Wonderful location and very kind staff. They had a book I wasnt able to find in many other places! I was able to wander around with my fiancee and we were able to look into several books that caught our attention, in particular an art book all about book cover artists

Barnes and Noble used to be a great destination bookstore. Nice comfy chairs placed throughout the store and lots of staff to help you. The chairs are gone, my 94 year old mother had no place to sit. The staff told me they were going bagless and tried to sell me a tote. I am paying $80 in books give me a paper bag if you want to stop plastic waste but for goodness sake if I wanted to save the planet, I wouldn’t be buying paperbacks I would buy electronic books from Amazon. Keep this up and I will browse scan and have Amazon deliver in a box tomorrow. Give me a bag!!!!

Cannot tell you the last time I was able to go into a bookstore let alone buy a book in one. Clean. Good parking.

Very nice. The lady escorted me to the area I needed and assisted in finding the books.I only wished they had little stools or something to sit on in the book area ( like when trying on shoes). So that while looking through the books to see which one I needed Im not sitting on the floor like another woman and I did.It still is a very nice and friendly store.

I always love the atmosphere, its definitely one of my Happy Places. Walked in with my sister trying to find a book and we were greeted and helped before we even needed to ask. Theres always wonderful staff here helping people.

They have reorganized the store in the most confusing manner ever. Fiction has been divided into various categories. I was looking for a author and half his books were in horror and the other half in thriller? The shelves are arranged in weird u- shaped patterns. It was very aggravating. Dumbest arrangement ever.. Music section has been gutted out. My coffee was cold and the guy who remade it took like 20 minutes to make me a new one. It was just black coffee. Shouldnt have taken that long. They will not give you a bag.. so when I set my new book down on the table it got crumbs on it. If you are worried about the environment offer paper bags. I drove all the way from Fort Pierce and it was a horrible experience. This location needs new vision and management.

Barnes & Noble has always been the high end bookstore why would you go anywhere else?

This location is always clean and well maintained. All of the staff including the Starbucks square are friendly and willing to help/answer questions.The thematic bargain section is a must browse for fun treasures. I realized that they sell unique high quality journals and celebration cards.There are events and B&N members save 10% on Starbucks purchases. Still has a fantastic selection of magazines.My only complaint is; I dont agree with the new layout changes. It became square sections. As such Ive list track of where anything is at.

Ok, I went in needing 2 books. The info / assistance person found both. And one was not in the correct area. She looked in the back and then in the featured area. I would never have found the book on my own.

So if you are missing Toys R Us, you may want to revisit your old Barnes & Noble. Nice selection of classic games, classic toys (I think Thomas the train) and stem toys for children. And a lot of nice gift ideas, They still have a music and DVD section, and nice coffee area. And of course books!

This Barnes & Noble is like most other B&N stores Ive been too. Its clean & its got a ton of books in discounted section. You can find lots of useful cookbooks, art books, CDs, collectible board games & so much more. I can spend hours at a B&N store!This place is perfect to visit if you want to pick up meaningful gifts & unique finds. Theres also a Starbucks in this B&N so you enjoy the yummy smell of coffee & books upon entering the store.

It is always great to shop here. The book selection is terrific. The Starbucks is a treat. And adding the boardgame section and collectible figures is a real plus.

Awesome setting, excellent customer service, and the place is so peaceful. You just want to buy a bunch of books, grab a coffee, and read all day there. Also, they usually have good promos and discounts happening.

Love Love Love this location. My daughter and I have tea and book dates here. Great childrens section with reading nooks. Fun games, toys, gifts. I am ecstatic to find nice vinyl here too.

Was there for my grandkids looking for some chapter books. Had to ask one of the staff. He was very helpful and walked us right to the books we wanted.

My husband and I love going to this store and we always walk out with more than we went in for its a great place for book readers

Good place to just browse for random stuff. Not a good place to go if you are looking for a hardcover book that is not new. Toys, music, and other not-book-related stuff still takes up too much space. All in all, not a bad place to spend a half hour browsing their marked down books.

Even though the manager herself was cranky the staff was awesome!! I got massage stones and stickers!!

Very nice, calm bookstore. Great staff, would have put five stars, BUT... They have no price match with other stores/online retailers, and they charge ridiculous prices for anything other than books. So if you are planning to buy a lego, a science kit or other items, I suggest you take your business someplace else. But if you come for books, you came to the right place.

Love the cleanliness of the building. All employees have their masks in place. Safety measures are being implemented for customer safety and its still my favorite place of all time!

Selection isnt as great as it used to be, but its still clean, well organized, and the staff is very helpful. And the cafe is still excellent.

Walked in at 12:30 for a Starbucks drink. Nobody was there to help me, many employees looked at me waiting for service. Waited for 12 minutes before leaving the Starbucks line and still not a person in sight to assist me. Might as well not have a Starbucks in there at all.

