This location is amazing. I’ve found a bunch of stuff and the customer service is great. My bag broke today but I was able to call and make sure I was able to exchange it and it was a quick and easy process! Staff is also super friendly!

Pretty well picked over. Looking for coke bottle glasses or bloodshot googly eyes. Everything was full price...no discount before closing till next year.

We didnt find the costume we were looking for but they had so many cool things in there.

I had been searching several stores for a certain costume. All of the employees have been very helpful, but the ladies in the Joliet store today went above and beyond!

The manager is just soooo rude because you are trying to return something and she just want to do an exchange is like you have to check your policy I think she just is discriminated because the people in front of me was white and they were able to do a return learn how to treat people if this is no the job for you look for something else

Not to much to look at or on display but had lots of costumes

I always get excited when I come here with my family every year. However, this time we experienced horrible customer service. My aunts came to America from over seas for the first time and they had no idea what halloween stores were like so I brought them to this store. They loved all the decorations and wanted to take pics to show their families. But the manager literally told one of my aunts to “GET OUT!!” She was heart broken! I felt really bad too! Just for taking pics!? This is not what customer service looks like here in America but my Aunts have seen a different picture of it. If the manager did not like us taking pics there, she could have said it nicely and we would have stoped. But no! She yelled!! I would give zero stars if I could!!!

They helped is to find what we were looking 4 at another spirit store. Thank u

Compared to competitors Spirit has a wide variety of costumes and decor; its great to just atop in and get in the Halloween spirit! Staff was friendly enough and helpful when I had questions. Will definitely go back again.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Inviting and great at suggesting items. One of the largest and cleanest around. Great selections at fair pricing. Our family loves the displays every year. Would love to see Spirit here as a permanent location.

I spoke with Erin about outside decorations. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She was very kind and its very customer-oriented. This is where Im going for my Halloween decorations as I build my collection through the years!

Worst customer service. Went to try on costumes and the girl told us the wrong place to try them on. She saw us walk back there and didn’t tell us we were in the wrong place. We ended up getting yelled at by multiple workers. Instead of being helpful and redirecting us to the correct area they just proceeded to tell us that we couldn’t be back there. Disappointed because every year before this it was a great store. Many staff members were rude and i’m just overall disappointed. Won’t be coming back.

Used to like this place, but if you’re understaffed and don’t have the capability to watch the changing rooms then don’t yell at the customers for your incompetence. Next year I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
