Poor workmanship and poor customer service.Save yourself the aggravation and by your stuff someplace else. Paid $1000 for a French door that had the header and threshold cut too short, there door manager came over and tried to pull the side of the frame straight then separated the header of the frame from the side of the frame. When this was pointed out to them they said to chalk it. Said the door frame was not square even though all four corners were shorter than the sides of the frame in order for the door to close, guess I’ll try small claims to get restitution sine Stuart Paint Supply is not interested in fixing their error. See the pictures for yourself, hopefully my aggravation will prevent you from the same experience.

Quality workmanship; respect for condo rules -- they aced an extremely difficult door and frame replacement which has stood the test of time and 4 hurricanes. Double-glazed window installation 7 YEARS AGO is completely and perfectly done. SPS has been a brick through decades in our beautiful town.

They charge $80 to show up and inspect the job and give an estimate of parts and labor. This guy shows up and says “did the office tell you I don’t work on mobile homes?” No they didn’t. Then before looking at the job he says “I can’t get parts for that door”. Knowing I just blow $80 I asked as many questions as I could to do the job myself. Half of the information he give me was wrong. I complained to two office workers and received more arguments and no refund. Before paying their service call ($80) make sure they understand what you expect.

Very disappointed, bought 7x1x3 painted trim for baseboards, bought all they had, 57 boards, was told they would have more in couple weeks, 4 weeks later, told they can no longer get them, was told to buy a 1x4 and rip 1inch off of it, seriously, its the principle of the matter, couldve told me that when i got them and i wouldve went someplace else. NEVER going back there !!!!

They do not warranty their products. They sent doors that that had dents in the threshold and the door is cut at an angle. Would not replace and in dispute right now. I attached picture of door. That deviation makes it that the door has no seal.

Price goudging at its finest. Call and told a certain price, when arrived price was a ton more. Due to the hurricane sps is charging more for there materials. An example would be my situation.... 96x50 ft is normally 89$ plus tax. Here i was told 170$ and charged 212$!!! If you sell your product for more than double the price home depot does to the public why would i ever use this company again? Very disrespectful staff not to mention
