My husband and I were looking for someplace to get our eyes checked, get our prescriptions updated and get new glasses. Our daughter suggested we try Lifetime Vision because it is nearby our home. We made our appointments and went in together. From the moment we went through the front doors, the staff were friendly and welcomed us. Dr. Erin’s exam was thorough, our questions were answered and everything was explained well. The staff were helpful when we were choosing our glasses and went over our choices, what insurance covered and what we would be billed. We were very happy with the experience and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Very nice and straight-forward. The exam was thorough and quick. The doctor is very nice and professional. There isnt alot of pressure to buy glasses there. They just make seeing easy and comfortable.

Doc Wilkins was great, gave a good exam and was very friendly. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and was told 7-10 business days. In the world of 1 hour optical thats really long but I needed glasses for cycling instead of everyday living so fine. I also bought a regular pair of glasses. It took over 3 weeks to get those and I never saw the cycling glasses. After 6 weeks of waiting I canceled the order and bought some from sportrx.com. its been 5 days and they have shipped already.They need a more reliable lab to say the least. I may go back for Dr. Wilkins but Ill never buy glasses there again.

Dr. Wilkens is friendly and accommodating and most importantly a great doctor. I had been wearing contacts with an astigmatism for years and she got me out of them. Lighter and much more comfortable lenses. It took one very competent exam from Dr. Wilkens to drastically correct a vision error Ive lived with for years. Thanks doc.

My whole family go to this clinic for vision care. The doctor is professionally knowledgeable and very patient while checking the eyesight. Both my kids love to see her. The nurses are friendly and helpful too. They would provide detailed instructions on rebates and help you choose proper frames. I enjoy the nice coffee while waiting there. Recommend!

She has a joyful heart and treat us as her friends. She is very professional, careful and patient when checking our eyes. The glasses we got from Lifetime Vision fit us so well. Lifetime Vision also provides delicious coffee for us to enjoy while waiting.

When you first walk in you feel comfortable. Front desk employees are always very polite and welcoming. Doc was very polite and takes her time with your questions. When picking up my contacts my RX and fit have always been on point so i trust the doctor to do it right the first time. Ive been going to Lifetime Vision for a while 3-4 years and wont go anywhere else!

Each visit I’ve had with the doctor and her staff, everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well kept. The exam itself is always a smooth process and I enjoy how the doctor is personable, and has your best interest at heart. I’d recommend Lifetime Vision to anyone, even if you have to commute a little within the metro.

I have been going to Lifetime Vision since it was housed in the Merle Hay Mall. The new(er) location is gorgeous and a state of the art facility. Erin is a gem among optometrist, knowledgeable, and charismatic. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for something as important as my eyesight.

Excellent experience. This was my first trip back to an Optometrist since I had corrective surgery 15 years ago. I needed a touch up on my far sight vision and got progressive lenses since I also wore readers. Everybody was friendly and helpful and knew their stuff!

I moved to the Johnston area in 2016 and needed to find an eye doctor. I was lucky to find Lifetime Vision. The doctor was very professional. The staff are efficient and friendly even when I stop by with no appointment to get my glasses adjusted.

The office is beautiful!! I love the new location. Ive seen Dr. Wilkens in the past when she was at Valley West Mall and followed her to this office in Johnston. She is definitely worth it. Shes kind, caring, and takes the time to go over your eye care with you and answer any questions you might have.This last time, I saw Dr. Eggers whom Id never seen before, and she is just as great. I was so happy with my exam. I had to bring my 1 year old with me, and nobody made a stink about it. Usually, Ill get an eye roll or two somewhere else for bringing my child, but not here. Everyone is lovely. I highly recommend coming here!

I found the doctor to be wonderful, the staff to be kind and efficient, the glasses selection was also good. Also important, they take DuPont-Pioneer insurance so I saved a bunch of money!

The office is a nice relaxing atmosphere, a great change from when Dr. Wilkens was located at the mall. As always she gives a very thorough exam and takes the time to get to know her patients.

My husband and I both see Dr. Cooper. She does a great job and is very nice. Im transferring my son there to see her as well.
