Walmart Auto Center is fast and efficient. They only had two techs this afternoon and still went well beyond my expectations. I always get my tires and oil changes as I travel across several states most are very, very, slow. The service manager and service techs her are working very hard and fast moving cars through quickly. Thank you! For the hard work and fast service. This Walmart auto service center is just awesome!

Decent enough store, though they rarely have everything I come in for. I get that supply chains are short at the moment, but this has been small common things over several months.Otherwise, clean friendly store.

Walmart needs to hire more Cashiers or install more self service check outs on my last visit in the Brunswick Store people were lined up all the way up to the front doors trying to get checked out only 5 cashiers most of the self service check outs were down it took me. Almost an hour to get checked out I had only 1 item if I had not have really needed that item I would have Walked out I will never stand in line that long ever again ever it has been like this in All the Walmart stores way before the pandemic started if they dont want to hire like I said install more self service check ✔️ outs

I’m very disappointed with ALL Walmart’s! I have to use the disability commode because I have a problem getting up and down. What’s Walmart’s problem? No stalls for people who are disabled. This Walmart never has the restrooms clean or in working order. Today, November 2, there was 2, yes TWO stalls working! I thought maybe the bathroom was part of a Haunted House because of all the orange tape, stuff draped everywhere and it being so trashy! Shame on you Walmart!

It took me over 30 minutes to get help in the garden center yesterday. It seem to be under staff. I was very unhappy when I asked the older guy to get me some help and I needed someone that knows about garden tools he just keep running the register without calling for help. There was 3 people in line to check out so I patiently waited. When it came to my turn some more people came to the register and he continued to help them. I went to the pharmacy and the young lady called help for me. I still didnt get help, so I went to the front greeter and the man got on his phone and called for some to come and help me. I went back to the garden center and waited. After a few minutes I step from down the aisle to see what was taking so long,(what did I see) the cashier propped on his elbows taking to another employee. So I had to ask for help again. The young man was very helpful and nice. This shouldnt had been a big ordeal.

The store is clean and well kept. The outdoor section workers were helpful.

Be aware there currently is no optometrist working, so no eye exams are being scheduled as of last week.

W+ is the best way to shop in store. You pay for your items easy through the app at self checkout to avoid long lines!!

Usually on weekends, many large retail stores are in disarray. This store was well-stocked and orderly. The staff members I encountered were very polite and helpful.

I ordered a cupcake cake from there Bakery!! The worse lookin cake I ever saw in my life...they wouldnt change my cake for me (at least fix it) so much icing on each cupcake with empty spots everywhere in da cake! I will never waste my time again .... A lil discount from a messed rose...they whole cake is horrible !!

Be cautious when buying meat from here. The meat wall smells awful. The meat never looks fresh. I bought a pack of chicken one time and my family of 6 got sick the next day. And I truly believe it’s because the stockers leave the meat out on the floor while filling up the shelves and helping customers. While doing so, it disrupts the process of getting the meat effectively to the shelves to maintain the temperature.

They are very organized and clean. friendly and helpful associates.

Decent stocked Walmart. However, the parking lot is leaves a lot to be desired_It saddens me to see folks have those puppies and kitties out for sale/giveaway_It is just too hot people; advertise them.At least keep them watered well.A lot going on in that parking lot....

This is hands down the best Wal-Mart I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Mark in Auto center and Mark Team Leader helped my husband and I in a serious situation. We had to travel away from Louisiana due to Hurricane Ida, the Wal-Mart in Waycross would not even help us to return or even exchange our battery that we purchased from a Wal-Mart in Louisiana, they refused even with us having a receipt, but Mark at this Jesup Wal-Mart went above and beyond to give us a full refund and help us get a new battery so we can safely travel back home to Louisiana. Thank you Mark and Mark, God bless you both.

Not bad. The fishing gear selection was bigger than most.

It was nice, but like ALL walmarts stores, everybody does not like checking themselves out. But some lanes were opened quickly. I liked that. Good experience.

Dawn in pharmacy very polite and helpful. BJ works upfront and loaded my groceries for me as I am not able to lift right now. He was super friendly and polite.

The store is the best. And I am not going to pretend, I dont like checking my self out because I dont . I miss talking with the cashiers but the few cashiers that are open have lines backed up. So self check out is faster! The remodel of the store looks great. The associates and the manager are really super nice! Its Best Walmart I ever been in.

Jesup walmart is very clean. Had things that the Hinesville location doesnt have. I enjoyed it much better and certainly not as crowded.

Not enough cashiers, very very long lines for self service and I am a senior citizen and self service is a big hassle to me. No other lanes were open. Poor organization.

Here from Tennessee visiting our Daughter. Store is Average compared to other Wal-Marts visited on trip. Not enough cashiers. Dont believe in self check. This is a sign of lazy management, and not customer friendly. Who ever thought of this should be demoted in my opinion. Just saying.

Didnt have some of my groceries. This seems to to be an ongoing problem. Had to go to Food Lion to get what was not available at Walmart. It seems FOOD LION does not have a problem keeping items available. If this keeps up Ill just go to food Lion and forget Walmart.

Its employees look dirty, some are so hateful its all I can do not to go off on them. merchandise is moved continually, getting a buggy is always a fight, help from a worker that knows their product is almost impossible & you can forget speaking to management. it is never well stocked,. and our community doesnt have much of a choice. SAD!!?

