I’ve been here twice, once with an insurance claim and once for other body work I wanted done. Both times went perfectly. They maintained excellent communication throughout, giving me updates at every step of the process. The paperwork side was a breeze. And most importantly, the craftsmanship was exceptional. They replaced the entire bedside and more of my tundra and now Im going back for a different small unconventional paint repair that a lot of shops wouldnt mess with. Great people great work the first fix looks great after a few years better than the factory paint.

Took my 2005 MUSTANG in for damage to right rear quarter, they did an excellent job. Cant thank them enough,Jason and the rest of the staff did fantastic.

I came to Collision Depot to take care of some minor damage to my bumper which was the result of someone back ending me. I had chipped paint and some scratches on the back of my trunk area. Collision Depot not only did an amazing job, they were very professional and answered every question I had and had my car fixed and ready to go within 2 days! I also had them add a professional wax to my car which made it look like I had a brand new paint job and they even did complimentary detailing to the inside of my car! I will absolutely be a returning customer to have my car waxed semi-annually to keep my paint fresh and prevent fading from the Florida sun. I would also strongly recommend Collision Depot for anyone needing any collision work done or are in need of having any cosmetic work done!

They were unable to fix my car due to the insurance company so I cannot say anything about there workmanship. As to the estimate they provided everything appeared to be in order. From my observations shop, office and yard was clean and in order. Office personnel where informative and helpful.

Work was done in a timely manner. Everyone was professional. Rates are the best!

Such honest people that work here. Refused to fix my vehicle because of prior problems that I wasn’t aware of. I had bought this car NOT knowing how the car had been demolished before I bought it. The headlights were literally hanging on by tape and the guys said if they even tried to take the bumper off that the whole front of my car would fall apart. COLLISION DEPOT IS EXCELLENT.

As the owner of a mobile detailing company for 30 years I have seen a lot of bad paint jobs. One of my customers referred me.to Collision Depot about 10 years ago. I tried them for myself on one of my vehicles and was very pleased. I can pick out a bad paint job from a mile away and my car turned out great. I would highly recommend Collision Depot for auto body work. The work was fantastic. My car looks brand new and it was finished ahead of schedule. They even cleaned the interior. John was friendly, informative, and professional. I hope I never need their help again (for obvious reasons) but wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I was recommended to go to Collision Depot by my best friends dad, whos a mechanic near their shop. I went in to get an estimate for rear bumper damage on my 2016 Honda Accord Sport and Kyle was phenomenal right off the bat. He answered the million questions I had about the process (as I was hit by someone) and was very informative. The shop took care of all the bumper damage and even washed and thoroughly cleaned/vacuumed the inside of my car! When I went back to get my car, she looked brand new! Im very impressed by how well repaired my car was.Excellent service and exceptional professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone in the area!!!

Brought my car here to have the rear bumper painted after someone backed into me. Upon picking it up, I was suspicious that they backed my car into the parking space.. I believe they intentionally did this to try to get something past me. I turned the car around so I could properly inspect the work and noticed it was a very different color than the rest of my vehicle.After speaking with Kyle, he seemed annoyed I mentioned it and told me they would take care of it. It was a strange attitude to have since he openly admitted his team used a Toyota color to paint my Honda bumper...Two days later I received a call my car was ready so I came back but once again noticed the paint was the wrong shade, noticeably off from the rest of my car.I spoke with the owner this time (I forgot his name unfortunately) who immediately gave me a short attitude, and told me his shop would not fix the car and told me the difference in color was “industry standard.” (his words) it was not industry standard, and again, I’m shocked with the attitude I am receiving since I am spending so much time out of my day because of their mistake.I left and walked back to my car defeated and fed up at this point, and when at the rear of my car noticed damage done to the painted bumper insert. It looked like they removed this panel with the bumper and then slid it on the ground taking a large gash of paint and plastic out of it. I walked back into the office and told the owner. He looked at it and cursed under his breath and told me to bring the car back next Wednesday.I drove home and over the next few days noticed more damage. My tail lights, which had to be removed to take off the bumper, were both cracked and scratched. I also noticed that my license plate lights were not functional.Needless to say I did not take my car back to Collision Depot. I appreciate the owner of the shop offering to repair the last bit of damage but the guys in the shop are very rushed, cut corners, do not have any respect for customer vehicles. Do not recommend this shop.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If I could put minus 5 stars I would. I went there for an estimate and the young fellow who stepped out to look at my vehicle must have decided I wasnt worth the 10 minutes it would have taken because he told me it would be more than Id want to spend on the vehicle. I asked, How do you know how much I want to spend? At which point he started waking back into the office and said hed call me with a quote. Strange, since he didnt even walk completely around it. I asked him as he was walking in, You dont want the business? He said he did but continued to walk in, I followed him which is when said hed phone me. He hasnt. I would never have such a rude, condescending person in my employ. After going elsewhere, others told me they were aware of this rude persons demeanor.

I have to say I had a very pleasant experience with Collision Depot. They were very honest with me and helped me save money. They were extremely quick and finished ahead of schedule, which was huge for me.Finally, they did excellent work on my car. Paint matched perfectly. I will tell you, I know some auto body repair places have bad reputations, but Collision Depot is first class in my book. I was referred to them by a friend so obviously they are making others happy as well. Go see them, its worth it.

I think there smokin dopeTook my truck to get it fixed they was to put a new bumper on they fixed everthing else never changed bumper asked about said idk why it was not changed but it was in the price then wanted to charge another 250$ that they was already paid for the they put the wrong mud flap looks no where like the other onesI suggest to take ur ride to anorher body shop good luck

Heard they do great work but the owner couldn’t be more arrogant. I’m not a fan of doing business with people that are that rude!

Collision Depot was reccd to me by a neighbor (who is not an internet person). The experience was excellent! John made me understand how the process works, then repaired my old Benz. He included at no charge resurfacing the un-affected headlight and buffing out where someone had keyed through the clearcoat on the other side of the car - not affected by the accident and just because his shop does things right at a fair price.
