These guys were amazing! Eric was awesome to work with, very responsive and down to earth. We had been looking for a suburban for months and were able to get exactly what we wanted and trade in for our VW was great. I never felt pressured. He kept us informed while we waited for our new suburban to arrive and was very accommodating. They gave us a loaner truck to go get lunch while they bolted on our Z71 accessories.The dealership owner even helped us familiarize ourselves with our new rig, and helped me figure out all the tech stuff.We are Ram people, but these guys made us seriously consider buying a chevy from them again. The finance staff do what they can to get you the best financing, and all in a casual friendly environment. I was looking online at their inventory at 11:30 am, and the nicest young man named Ethan and our hardworking finance representative Claudia had me home, in my new car, by 4. (And I live in Twin!!) We had our oil and filter changed on our 2015 duramax. Duane is friendly and professional. We are going to purchase a 2022 3500 duramax. We talked with Don about the new truck. Don was very nice, not high pressure at all. We highly recommend and appreciate Con Paulos!

Con Paulos is the best.Other dealers would just sigh when I told them the EXACT truck I was looking for - and then try and sell me what they had. Don was exactly the opposite: he listened to what I was looking for, and then actually called me back days later when he found the truck. No other dealers exhibited this level of professionalism. I came from Oregon to buy this truck and it was worth the extra effort. Low pressure sales but get you exactly what you need. Now this is how buying a vehicle should work.

Ethan and Ross were very easy to work with. They gave us a really good deal on our trade that we couldn’t pass. We got into our 2015 F350 with such ease. We were pre-approved through our bank, but there was a miscommunication on the bank end of things but Ross was quick to respond and get them the correct information that they needed. Their warranty forever is such an awesome added bonus to this experience. I highly recommend checking them out.

I went in for an oil change, plus my car was acting weird and normally I get excellent service and they top off everything, but not this time. This time the service manager didnt bother to go over anything that needs to be done I had to ask questions on my air filter to see if it needed to be changed or anything so he just looked at me like I was inconveniences him and then he grilled me for being 10,000 miles over my oil change. I left feeling very frustrated and sad.

We recently purchased a new truck from these guys. Absolute best car buying experience we have ever had. Gave us a fair price for our trade in. Always a nerve wracking experience to find out if you will be approved for financing, but at no point did we feel uncomfortable during the process. I had an oil change and service and also had a tonneau cover installed on my 2020 Colorado. The Dwayne and the service department did a great job. They were very quick and had the service done in no time and the salesperson, Connor did a great job with the tonneau cover.

I’ve purchased my dream truck in January from this dealership, a 2006 Duramax. After purchasing this vehicle and took it back to where I live in Vegas and the truck fails smog due to emissions tampering being the cat was missing. Including the windshield was cracked and poor wiper blades. Also the used vehicle I purchased didn’t seem like it went thru recon process at all or even detailed wash for sale. I tried many times to try to resolve this issues with the manager and my sales guy but no one answers my calls or anything. I’m very disappointed in their services and hope they give better results to other customers. Also the finance lady was very unprofessional and has bad attitude. I was told to get my paperwork in the mail within 2 weeks and still nothing in the mail so I can register my vehicle. Hope this helps anyone trying to buy a vehicle from there to look it over really well and don’t fall for their bs talk like I did. I hope I can get a response back from this dealership regarding these issues and still awaiting on my paperwork in the mail. Plus while I was there at con Paulo’s Chevy no one there had masks on at all for COVID. I hope I get a solution back because my experience so far was unexpected and disappointing. Including the price was all over the place regarding this truck I’ve bought. I was told one thing and got another.

Eric made our car buying experience wonderful! He worked really hard to get us the best deal possible on the exact car we wanted. We really loved the kids room for our 4 year-old to play in while we discussed details, and they have the best popcorn in town. Its well worth the drive to Jerome.

I was debating on getting into a new car and only went in to test drive. I fell in love with the car and the rest is history. They gave me more for my trade in than anyone else that I had do a trade appraisal. I didnt really want to have to deal with selling it privately so it was a pleasant surprise. They got my payments where I wanted them and went above and beyond to help me get into it. I definitely recommend and will purchase from them again in the future.

Was quoted one price, and charged more. with the US having, 4% of the worlds population. And 24% of the covid-19 cases on the planet. I was shocked to find no mask being worn, No social distancing in place. And my vehicle was brought back to me at work by a young man not wearing a mask so potentially contaminating my vehicle. Not the first trouble Ive had with this dealership. Be assured it will be the last. I was trying to give them another chance to do right by me, Total fail!!

Well first of all we bought a used 2007 vehicle for cash 11,500. The sales manager, along with the salesman whom showed us the car and the so call car technician all looked is in the eye and told us “ all vehicles sold by Con Paulo’s have all been serviced and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. At a little over 100,000 miles we took the car as is with no warranty. We drove the car NO LIE 37 miles and the code for transmission came in and we drove the car at 10 miles a hour to make it home in limo mode ... when we called and spoke with the sales manager he questioned “how I drive the car home “ I was very upset at the dishonesty that the three Con Paulo’s employees gave us. I would not recommend anybody to buy a car from them . To be honest what difference would it had made even if we bought the warranty when there was total dishonesty from the beginning...

I came into Con Paulos Chevrolet with major anxiety about making my next car purchase. It has been quite some time since Ive had to do this and honestly my experiences with other dealerships in the past have been far from great...or even good. I was very kindly greeted by Steve Kaminski. He took excellent care of me all the way to where he handed me my keys to my new vehicle! *HUGE sigh of relief*

I dropped one of my cars off for repairs. 2 months later they said it was done. 1500 dollars later Still doing the same thing we dropped it off for. After taking it back and showing them they say they dont know whats wrong.

Was looking to buy a suv with my husband. Went to con Paulos and was helped by Jose. Jose was nice and easy to get along with. Although, I have a few complaints. 1. They had horrible prices, our payments were way higher than other places. Lithia offered us 45$ less and negotiated the price down. 2. They ended up breaking my door handle to the drivers side. Things happen I understand although it has been nothing but a hassle to get it fixed with them. They never call and update me so I am left calling them. They would not work with me on paint color and continued to throw shade at my door handle and how they would fix it on their own terms. After threatening a lawsuit they finally said they will get it done. It has been 3 business days we will see how or when it is actually fixed. I will NEVER recommend con Paulos to anyone, you can find the same car for better price and better customer service elsewhere!! I was able to purchase the same car with similar miles for $8,000 cheaper. Shop around everyone.

The worst experience ever told one thing by one salesman then completely another thing by another salesman. Then given the run around and my bank tells me we can do it this way then the sales team said no cant do that its illegal. I finally got pissed off and walked out and am taking my business else where. Then they tried to get me to pay extra tax on something I would have already paid tax on. Just amazed at how my wife and I got treated when trying to spend money.

I got the help I needed. very polite people there. had help from Dave. my phone was ran out of battery and he let me barrow his charger. he help me with my kiddos. and help me out on wat ever I needed. also the rest of the crew too. they also help with my kids. even though my kids have wat they have they didnt give me the cold shoulder and gave me a bad issue with them. so Im grateful to see and hear that this place is a great place.
