How does someone who works at publix not know what butter is? My father asked where he could find the butter and the woman just said I dont know what that is. So then he spelled it out just in case she didnt understand him and she just told him to go to the front desk! Again dont work at publix if you dont know what BUTTER is.

I ordered a pair of adidas online for my son and went to return them for a refund at this store. Although nice, the employee stated they could not give me the full refund and could only give me the cost of the shoe, minus taxes, minus shipping. That is ridiculous! I was very unhappy and went across the mall to kids journeys and purchased a different pair of shoes for my son. Very unhappy.

I had a great experience at this Footlocker!! My husband and I stopped in to purchase some kicks for him to wear at work, and he found exactly what he was looking for. Kenny was the associate that assisted us and he was quick to find my husbands size and get us exactly what we needed. A few days later the shoes we purchased went on sale on the footlocker website, so I called to see if they would price match our previous purchase. It was Kenny again that answered all my questions and told me hed take care of it. He recognized me as soon as I walked into the store, and was happy to refund me the $30 difference for the price match. Thanks Kenny, for helping us out with this little bit of savings. We will definitely be back to purchase more kicks in the future.

After receiving a pair of sneakers from Foot Locker as a gift for Christmas, YEA CHRISTMAS, (it’s the end of March now) I went to the store to exchange them and get the correct size bc apparently all Addidas run big. I was told none of the NMDs were available in store in my size, the girl at the front desk advised me to come back after the new year. During the first week of the new year I came to exchange my sneakers and still no size that fit me. She told me to come back AGAIN, different girl this time, after Feb 1st bc of the new style coming out... Same thing diff month and of course nothing in my size. Each time previously both girls tried to order the sneaker through online for me and nothing was available either, finally a settled for a different color that was available to order in my size and she furfilled the order for me... two weeks later NO SNEAKERS. NO EMAIL. NO TYPE OF CONTACT. I visit the mall for the FOURTH time I was told my order was cancelled. I receive a gc and get told to order online. I have now ordered online and trough the phone three diff times and EACH TIME after waiting for a few days or two weeks I am sent an email with a notice saying my order can’t be complete bc they don’t have any of these sneakers available. I want my money NOT IN GC FORM BUT IN CASH FORM SO I CAN GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER PLACE AND GET A OAIR OF SNEAKERS THAT THIS COMOANY SEEMS TO BE INCAPABLE OF ORDERING. I will be sure to mention to everyone I know to never buy from this company again and I will definitely not give them any more business myself. DISGRACE.
