I really love them !!

Ive gone to many different opticals, but surely this has been my favorite. Staff really cares about every person that walks in. They are very helpful and friendly and will look for the best of your interest. I love this place and the best part of it is that they are affordable!!!

No complaints about the exam or Dr. My glasses had scratch guard and Teflon coating on my lenses which was ruined by lens wipes. Don’t waste your money on the extended warranty because it’s only good for 1 year

My regular doctor merged with another big name company thus making it much more expensive than I could afford these days. After looking into a few different places I decided to try Jcp. Nice enough doctor and staff but not impressed with the quality of the glasses. Its true what they say - you get what you pay for.

Staff is great and the Doctor genuinely cared ! Will continue to come here for my check ups !

WELL HERE IT IS. I went to Lens Crafters to get new glasses but after they said it would cost $1000.00 for 2 pair I decided to search elsewhere. I stumbled on JC PENNY OPTICAL - big BIG mistake. I went on March 20th, staff there very nice but they cant make glasses. Waited about 20 days for my glasses, regular pair had a scratch and sun glasses not in. Went back, regular pair couldnt see out of them sun glasses had adjusting issue, staff said wear the sun glasses for a few days and see what happens. Regular glasses are in so went back, couldnt see out of them and still had problem with sun glasses. Went back today 5/8/18 and couldnt see out of regular glasses, asked for refund and they said fine on regular pair but not sun glasses because after 24 hrs no refund.. So I dont have regular glasses, cant see with the sun glasses and Im out $300.00. Then they asked if there is anything they can do for me, I guess you would like to know the answer to that but I will keep this clean. This is a notice to people to be careful on going there. Again staff very nice but product is terrible.
