AmeriDream Fence, like everyone else is overworked and understaffed. Regardless they did a marvelous job removing and replacing our old fence with a beautiful 6 vinyl fence. We are very pleased and the installation men were curtious and friendly.

Guy came out to measure, seemed great, very professional. Never got the estimate. Several phone calls and emails were sent to company and got no response. Finally reached someone in person, who talked to estimator who said he would send estimate that night. No estimate arrived. Several more calls and promises, still no estimate and no apology, explanation, etc. Finally, after about two months of this, was told they could send a different guy out and start the process over but because it is late in the year they probably wouldnt be able to install until spring. We gave up and contracted with a different company. Worst customer service Ive ever received anywhere.

Bert my salesman was professional and very helpful with the entire process. Bert was willing and honest when asked questions by my wife and myself. The office was attentive and so nice when we called or returned calls when they offered to install our fence ahead of our schedule install date. The installers where awesome and did a great job. The lead installer called my wife and I when we ran out to mention a problem we might have that was only a simple solution. Happy all around and if you are looking for a high quality fence at a very affordable price AmeriDream is your fence provider! Will recommend to everyone I know and will tell them to call Bert!

Tom S was our salesman and could not have been a nicer guy and extremely informative. They installed a vinyl fence for my fairly large yard and had to put up fencing and a gate in my driveway. Their work is great quality. My fence and gate is sturdy and have no issues. Im extremely happy with their work! I highly recommend this company.

This company is top of the line from estimate to installation. We love our vinyl fence and how beautiful it made our property look. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. Estimate was given in January and fence was installed early March (original date was February but was changed because of 25 inches of snow)Installation crew was great. Took old fence down and installed new fence by end of day.Customer Service fantastic. My salesman Tom added a decorative handle for me 3 months after installation to make it easier for me. This is a great company. My daughter and her mother-in-law also used them 2 years ago and they are very happy too!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!Trust the reviews. All the reviews! I wish we had. Instead we went with the better sounding parts of everyone’s reviews like the fact this company did offer a little better of a price then a few other estimates we had received. Having gone through the entire process I now understand you pay for what you get and I’d gladly pay the extra for professionalism and know how. Me and my husband paid in full thousands to this company for them to still NOT FINISH THE JOB! AND NOBODY RETURNS CALLS IN THIS COMPANY!!! We have Tom S.’s direct line which he says on his voicemail not to leave a voicemail to send a text and he will respond. That’s a lie. Needless to say multiple text messages AND now VOICEMAILS and calls into AmeriDreams office and no call back. My husband has been trying to reach Tom S. since the week before our fence was to be put up. Our scheduled date was June 15th 2021.We had 2 sides of our property updated with a new wood fence. Approximately 100 ft of an old wood fence was taken down and a new wood fence was put up 4ft further back on our property. The plan to do new landscaping and garden on the 4ft we gained. After they left we find they never removed the old cement with the wood posts in the ground along the 100ft of fence they took down. It’s in our contract complete removal of old wood fence. Instead they just cut the wood posts and covered them all with dirt. Me and my husband went out on Fathers Day June 20th 5 days after the fence was installed and purchased multiple shrubs and plants to install along the back fence. We came home and within minutes of my husband digging he hits right into one of the 12 cement posts left behind. We stopped, immediately called Tom S. Left him a text message. We understood it was Sunday and Fathers Day and might not get an immediate response but I would think the company still works on Sunday plus considering it is not a Federal Holiday. We still continue to call and leave messages and it’s now June 29th 2021 and not a single person that represents this company has reached us in any way. Also the night before our fence was to be installed we received a voicemail stating the men would arrive at 10-10:30am the next morning. My final receipt even states 10am. The next morning they show up out front at 8:25am. I have video of them ringing my bell at 8:29am, and backing their truck into my driveway at 8:37am. This would not had been a problem with proper notice. I have 3 large dogs that I was not prepared with yet for their arrival. It was a very complicated crazy morning. I also tried to ask the men that were here a couple questions and I couldn’t because 2 of them that I happened to approach didn’t speak any English at all and just shrugged. The 3rd spoke very broken English and we barely understood each other. I didn’t get my questions answered. It is now June 29th 2021, my fence was installed June 15th and not one response back from Tom S. or any other AmeriDreams representative, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I can not move forward with my landscaping till these pst are out. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Tom came to my house to give me my estimate was so professional and easy to work with. I had a few issues and they didn’t seem like issues to him. The crew came early and left late, worked their butts off and finished in one day, which I appreciated because my yard was not left unfenced over night. I love the fence. I made a last minute change and they accommodated me. I really can’t say enough about this company. They also did my daughter’s fence and same same same! I will be calling them for all future fencing needs.

