We recently went to La Z Boy to look at alternatives for gliders in our nursery. Amy was very helpful and we found the perfect chair! It is way more comfortable than the gliders at Buy Buy Baby, for only a slightly higher price and I know this chair will last us much much longer!

We went in looking for a couch and a rocking recliner. We came out with just that and had an amazing shopping experience. Amy went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect fit. We didn’t feel rushed and she was extremely knowledgeable on what was and wasn’t in stock and gave multiple options. We are customers for life because of this. Thank you Amy and team!!

Good service in the store to work with my tall husband and me as a shorty to get just the right fit and also to patiently help us with fabric selection. We were told it would take 4 months for our special order but it was delivered in just 2 1/2 months! We are so happy with both the comfort and quality.

The sectional is beautiful and very comfortable. The only design flaw is that the electronic recliner controls for the single chair are supposed to be stored in a side pocket thats basically inaccessible. The delivery team was very courteous but scratched our floors dragging the pieces around instead of lifting and placing them. My husband called the store because he couldnt get thru to a person at customer service and was told someone would contact us about it. Its been a week and no one has contacted us Thats why Im giving a rating of just 3 stars.

I work with the elderly and my client needed a lift chair. We went to the Jensen Beach, FL, store and we received excellent customer service from Timothy. We were greeted right away and directed to the location of the chairs we needed to look at. He was amazing! He was very kind, friendly, courteous, patient, thoughtful, personable, attentive, and caring. He took the time to answer all our questions, provided us much information about the chairs, styles, features, how to operate, and asked us questions to ensure he would be able to assist us in finding the perfect chair. He explained everything in simple terms. He was extremely helpful and went over all the paperwork once a chair was selected. He explained the additional options for having the fabric sprayed and extended warranty on the motor. He explained the delivery process, when my client would be getting phone call reminders and such. My client isnt a Vet, but I am and he was gracious enough to give my client the military discount anyway on top of the sale price. Timothy went well above and beyond to help us. Thank you, Timothy! My client was very happy with his decision to purchase the chair he chose, and eagerly awaits delivery. Timothy, you are a shining example of what customer service means/looks like! If Im ever in the market for a recliner, I know where Im going and highly recommend this store.

Excellent purchasing experience. Rodney Williams was a very informative and respectful manager, who provided space and time in our decision making process. I never felt pressured to purchase. When I did make the decision, the financing and signing process was easy and fast. The product is excellent, a well crafted sofa made in the U.S. with lumbar support. Pricing is higher than the competition, but the higher price matches the higher quality.

Waited at least 12 weeks for this furniture. The sales people were nice; however, I went online and found the same furniture from different stores at a much better price, and when I got a sale email on the chairs I ordered they told me it wasn’t on the “special order fabrics” only standard fabrics which I don’t understand because you are paying an up charge doe the special fabric so the base price should have been adjusted even if the up charge wasn’t! They did honor the prices I found of the other pieces we ordered, but after waiting 12 weeks when we got our order, the coffee table has a plank that doesn’t align with the rest of the planks on top and so there is a very noticeable lip. It is very uneven. I told the delivery person and he said “we aren’t involved in that”...and our “special order chairs” have strange creases in them where the backs meet the arms and they are all different so I know that can’t be a normal thing. 4 chairs all the same fabric and 4 different weird crease patterns. I just feel like the premium price you pay for La Z Boy should mean you are getting a flawless product and that is not what we got! Hopefully they will reach out and want to correct the problems. At the very least they should honor the sale price for the chairs to compensate us for the flaws and they should replace our coffee table because no discount will make the lip look any better or keep a drink from spilling if you happen to sit it on the uneven lip. We definitely need someone to follow up. You would think when you spend this kind of money that the sales person would personally follow up and ask you about your furniture!!! Customer service just isn’t what it used to be!

Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. She wrote up our contract, explain warranty procedures and scheduled our delivery. We were in the store no more than 30 minutes and got exactly what we wanted.

I’m having a baby in two months and wanted a rocking recliner before the baby comes. With covid pushing back online sales to 4-6 months, I couldn’t wait that long! The sales rep helped me find the perfect chair that was in stock at their location!! It looks great in the baby room, so I’m super thankful for his help!

Our experience in the store was excellent. Lots of help with fabric choices. The two couches we ordered actually came in much sooner than expected.