I have been a Barnes & Noble frequenter for the last couple years . It has been my favorite place to go & study, work on my computer & sip on their free hot water .Today I went into the Jensen Beach, FL location & got told they never gave out hot water (A bald faced lie, as I have been served here before), & I am not allowed to be seated for more than 30 minutes .I will no longer be excited by the thought of visiting Barnes & Noble .

Well organized and clean. Staff always helpful. Would recommend their classics section, you can get really nicely made hardcover classics for 8-12 bucks. Always has books for school reading lists in the area if you are school shopping.

I love Barnes & Noble but this new layout and organization in this store is horrible. Yall need to fire whoever thought 23 horseshoe shaped sections spread around the store was a good idea. In fact, thinking back on how irritating it was, Im removing two more stars and going to take a xanax. Ill be back one day Im sure but this is terrible. Read a book and fix this mess.

There wasnt too many people here today. I love Barnes & Noble, there is always someone that is ready & willing to help me find what Im looking for or to order that special book I need...for myself or as a gift, always very knowledgeable about a versatile range of books!! Has a wide range of selection, not always in stock, though. Ordering online and picking up in person is a great alternative than checking everyday.

Kind, helpful people, great food and drink, tons of books of all kinds for all ages.

It was great to take our kids to look for some books. We hadnt been to a library or book store since the start of Covid, so this was a great outing. Not crowded at all. People following covid guidelines etc. The book store itself had every book we were looking for including the SAT study materials that my high schoolers needed. I have kids in preschool, elementary, High, and college - so its always great to find somewhere that has something for all of them. Staff was polite and helpful. They are going bagless so if you prefer a bag, bring one. All in all, we all had a great time.

Clean, with social distancing practiced, and an excellent childrens book selection! Staff is helpful if you have questions.

Same ole Barnes and Noble. You usually can find what youre looking for but I couldnt find a cookbook for diabetes.

Kevin was very helpful in the Childrens Section. We enjoyed working with him to find just the right books for gifts.

The best place to browse for a new book or to kill some time looking into your favorite subjects. Also, the Starbucks Cafe makes it so that you can get your coffee fix while shopping.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a book and never got a phone call or email that it was cancelled. When I went in to inquire they expected me to stand in line twice and had no explanation as to why I wasn’t contacted. I can use Amazon from now on. It’s faster and cheaper anyway.

Great place with employees that are as passionate as you about books. I received great advice to buy a book for my niece and also for myself. There is so much to read!

Clean and friendly. I was looking for a specific item but I couldnt think of what it was called. I described it as best as I could and the associate pretty much bee lined right to it. I wish I couldve stayed longer and looked around some more but time did not permit. Next time Im gonna get a coffee and chill...COVID be damned

Barnes and Nobles is one of my favorite places to go. this location is clean, the staff is helpful & very nice. I go here quite often and I have never had an issue. I love being a member with the sales and discounts I receive. I do wish they carried more books in the Poetry section but that is every Barnes & Nobles.

Was looking for a book on grieving for your husband. They didnt have what was on a list of books Hospice gave me .The lady in customer service found one widow to widow its just what I needed.

Went to the music section, there were not many cds.

I always find the books i need in Barnes & Noble. Its a great place to go get your books and it you can chill too because it has a food station where you can read and eat.

It was pouring down rain I went in to pick up my online order I had to go over to the music department to do so I asked the cashier in the music department if I could have a bag for my book purchase because it was raining and was told just put it under your coat I dont have any bags here. The cashier at the front register was nice enough to give me a bag for my purchase I thought that was very rude of the employee that helped me in the music department

Took me about 20 minutes at least just to try to find somebody to help me find a book. Is there anybody here that actually works? or is everybody just supposed to know exactly where they are supposed to look.

Went here for a school event and the books were very reasonably priced to my sweet surprise. They also have a book club for grown ups and kids alike. Would def recommend this location. They also have a starbucks inside with tables for study or a quick read. Quiet inside. Large selection of books.

Love Barnes and Nobles, no matter the city I am in. From the great customer service, the staff is always willing to help you find what you are looking for and have the best attitudes and are never rushing you. Their in-store starbucks is devine. I always feel like my beverages are made with love. And this is such a nice place to achieve some solitude, get some work done or just read a great book.

Coffee shop offered zero seating to a disabled person wearing a back brace. Barista had no sense of humor and obviously hates her job. You cant expect to sell food and drinks and offer no seating. All around unfriendly place very different from the way it was just 1 year ago. Sad.

Kicked my daughter out while she was trying to do her homework! She wasn’t bothering anybody and was minding her own business! I see why Amazon is putting this place out of business.

Love this store has a Starbucks Cafe in it and lots of books and games and toys. Great place to find all your Christmas gifts! Lots of friendly staff to help you find what you are looking for and have a good reward/savings membership card with free shipping and free coffee and cookies!