I called my salesman Tom S. to come out and look at my storm damaged fence that my dog was escaping from. Not only was he very professional and reliable but he also gave me an outstanding price on a wood fence and worked with my insurance company. As a single mom supporting 4 children it was such piece mind to have the fence put up in a timely manner (finished in 1 day) and for an affordable price! Fence turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend Tom S. and AmeriDream Fence and Deck!

Everything was fantastic! Looks great, Tom was great to work with, the installers were excellent and very respective of my awful neighbors. Very happy with everything, highly recommend! Also, from quote to install it happened much faster than expected.

They didnt show up again for my estimate. This is the second appointment and no one even called thats terrible. I wont be calling them ever again. The crazy part about it is they installed my neighbors fence a couple of months ago and it looks nice.

Cannot complain about anything. Had three companies come out and give us quotes. Two of them start with a ridiculous price and then come back with something completely different. AmeriDream was honest from the start. Of course we all want a deal but to me what’s better than a deal is knowing that their pricing is truly fair. Matt was a fun spirit to be around and went above and beyond to get us our estimate and came right to the house when we were ready to sign and make our down payment. The installation was done with a group of polite, knowledgeable and hard working men. Anytime they had a question they would come right to the door and make sure it was exactly what we wanted. We treated them to lunch because we know the hard work it took to put in the fence that we chose. Where to even begin on this review. Matt came out last October to do a quote on replacing an existing chain link fence with a 5 foot cedar fence. At that time, we decided not to move forward. Flash forward to February of this year. We contact AmeriDream to requote the job, and the price had jumped 20% due to the lumber shortage. No shock, so we decided to schedule the install. Original install date was May 13. Sent several emails and phone calls to try to confirm that date, but never heard anything back. In my head, no news is good news. May 12, get a call saying they wouldnt be able to install that day because they overbooked themselves. Rescheduled for June 21. As it was coming closer, again several emails and phone calls not returned to confirm. Crew shows up on the morning of the install and says they cant do it due to landscaping issues in they yard (that I specifically talked to the sales guy about) and I had to call the office to reschedule. Needless to say, 8 phone calls and 3 emails and still no response. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as my credit card company to get my deposit back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Tom was great and the guys that installed the fence were on time and friendly did an awesome job installing and clean up. The only thing negative I have to say is communication with the office needs a little work.

Buyers beware ! They do a bait & switch ! I purchased a $7500 fence from them in 2018, at the time their salesman Tom advised me that if I needed to add a gate at a later date, that all I had to do was call the main number, and order, but I would need to pick up, as they would not deliver. No problem I said. Well when I called to order a gate hardware kit, and an extra post. I was told they would not sell them to me, but they would come out at my expense, and install an added gate. When I asked to speak to the manager, at first I was disconnected, then on the callback I was directed to the managers voicemail. Afterwards I got no reply, or response. My advice is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR ! At the BBBs suggestion, I have initiated a complaint against this business.

Ameridream came out to install my fence and did a pretty good job, won’t complain there. HOWEVER, it’s been over a month since they were at my house and I STILL need to pay my final bill because NOBODY will answer the phone. I’ve left so many voicemails, called multiple times a day, and emailed and NOBODY responds. So now my bill is going to collection because THEY won’t answer their phone for payment but yet they can send me “past due” letters in the mail. Like what???? You have time to send me letters but not answer your phone. So how is my bill past due if your the one not wanting the payment???? Horrible customer service. I’d go somewhere else.

The salesman Tom was great. The fence is exactly as we were told it would be. We are very happy. They did an excellent job on installation.

