Diego gives excellent customer service. The scheduling team Joclyn in Pa office is very helpful. The template maker Romero was fanastic to work with. He was so price and gave us his undivided attention. Today Angel and his crew put in these amazing quartz countertops. They were so friendly, professional and dud an amazing job. We have heard nightmare stories from friends about stone companies taking weeks not responding etc etc with Penn Granite, once your template is measured, 7 days later you have countertops, its ABSOLUTELY how they work!!I will add photos when kitchen is completed!Kurt and Rhonda

We purchased granite counters in October 2019 from the Penn Granite location in Johnson City, NY. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Very professional and helpful. After looking at a few other local places, we found the granite we wanted at Penn for a significantly lower price than the others. The installation was quick, the installers were courteous, and they left the work area spotless. I would definitely buy my granite from Penn again without reservation.

This location has the best selection of stone in the area. The staff was helpful and courteous. They did everything they could to work around my schedule and budget. The stone they have is astounding and there was more than enough to choose from. The installation they did was quick and easy, and the team of installers would not leave until everything was perfect! I will be recommending Penn Granite to everyone in my family and community!

Ive been debating whether to post this for some time. My experience there has been extremely disappointing. My husband and I went in there to glance at what they had and what they could do for us. The young man at the front (untamed hair) didnt seem like he wanted to help us. He badgered my husband and I to look at the counter tops to not deal with us anymore. As first time buyers we werent sure what we should even be looking for. When we walked away we could hear him commenting on what we drove and how we dressed. Safe to say I will not be buying anything from here.

Archie and the team are first class. Very professional from his initial visit to the person that built the template to the two gentleman and install it. From template to installation is exactly the time Archie said it would take. Selecting the exact slab and getting to layout the template on your slab so you get the exact cut in just the place you want it is a great experience. There was never a rush or pressure, and they were always there and went out of their way to be available for us. And dont forget the unbelievable price. We cant believe what we got for the price. Customer service and price will bring us back when its time to do the bathrooms. Thank you Archie and all the others involved with our kitchen project.

My husband and I love our granite countertop and it looks stunning in our kitchen! We experienced a few bumps in the road and to be honest I was very nervous and thought it was a done deal after the countertop was installed. I was feeling very anxious because the job was complete and Penn Granite received full payment. I was fearful I would not hear from them again due to past bad experiences with other businesses/ contractors for home improvement projects. However, I contacted Matt and he had me send pictures. He assured me that Archie would come to the house and take a look at the countertop. Archie came to our home and assessed the problem and made sure it was right!!! He assured me they stand by their word. What a breath of fresh air to do business with a company that actually cares about customer service, quality and has integrity! Initially, Diego helped me at the Johnson City store and recommended that I take a trip to the Wilkes Barre warehouse. I am so glad I did because they have a great selection. However, prior to making the trip to WB, Diego from the Johnson City store was so helpful!! He was personable and thoughtful!! Diego went out of his way multiple times in assisting me with my search for the right countertop! He was so patient and made me a top priority! The crew at both stores were wonderful and really worked with us!!! Thank you for actually ensuring quality and for being honest! A true quality that is hard to find these days!
