I HIGHLY doubt Ill be back. Walked in, saw about 8 workers, noone parted their lips to speak. Noone even looked my way. The guy sweeping came to take my order. There are a couple guys in street clothes behind the counter. Not sure whats going on, but they arent pleasant nor business like. No thanks.

This place has the worst staff possible. I went through drive thru and noone answered so i went inside to order. First you are also an icecream place and i try to order a milkshake and u say that its closed like how do u have product but say its closed also i went through drive thru because i have very bad ashma so unable to wear a mask and i tried to explain that to him and he kept cutting me off saying well u need a mask. I will never ever come back to this location ever. Really need to hire ppl that like there job!!!!!

Attempted to buy breakfast here the other day but there were long lines at the drive thru and inside. After 20 minutes of waiting, I left for the much better service at the Jensen Beach Blvd location. I highly recommend that store.

Every time I go to the location on US1 and Westmoreland, there is a young guy that makes my drink wrong. I have to ask for someone else to make it other than him. One time he gave me a pumpkin drink when I ordered a coffee coolatta. I took it back in and he told me that is what I ordered, and I definitely did not. For some reason there is no manager on site to even let them know the issues. Tonight he forgot to put the caramel in my husbands drink. This is the closest location, but I refuse to go there anymore.

Sat in the drive through line for 20 mins, line never moved, saw three employees sitting outside smoking cigarettes while their drive through line hasnt moved in 20 mins. Absolutely furious. Dont waste your time trying to go here.

If I could give them no stars I would just came from there and ordered a Cappuccino blast I had to go back around to have them remake it because it was watery and to sweet does not taste nothing like a cappuccino blast couldn’t even get it right the second time! They told me they couldn’t refund as well which is absurd. The service was horrible the girl at the window was rude when I asked for a straw and she rolled her eyes.

Two different servefs handled customers differently. My server just barely gave me an adequate amount of ice cream. My friend with a different server got a lot more ice cream. Mine was barely civil. His talked freely while he worked. My friend and I were the only customers. The ice cream was typical Baskin Robbins .... Great.

I wish I could give this place no stars. Not only was the gentleman behind the counter rude as all get out with NO customer service experience what so ever. Its very sad that THIS guy was your standard. He did not know the difference between a quart and a pint and all he kept asking was “ what are you going to do?”. That’s pretty sad, I will also be calling the number on the receipt to complain. Its pretty bad when there are CONSTANT bad reviews and management is doing nothing about it. Pretty pathetic Baskin Robbins, we will be taking our services elsewhere. Fix your problems.

Unless theres a big line, no customer should have to wait more than 3 minutes for service. That being said, I waited (timed) 8 minutes because one server was dishing out ice cream, one server was working the drive-thru and one worker was looking at the server working the drive-thru. Then I saw another worker duck into the Employees Only door, never to be seen again.My iced tea was fine, the iced coffee was fine and the puffy, comfy chairs were lovely. (Only two in the shop, but my local DD has none.) No on had donuts (calorie watch) but there were plenty and they looked terrific.

They do have very good ice cream, but if you want a milkshake or Sunday, they are usually out of bananas and they dont follow the instructions to put the correct ingredients in your milkshake. The employees need more training.

I can see why Baskin-Robbins is now a fringe establishment. No knowledge of what they serve, difficult to order a Birthday cake & confusion over the process.

The ice cream was great but the customer service was terrible. The worker or manager or whoever he was was really rude and was rushing me and my fiancé. We came in 15 minutes prior to closing and he made sure to let us know we had to be out soon because they were closing. Sitting area was also very messy and dirty.

I order a banana royal and than a sherbet ice cream for my niece, they said we dont have sherbet today I said ok she will have an Oreo Ice cream and than of course mine the banana royal. I get home and I take a bite and mine is sherbet ice cream and bananas and carmal and whipped cream!! Talked to manger and he says yeah that would be gross, umm really you werent the one that took a mouth full and is pregnant!!
