Our cashier Jaden was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. He answered all of our questions about color options, balloon arches, etc. and even organized our bags to make it easier to find everything later!

This was my 3rd or 4th time coming to the store and its always a pleasure. Youre greeted when you walk in immediately and most of the employees are knowledgeable of the store.

Forst time shopping at Party City. I went for baby shark party supplies, several things were out of stock but I was able to find most of what I wanted and other things I substituted. Over all positive experience.

Great store amber was great stay away from the one in psl west super rude young girl and manager female not much smarter I would fire them both I had to ho to Jenson when I live psl west they are horrible

It has all your party essentials.I personally found it very difficult to navigate the store. Also, I felt it was stocked very limited. I went for Invitations for a birthday party. My daughter picked the ones she wanted and there were only two packs of them left which was just enough to cover the invites.St Pattys Day section was also a complete disaster.

Everything you need for whatever kind of party youre going to have

Very slow service. I waited a long time to get checked out. There was one cashier and he was assisting a customer with balloons, which was taking quite some time. He never acknowledged me or called for back up. I was tired of waiting and sat my stuff on the counter to leave. Another employee saw me and spoke to me. She came and rang me up.

Went to the store looking for things for my daughter birthday party they didnt have what I needed at that store but where kind enough to call around to the other party city and put my stuff on hold for me thats going the extra mile and showing great customer service I would highly recommend the staff there.

Pathetic excuse for a party store. They would not blow up for 24 balloons for me due to a helium shortage. Meanwhile people were blowing up foil balloons that were bigger than me and they told me that they make more money on the foil balloon said thats why it is OK

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing, they know where every single item is and can get you everything you need very quickly. They can assemble beautiful balloon bouquets and multitask very well

My wife and I love party city as it has a huge selection of great items for birthdays and misc holidays. We cant wait for halloween this year so we can visit and go crazy with our costumes and decorations.

Called and spoke with a manager about leaving 20 balloons to be filled up, rounded off to about $2/balloon. Manager said I could leave them and pay for them when I picked up because of a huge rush and just went to do so and they couldnt blow them up before I pay. Its kinda annoying being told one thing and showing up and it be different. Ecommerce is gonna close you guys too. :)

I easily gathered everything I needed for a last minute event. The problem was with staffing.There should be no reason for a lengthy wait in line at the register if theres only a half dozen customers in the store.

The quality of the products aren’t great plus the prices are way too hi... The customer service was excellent and the hours are convenient for anyone.

Has a lot of items but you can literally walk around the store for 15 min and leave without anyone asking if you need help or even just saying hello.
