I havent been in one of these stores in over 20 years. Was shocked to see their candle selection. So many options and on sale! The coupons i received in the mail brought me in and I got some great deals. Plus the staff there is so kind, patient, and helpful!

The staff was super helpful and attentive. Helped me find a particular item that wasnt out on the floor yet.

This store is always an absolute pleasure to shop at. They keep the place spotless, the products are always neatly displayed and the emplpyees are BY FAR the kindest and most helpful people i have ever encountered. I always leave completely happy! I LOOOVE this place!

I love all the staff here, in particular Betty who remembered me from the last time I shopped at this location, it’s not too often a customer gets recognized like that, it was a nice surprise that she remembered me and remembered what I liked at the store. Betty deserves a raise she’s awesome!

Very colorful festive interior. Staff is incredibly helpful and boy does it smell nice.

Candles, fragrance, sanitizer all sizes you name it they have it.

Nesky & Becky were both very helpful with my experience at BB&W. Becky greeted me right away with a smile and directed me to the car scents which is why I came in then also picked up a few hand sanitizers. Nesky/Neskey sorry if I misspelled was very polite and kind while checking me out and she laughed at my jokes. Great job 👍

OMG the place is 2 stores big so much to choose from. Staff is helpful. I can never go in for 1 thing, always find more things to get because it smells amazing.

I was at your store today .I was told I had to wait outside till others left the store! I had my mask 😷 and it was blazing Hot 🔥 out side...I will never wait to go in a store to spend money that you are making a customer melt in the sun! Very un happy guest ! So sad Your company is way to out in left field to allow your customers that protect with a mask you can not shop..shame on you !

So, I very rarely actually go to stores to shop. I go online for most everything. I was at the local mall getting my kids eye appointments done, as I walked by I smelled the new Island Margarita scent and went into the store. Brittany assisted me and Im so glad she did. Shes amazing. Please dont ever lose her. Not only did she help me stay in budget but she was helpful, funny and upsold me. I will visit the store more often just to engage with her.

I absolutely loved this store, it is a magical place for one, around Christmas time it is transformed into an amazing wonderland. I also love their products, I just recently got their vanilla Noel lotion, body butter and body spray and I love the spray. They also have awesome sales and their employees are very engaging and polite as well as helpful. I definitely recommend Bath & Body Works.

I walk in and the aroma makes you forget all your worries.....then I look down and see my kids hahahahaha! I love Bath & Body! They almost always have coupons out too! Very nice staff too.

Love this store, the sales people are so nice and helpful. Many times they go above and beyond to make a shopping trip pleasant. Theyre knowledgeable of their product and where to find it in their store. And its always well stocked and festive.

The employees were awsome, but they were having a candle sale today. So needkes to say it was packed. The candles were only $9.50 a piece today and if you had your coupons when I should 30% off. Everyone was makinge out like bandits. You should get up there today to get those candles!!!

So many wonderful products, and the staff is usually very helpful with any questions you might have. This store always gets busy. Theres a candles,home fragrance, body washes and lotions galore!

Im really happy they moved to a larger location in the mall. Its more open, and a little easier to walk around. They have a way bigger selection now, and the candles smell awesome! Its busy in there, and it turns into a madhouse during their Semi-Annual sales, so be prepared if you plan on shopping there during those sales. I havent had a bad experience with any of staff, but the lines do get long and youll end spending most of your time waiting to be checked out. I would suggest for the company, to invest in POS tablets. They allow employees to ring a customer up on the floor, so they can be on their way. The music is a little too loud, you have to strain your voice in order to talk to an associate. Its a nice, updated store, but theres some room for improvement.

This is one of the better stores we have visited. Not inexpensive but you can find good quality items.

I bought 2 body spray lotions instead of 1 since these were on sale for $5.50. I really enjoyed being able to take my time to choose without aggressive sales tactics. However, a young male got in my face later acting like we are related. After he got the message I didnt want to accept his sales tactics, he farted next to me. The cashiers were part of the poor humble family atmosphere down to the worn out payment machine. I miss the days of diversity in employment.

I ordered some candles online for a Christmas gift, trying to avoid the Mall. The shipment arrived all smashed! No packing materials were used! Who do they hire for the holidays to work the warehouse?Needless to say I will not do online with Bath and Body again as this is the 2nd Xmas theyve made mistakes!The only redeeming factor was the sales clerk was sympathic and efficient getting my product replaced!

You can get lost in this place and the staff will bring ya back to life !!!great products great staff!!!

Sometimes you can get a nice person to help you, other times your stuck with rude person. Sometimes they have good deals.

The people that work there arent very friendly! Last time I walked by I hear associates talking bad about customers was they were standing outside the store. I just went for their annual sale and my phone got hacked so I couldnt get into my email for coupon so I had one from a coupon site woman told me they couldnt take it so I said forget it and was going to leave she then took it. Do they want the sale or not! I spent over $40 so its not like I was buying one item! Plus the music is so loud you cant even think in the store!

Really helpful people and they speak Spanish.