Stopped in Sunday night about 9:00 p.m. to purchase a few electronics and was happy to find everything that I was looking for in stock. The staff were very helpful and polite. The employee from electronics walked me to self check out per policy guidelines when purchasing certain electronics. Not only did she do so without complaint or worry; she was kind enough to bag the handful of additional items Id purchased while I was getting my payment ready. I wish I would have thought to get her name so I could so her some appreciation. Thank you.

Facing of merchandise seems haphazardly. No culling of clothing merchandise. Fruits and vegetables displayed well culling is evident.

Jesup has one of the nicest stores.

Clean, fast, and friendly. The greeter even helped me when I had to run to the pharmacy and get medicine for my niece who started running a fever in the store.

I had a good experience and found everything I was looking for. They didnt have too long of lines, although the store was busy. I even stopped for gas.

I enjoy shopping here the prices are lower some times.

I have been to Walmart in jesup,waycross,an Brunswick, ga an all three you have to wait in long line to check out they need more check out personal .with all the employees they have they could open more than one or two lane to check people out

Always up for a neighboring Wal-Mart trip! Jesup seems alot smaller than my WayX store but the Housewares/ Decor dept was on point. 4 STARS bc the cashier acted like I was bothering her. Sad but true.

Great place to shop has everything you need.

No clothes found for a teen. No dresses or pretty tops and dressy skirts or pants for church or funeral found at all. Even in misses sizes was there anything that would do. Jesup ga clothing for females was awful. Usually I dont have a problem, something has happened to clothing dept.

This could be a much better store that what it is. I dont know how they decide on what to stock in each store but this one in Jesup Ga coulb be improved on with the grocery department. The selection is absolutely terrible because the selection is terrible. Its as if they think the people that live here dont have any class. I have to drive to Hinesville to find any quality selection on grocery items. Hey Walmart.... please upgrade.I spend a lot of money there. Dont make me drive so far. Then i can spend more with Jesup store.

I love that it has better selection than most Walmarts and is better kept. Its also easy to get in and get out more quickly. And the online grocery is excellent also.

Reading through the reviews for this Walmart is funny... a lot of the bad reviews are minor inconveniences. A lot of entitled people. But it’s expected for a small town.I’ve traveled to different cities and visited different Walmart’s.This particular Walmart is 10/10 the cleanest, neatest and friendliest.Employees are fast and willing to help. I don’t care if I get checked out or check myself out. It’s not that big of a deal.They seem to be very well stocked. Especially during a pandemic. Workers are constantly moving. It’s also a very small store, but it was a in and out shopping experience and I wish all Walmart’s were like this.

Worst experience ever was on May 13. When me and my wife went to go shopping 30mins before closing time. After we checked out and was about to leave the store we had a Walmart employee chase us down and started to accuse us of stealing a freezer meal that is worth 1.24 dollars and started threathning us with the local police and to ban us. After they checked our receipt and all the barcodes of the items we had they realized they made a mistake. Will not shop here no more unless its the only option left. Worst customer service experience ever.

Today was a super annoying shopping trip. When you look all around the area you think something should be & cant find it nor can you find anyone to help you its so frustrating. Then you are trying to find a particular gift card or debit card actually so you go looking for another rack to check them out on only to be almost yelled at by 2 cashiers that I couldnt check out through self checkout. I am just trying to find more displays not checkout. So I give up on the particular debit card I am trying to find & get in a checkout lane. Thats when it got even more challenging. The customer in front of me had WIC vouchers & must have been using them all at the same time. Nothing against a person getting assistance just part of the crazy WM Saturday shopping experience. Well its my turn. The gaming cards were an issue. I had 5 cards since they had no $100 cards in the store that I could find. Plus you could only check out 2 of the cards at a time. At least the cashier didnt make me get out of line she just tried tocheck out the next 3 for me. Well it still only accepts 2. So the register ends up showing credit balance . So she goes to the office for help twice. Finally a head cashier comes & takes me to customer service. She says they owe me money so she goes back to the same register & brings me a cash refund. But I still cant buy the 5th card because thats the limit & first & foremost I should never have checked out at the register but should have been told that I would have to go to customer service. When I turned the gaming cards over to the person that needed them it turns out that card #4 had no value at all. I guess they cancelled one of the cards in error & thats why I received a cash refund. So thats the drama of shopping at Jesup GA Walmart today.

Because the world is so afraid to get out of their homes I basically had the entire store to myself!! LoL. The pandemic is no joke but it sure makes our small town a lot more peaceful!

Being from the next town over, I can truthfully say this Walmart is leaps and bounds better than ours. The layout puts items where youd think theyd be and all of the self-checkouts were open AND working! This super center also has a gas station which is competitive with local gas stations.

Very friendly helpful and showed much good cheer and hospitality! ✌️

This place all of them they dont keep the shelves stocked the employees are rude and disrespectful to the customers.

This is really a nice place, except that they are always out of the Edward Double Coconut pies everytime I visit. They let someone buy them all at one time. One day they were stocked. Then two days later all 30 pies were gone. Had to wait 2 weeks before they restocked. This is reoccurring. Went somewhere else. All in all. I like the place.

The Walmart in Jesup is very clean and the staff is very helpful.

How wonderful, getting cold cuts and three staff behind counter ignoring me. Staff live chatting to each other must be great to go to work and talk to other staff and ignore customers. Poor service, Walmart just keeps getting better - not.

Walmart finally found a perfect employee that works in the Deli - Joanna. Wow she is so polite, professional, cares about her job, but most of all the customers. Since she has been working in the Deli l look forward to a pleasant interaction as she just knows how to treat customers. The rest of the staff could learn from this wonderful woman, keep up the excellent work Joanna. Management should take note, you have a diamond employee, dont let her go.
