Pedro and Justin delivered very high end product to a job site out of town, for our company City Creek Glass. This job required very high end, and very large windows and doors. These items were extremely heavy, they found a way to safely unload everything at the job site, and get them to a safe spot within the home.

We are new to Idaho and purchased a commercial property back in February, which has been under a major renovation. We were having difficulty even getting local window/door companies to come out to give us bids. One company, Dreamstyle, was quoting us way above retail. Lowes and Home Depot are both short-staffed do to the pandemic. I finally did my research and found that Pella was nearby in Jerome (our building under renovation is in Twin Falls.) I called and spoke with Ryan Ammann, and unbelievably he came right out to meet us and give us a quote (within 30 minutes)! Working with Ryan was a pleasure. We got the exact windows we wanted in a pretty short timeframe. Our delivery had to be postponed a week on our end, which seemed no problem for the Pella team. Our delivery drivers, Justin and Pedro, were very professional and punctual. They called me when the were 30 minutes away, and were already there when I got there. The easily managed the heavy windows and put them right where I asked. They were courteous and a joy to work with. We are now ready to order doors... I will definitely be going Pella for sure. I plan to recommend Pella to anyone I hear is replacing windows or doors.

Broken window and required to use PELLA. Had to order in the part and it arrived sooner than expected. Repairmen were very professional and arrived within the allotted service window. Fast replacement, area left clean, and they even helped with my ‘sticky’ front door.

Showed up to get a price on a few windows and the sign on the door says by appointment only (wish their website would have mentioned that). I decided to step in anyway. Door buzzer went off so stood in their small show room for 5 minutes before deciding to leave. Called them and let them know I needed a quote on a few windows. The salesman wasnt in so was told they would contact me in a couple of days. Still waiting on that call.Update on review. After posting this Pella contacted me and asked for my contact info. A sales rep contacted me and came out to my home to look at the windows Im looking at replacing. Super nice guy.
