Customer service was rude today. Especially girl with dark hair spent her time on her phone too busy for customers. Usually a very friendly staff but not today. Maybe next year will be better.

Stopped in today to pick up some holiday scents. Had no clue what I wanted or liked since I dont typically shop Yankee Candle. Shallyn was so extremly helpful with sale offerings and Chloe so helpful as I picked her brain about product knowledge and fave scents. Hang on to your team members who make a difference. I had a great Customer Experience, loved the products, and will be shopping Yankee Candle again.
