Such friendly and fast service! Everyone Ive dealt with at Fast Lane has been wonderful. I purchased a lifetime maintenance package from them a few months back and have received 2 oil changes so far. They take good care of me, whichever kids I have in tow at the time, and my vehicle. Love being able to schedule my oil change and get in and out in 30 minutes or less.

On our drive up to Washington, our check engine light came on and our mass air flow sensor was going out. The guys at Fast Lane were so kind and had us back on the road within an hour. It was really a great experience.

I recommend them to everyone because theyre quick to get you back on the road and reliable. I will continue to use them because they also beat competitors prices.

Waited a bit to post a review to ensure my vehicle was performing well. I am very happy with Fast Lane Automotive. I had numerous repairs that needed to be made. My Jeep is running in much better form. They got the work completed very quickly and best of all I haven’t had to take it back in for any leaks or adjustments.I will be returning for future work when needed. We want to give a HUGE shout out to Fast Lane Automotive in Jerome Idaho!! We were on a road trip and planning on our visiting family members in Idaho,We had always taken our vehicles into Fast Lane for any maintenance needed when we were in the area. This trip we were planning on routine maintenance, before we hit the road to the east coast. However, before we got to Idaho we started experiencing some power issues in our Dodge Dually. We took our truck into for diagnosis and are we glad we did!!! The turbo on the truck had gone out...Doyal(owner) and Kameron(mechanic) were quickly on the phones to see if our warranty would help. And they handled it ALL. They knew we had plans to get on the road, quickly and efficiently worked hard to accommodate!!! We cannot say enough about Fast Lane Automotive!!! Amazing service! On a road trip in 100+ degree heat. My car was sluggish and would not accelerate to more than 55 mph on the freeway. Let’s just say my fellow freeway travelers were not super happy with me and let me know it.☹️I stopped in Jerome at Fast Lane Automotive. They were very attentive and got right on the issue. Kameron checked my very hot engine and CVT transmission fluid, noting that it was not clear and it likely needed to be drained and re-filled because of the hot weather. Very professional, very clean and comfortable waiting room, and a very happy customer! 5 stars, only because I can’t give them 10 stars. My car has been performing perfectly ever since.

Highly recommend!! The AC in my car quit working. I called another place in town (Fred Kenyon) that had slightly better reviews than this place and was told they didn’t have an appointment for 2 weeks. I told the lady I didn’t want to wait 2 weeks to get my AC fixed since it’s going to be in the high 90’s and 100’s the next few days. She rudely hung up on me without saying goodbye. I called Fast Lane. The guy was friendly and knowledgeable. He got my car right in and helped me get it fixed.

Very happy with choosing to take both my vehicles to fast lane automotive shop, they got me in right away diagnosed the problem and what it cost to fix it before they started in on it, after the job was done they contacted me days later to see if I was satisfied with their work, never had any other automotive place ever do that with me, now I feel like I can take my vehicle in there any time and not feel like Im going to get ripped off, kudos to Fastlane Automotive.
