Thank you guys!!!

I came to this Home Depot on recommendation from the store at Hayden Island in Oregon because this place is the only one that has a special panel that I would like on clearance for $32 normally $95 and I am here to get a 6 of them I believe they come in packages of 14 from the lumber yard and theyre 8 foot by 5 foot 8.5 with a lattice cap. This particular Home Depot is supposed to have 34 of them in stock, I found 2 when i walked in up front outside; everybody else in town sold out. It was a special purchase, just passing the sale on to me for way less than I can afford to build this panel if I bought the raw Lumber and did the labor myself. Storage situated in a huge outdoor mall area behind the original Jantzen Beach Mall with ample parking for 400 vehicles; the store is huge like most Home Depot its the roughly same size as the one on Glenn Widing Drive in Portland. Its 4 oclock in the afternoon the last period before the HD Pro contractors who need to pick up scheduled drops of construction materials and last minute just in time items for tomorrows jobs. If they can be polite and find my panels and then get my truck loaded in an expeditious manner I will give them a 5 star rating. At 4:14 they are stumped to find the other 30 or 2 bundles/palette. I walk to the back yard and finally locate the panels myself by 4:40pm. By 5:15 I have rounded up someone who can run the forklift and get my panels down from on top of some other panel shipments and help me load them into my truck. I pulled out at 5:50 with the panels paid for loaded end ratcheted down right (with new 27 ratcheting 3333 lb tiedowns that I find the last two of for $8 a piece, the last of a batch with the old SKU saving $18 total off the exact same tieedowns with the new SKU) in the back of my truck with some other small nick nacks I need that I grabbed up wile finding my store help for exactly $240.01 saving me about 368 dollars but taking almost 2 full hours because the help was difficult to locate, not well trained and basically slow and lazy. Im satisfied with the product & price 5* worth but their help and expedience rating is below average about a 2* performance so overall I rate this particular Home Depot at 3*.

I have my home measured for carpet and after 2 visits and a phone call after getting numerous texts I have not been able to speak with anyone with any knowledge of the situation or the product

The employees are friendly and the location is clean, but they are often out of/low on stock with items (specifically the garden section). Im sure this is amplified by the pandemic.

Had a problem with a chainsaw I ordered never came in. A lady named KJ helped me every step of the way and got my order cancelled and reordered. She followed up with every call and made my experience much better. HD needs more people like KJ.

We purchased hardi board siding for a project we were hired to do in PSL...from this store at Jensen Beach.. They gave us a discount (my favorite word) for the siding pieces that were marred. Then 2 men did not hesitate to help us load the truck with a fork lift too...and they tied a red flag on the ends.... The cashier was excellent as well. All these employees went above and beyond...and we didnt even have to ask for help!!!!!

Do not order online. Ive been waiting over a week for a PVC joint that I ordered from Home Depot. One week later even though the tracking says it should of been delivered, I dont have have it. They have the balls to charge you for shipping too. And they use FedEx, which is basically worthless. I usually buy all my stuff from lowes, but my brother in law convinced me to try HD. First and last time.

I actually went back to the store tonight 6/22/2020. All employees were wearing masks. Thank goodness Martin county has the internal fortitude to require face covers.I like this store a lot, have been shopping here for years. I was there on 6/15/2020 spent $300+ Even having to load 50 bags of mulch myself doesn’t turn me against the store.I will not be returning until I can get a covid 19 vaccine because nobody is wearing a mask, nobody is wiping down the carts and nobody is cleaning counter tops.BREAKING NEWS FOLKS THE PANDEMIC IS NOT OVER!!!!!

Very hard for a handicapped person to get some type of help getting a scooter call my wife was worse than trying to get plywood during a hurricane the scooters wiring charged staff didnt care then the scooter doesnt even fit in the bathroom for her to go better off going to Lowes people

It’s hard to find someone to ask questions when you have questions.

Just bought 2 Dual flush elongated toilets. They come with the seat and new wax ring and toilet bolts for $99. each. This model is also higher for easy seating. The dual flush gives you the needed water for flushing #1 or #2 thusly saving water. Thanks again to Home Depot for supporting us disabled veterans with their 10% discount on everything.

I had 3 gallons of paint mixed to a light gray color. I don’t remember the name of the employee who mixed it but when I got home I realized each gallon was a different shade. I took the paint back and Jeff in the paint department at Jensen Beach was extremely helpful and did not give me a hard time to exchange my paint. He mixed 3 gallons that matched perfectly. Ask for Jeff if you want great service.

This is the second time we came here in a week. One time we came for impact windows. Waited 30 minutes and nobody helped us. Now today we came back. Waiting 20 minutes and I decided to go look for window alarms I asked 3 people and each told me a different aisle. Went to customer relations..... 4 other them standing behind the counter and just pointed to where they were at. Guess what? Not here..... horrible customer service at this location. Next time just driving out to St. Lucie West.

I had hurricane windows installed in my house. They have yet to complete the job. I would not recommend anyone to go through this company. This has been going on for a month now. My husband has been trying to get the project manger Will to finish the job. They were really fast to collect their money but they still have not put my molding on my windows. They closed out the job as completed and I had to be the one to call to have the inspection done by the city of Stuart. This is unreal!!! Home Depot started the job and I can’t get them to complete it!!!!!!
