Sterling is definitely the best pawn shop in Joliet. They have a great selection and some of the best prices. Great quality service and honest. Definitely made me a happy customer. $10 for slightly used powerbeat 3’seBay is one of the platforms they claim to use for capitalizing on current prize ranges for products, Mexican manager dude tried to finesse me and his employee was upset when I asked if they reviewed a broken Powerbeats for parts with that offer.. that was the only thing I saw for $10 on eBay for this product, I mean the charger cord itself and the pill case for the beats is even $10 EACH smhThese Scammers/pawn shop workers must have thought I stole these Beats and didn’t pay with hard earned cash.. NO THANKS

I have never pawned anything in my life. But the first time I walked in I was greeted by a very nice man named Donny! He was such a kind and funny guy! He helped me out when I needed it the most. I unfortunately had to pawn my great grandfather’s watch to help take care of a few unexpected bills! Donny gave me the cash I needed and I was able to take care of myself. I later was able to get my dads watch out of pawn thanks to Donny who was understanding and such a swell guy I’d definitely go back to sterling and knight.

My husband and I had come in to purchase a television for our bedroom. As soon as we walk in we get greeted by Kyle. Kyle was polite, honest and very knowledgeable about the televisions and asked us questions to see which television would fit us best. Was never annoyed of any questions, or debating between my husband and I and was just happy to help us. Prices were discussed in a great manner and we were pleased we got Kyle as our customer representative. We will definitely be back and hope to see Kyle there! (He even put the TV in our car) 😄
