Birdie is an amazing store clerk. Very friendly as is all the staff. Thank you Birdie for being so sweet. You truly never know when someone’s having a bad day. You made my day.

Usually when I go in here I dont have a problem however the last time I went in there the cashier was rude (even the customer before me told me I should report her to corporate because she was very rude to me). I will no longer go in there as long as she is working.

Its the same as any other dollar store, 1 star skanks work there.

Very clean and organized. Great selection of basic food and household items. A quick easy trip to get what you need.

Like how it,s in my neighborhood. But often they are low in stock. Sometimes the isles are messy. If corporate woul invest in sufficient employees and give them a decent wage, the store would be better instead of high turnover.

The soda was on sale. Neat! They also have a neat little curly tail lizard living in the back by the bacon. His name is Carl.

Some drugged out woman rang me out without a mask and said “ew, gross, we will all die someday” when I bought cigarettes. Never coming back. Also the customer service is terrible.

That particular one the shelves were a mess and so was the refrigerators...may they were having an off day🤨

Just a mess in there.They need to hire stockers.There was nothing on the shelves.Everything in boxes.Where is the undercover boss.Why do they not care about the stores.Greed.

Beyond terrible customer service. Eva Marie (who claimed she was the general manager) asked me if I was “from the neighborhood” and gave me a hard time for wanting cleaning supplies from her store. I had a house fire and am finally moving home this week. With workmen in and out of the house, I want to clean before having kids there. Like everyone, I can’t find cleaning supplies near where I live, which is why I drove a town over. I didn’t know Family Dollar of Jensen only sells to “the neighborhood” and was pretty shocked by the rudeness and attitude.Like other reviewers, I also found workers smoking in front of the store to be off-putting.

Quick in and out

Forgot my daughters shoes at home so needed to pull in and just grab a pair cheap slip on shoes. I found a pair on clearance for $4. The clerk was very nice.

Its a good Family Dollar. Bargains to be had. Its a clean and pretty well organised one. Most of the other Family Dollar stores in the area are old and dirty looking. This one is just a few years old, so its still nice and management seems to care about keeping it that way.

3rd time Ive showed up here in the past 2 weeks that the store was closed 90 minutes after opening time, had an employee leave and lock the door with no explanation, and the new cashier complains and smokes cigatettes out front everytime I go there. STOP SMOKING AND HELP THE CUSTOMERS !!!NEVER AGAIN

Not sure what this store represents or what the goal is. Appears to be a junk store, however; there are some good buys here if you need something inexpensive.

Good bys when you do the digital coupons stores that bet overcrowded but overall great personality from the employees long lines but it didnt bother me cuz I kept letting people go in front so I can get my coupons together and sort out my stuff but I love Family Dollar awesome place to shop

Retail has such high turn over and this family Dollar does nothing to honestly help the consumer my 68 year old friend lost .55 cents because they did not remove the save instantly coupon. Ugh