We were so thrilled from the second we walked into the showroom until we left. As soon as we entered, the very organized and spacious layout was filled with very nicely styled furniture. We made our way to the back of the store where Justin greeted us. I had been expecting to walk in and get jumped on by a pushy salesperson, I was not. I was offered guidance as to what was where on the floor, after inquiring, in a very non-pushy manner. Yet, once I asked questions about the furniture I was given answers in an excellent manner. He was incredibly descriptive of the furniture, the sales process, the availability, and the delivery process. He was very patient in allowing both my wife and I to try out recliners. I was so happy with them, I bought two. I wont hesitate driving the forty five minutes it took for us to get there from Vero Beach, when I am in need of more furniture.

We had a good experience overall. Sales people were not pushy. Our recliner did take longer than estimated for delivery (took 4 months) because of covid delays, but it arrived in good condition. A plus was we got free delivery because we waited so long. Delivery guys were nice too.

I worked with the store designer, Blaine, who provided excellent guidance with the sectional and a bedroom set. It is a larger store and gives you the ability to view more items in person. It was a pleasurable experience and will do it again should I need something. Blaine said if I had any design questions that I could ask him.

Furniture buying that even a guy can enjoy. The product enjoys a reputation that commands a premium price, and their people live up to that rep as well. Rodney was thoroughly professional and showed me exactly what I was looking for and we narrowed my search in minutes. His product knowledge was what I would expect from a seventeen year pro, and we had a deal within 20 minutes. I sat in dozens of recliners, and none were as comfortable as Lay Z Boy.

Our items arrived damaged in that the leather was stained in multiple places. The delivery crew attempted to rectify to no avail. We then had a La-Z-Boy technician come, and he was unable to rectify damage either. La-Z-Boy did not provide any restitution since we purchased “clearance” items (the manufacturer discontinued the leather color). Even on “clearance”, the items cost at least twice as much as similar items from a different manufacturer. In addition, the items from a different manufacturer would have had additional features such as adjustable lumber and headrest.

We have been Lay-Z-Boy customers for years now and love the furniture! Many years ago Ryan helped us, and now, with our most recent purchase, he was there again. He went above and beyond both times to ensure a great shopping experience and helped us find the right products. Thank you Ryan for being awesome, we will certainly be back in the future.

We found the store to be well stocked with options to choose from. We love that this quality furniture is made in the USA. I was looking for a specific item. I needed a recliner sofa that would fit thru a 28” door and was no wider than 85”. Alex showed me several options. Their sale prices were great. I got one that had a power lift for not much more than I expected to pay for non-power I was very pleased with my shopping experience

Bought recliner for Husband birthday. He is a big man and his feet usually hang off the edge. Also he has Vertigo and some recliners go back too far and trigger his dizzness. Hes loving the one he picked.

Husbands $1500 (on sale) chair which he used for 14 months. Do not assume LaZboy leather is quality. Oh, if we want real leather, we have to pay another $720. Thought we bought real leather but actually is bonded leather. First photo is by his neck area and second is from arm area.

I ordered a chair for Father’s Day and at no point did the salesperson mention the chair I was purchasing was not for tall man. So my husband feet hang off the chair. So the sale person was not very helpful during purchase. Make sure you ask questions and don’t make the mistake I did.

My husband and I were looking for a couch and loveseat and stopped by La-Z-Boy in Jensen Beach. We found one we really liked but decided to shop around. Store was clean, associates were masked, there was plenty of sanitizer and other safety precautions to make sure guests are safe. My husband and I purchased a lovely reclining couch, our experience was very satisfactory.

(This review is for customer service; the quality of the furniture is very good.) I made it clear we didnt want a long delay in delivery because we had a new house with no furniture at all. Sofa, one chair, and TV stand came quickly. I understood the other chair was custom order and was okay with that. But they delayed the delivery of table and rug in order to deliver them with the chair, a convenience for them, not us. The coffee table is at the warehouse, but unavailable for delivery for yet another month. Why does a coffee table take over 2 months to be delivered? Also not allowed to cancel the order. Why? Are cancellations handled by smoke signals? Good furniture, bad service.

My wife and I were avoiding La-Z-Boy because I felt their prices were too high. After shopping for a living room set at the other big chain stores we were disappointed with the quality of the furniture that we sampled. It felt disposable. Thankfully we visited laz-z-boy on Memorial Day weekend. The 30% off sale, the American made furniture and the helpful sales staff made for a positive experience. We purchased a living room set for about the same cost as RTG but with superior quality. About the only concern we have is the 8-10 weekdelay in delivering the set. I’m going to be patient and see if La-Z-boy delivers on their promise.

We were there for over two hours and the Rodney, salesperson gave us multiple quotes, looked for multiple different chairs all the while he was cheerful and helpful. Right before we left without a sale a couch found our attention and the rest is history. We will definitely buy again and we thank the salesperson for hanging in with us. He is definitely a 10 plus!
