The gun shop is A-plus the girl employee is top top notch knowledgeable non her stuff she is amazing gunsmith knowledge. She is absolutely worth drive and to be helped by her shes a short young gal she is amazing .

I go here because of their gun/ammo selections. Their prices and selection seem to be good. Their hardware selections also seem good, but I cant comment on their hardware prices as I havent purchased enough from them.

I drive from another town with an ACE just to shop at this one. Im on a first name basis with several of the workers and am always treated like a friend when I am there.

They had an add for buy 2 a/c filters get one free. They do not carry the brand that was advertised in their flyer and they would not substitute even though the one they carry was cheaper. Not good business practice.

People are what makes this place great. The people try hard to gain you perception of your project and give some advice if they see your having a hard time. To be honest I never roam the store at all; I just get one of the employees and to show me to where the products are. This ACE has most everything you need or will order it for you.

The service you will find from the friendly folks who work at, who own and operate this hardware store are second to none! Usually when you walk in and look around, someone will ask if you need help finding something, even if youve been in there a thousand times. This wonderful store seems to have a little bit of everything, from brass fittings, standard and metric bolts, rope, chain, electrical, tools and saw blades & drill bits that are name brand to just about any kind of lumber and OSB, plywood, insulation and other building materials you will need that can save you a trip out of town, plus they have YETI coolers in stock, Dixie Chopper mowers and I have seen some nice golf carts out in front. Josh and Wesley are always busy doing something, usually working on orders for customers and getting trucks ready to be sent out for local contractors, but they are never too busy to say hello if you happen to walk by and speak to them. The guys who are out back will help get you loaded as quickly as they can, and will even let you help pick out the lumber you will want while loading your vehicle, so you will know you had a say in what you purchased. And at times like during the Summer months, you will occasionally find bottles of Mr. Bills Hot Pepper Vinegar at the front counter, which is delicious when poured over freshly cooked greens served with cornbread! Kinda reminds me of the old General Stores you occasionally would come across in a vacation area up in the mountains in a specialty shop, but in a way this can be considered a specialty shop as well! These are friendly folks who stay busy helping people all day long, so our lives can be a little bit better. Get to know these folks, as they always like making a new friend!

Usually always a great experience.However this time,the cashier was new and he had no personality at all or customer serveice skills which made it more frustrating. I was looking for trim wood and outside found some,they are not marked with prices so its very frustrating to check multiple pieces using a number.If you know how to get the number.The day was busy and they was very short with us and we needed prices so get a number go inside wait in line again to get a check on price. Just a bad way of doing that,They need another system..otherwise theres usually helpful people and friendly and no wait.

I absolutely love the entire experience at Ace Hardware in Jesup. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I am a little special when it come to household projects, and all i have to do is tell them what I want to do and they take it from there. My father use to work for Ace years ago and I think highly of the people there. I recently compared some prices and found that they were cheaper than lowes. So with that being said, shop here you will be satisfied 100%. Thank You for making me feel confident in everything that I purchase from your store.

I was in there looking for some door knobs and couldnt find what I needed three employee can right by me didnt ask if I needed any help so I kept looking and watching the door at other customers as they come in and believe it or not they were asked did they need any help I looked around and guess what I was the only black man in there that was not getting help everyone else was getting help I will never go back in there again but I have a lot of green money that I will keep in my black pocket