Ameridream built a custom deck replacing an old outdated deck. They designed it and did a great job. There were a few hurdles they needed to cross to reach the final approval but did so while working with the local village code enforcement. We are very pleased with the final outcome.

I used Ameridream to have my vinyl fence installed. I called and Tom was sent out for my estimate. He was responsive and on time and answered all of my questions. I shared with him my concerns that my lot was uneven and the fact I have a small dog that could easily slip out under the fence. He assured me that everything would be secure and level. The crew that came out to install were also great. They were very professional, quiet and left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. My fence looks great and completely secure for my dog. I receive compliments on the fence regularly. I recommend Tom and Ameridream every chance I get. It was a smooth and painless experience.

They installed our 6 ft cedar fence and we had a good experience. A year later, we had storm damage and a tree fall and two panels were knocked down. Due to the pandemic, it took a few attempts to reach management and schedule a repair, but once scheduled they came out and complemented our repair without any issues. The fence looks great with a stain that we added.

Each time the wind blows, our $6,400 fence falls apart. Ive called a number of times & each time, they only screw one rail to the post (instead of securing all of them). Ironically, our fence is the only fence that falls down and we are the only ones who went with AmeriDream.After a 4th section had fallen down in 3 years, demanded once again that they come and fix it and secure all of them. I was told the soonest someone can come by is in 5 days. She said they will check each post and determine if they need to be secured or not.When they arrived, I was told they were only going to secure 1 post because it would be to costly. I had to call them and threaten to go public if they didnt secure every post to the top railings.They agreed. The 3rd picture shows how they secured the rails to each of the posts.So, if its too late and your fence continues to fall apart, demand they secure each rail correctly.If you are considering going with them, dont. Instead, run as fast as you can to another company who knows what quality and customer service is all about.

Ive used AmeriDream fencing on 3 different occasions -- one for my initial installation in 2010, a repair in 2015 and most recently in 2016. My sales person, John, was extremely timely and helpful in getting me quotes as well as making sure the installation was going well.My dogs now have a fully fenced in yard to run around in, and its totally maintenance free. I would recommend any of my friends or family to deal with John and AmeriDream.

They damaged our driveway with concrete during fence installation. Once we reached to enquire how they planned on fixing the damages we kept getting different story. Finally we told the we would get a company repair and have them pay for it, which they agreed to in writing. The damaged was fixed but cant get them reimburse the invoice.

They came in and in one day did my entire backyard fence and did an incredible job! The guys were very professional and well informed when it comes to their craft, I was very impressed with the outcome and the price. I got the logs instead of the 4x4 post upgrade and now my backyard is now gorgeous and complete. Thanks AmeriDream Fence & Deck for the awesome fence!

Very positive experience with AmeriDream ! I found the pricing to be the most competitive of the 3 other companies. Our Sales person Darryl worked with me to choose the type of fencing we would get. As a corner lot we have city restrictions on height in some sections. He was super helpful and informative. We got a shadow-box 4 foot that goes into a 6 foot privacy. They blend so well. Neighbors have stopped to comment on how great our fence looks ! My office contact was Sarai and she was super fast on getting back to me via email. We had a longer wait then first thought to get the permit but Sarai really worked with me and kept me in the loop. Lastly the install team - super awesome job!

I had a fence installed by this company back in 2018. My sales guy Bert was awesome! They were quick and did a beautiful job installing our fence. It was a great price and came with a warranty. Due to the severe weather we previously had our fence got damaged. After many attempts of trying to call, email and just contact anyone with no success. My sales rep Bert came through once again! I called and text him about the issues I was having and he took action to make me love my fence again and restored my faith in this company! Bert is the man!!

Every aspect of dealing with this company has been a pleasure. After a storm damaged over half of our existing fence, I called Ameridream for an estimate. Tom came right out and worked with our insurance company to get the new fence rolling. Their estimate and the quality of their product far surpassed any other company in our area and the beautiful design (they had many) was impressive and well built. All during the process he worked with our insurance and we decided on replacing what was left of our 15 year old battered mess with an entirely new cedar fence. Tom kept in touch with us along with his office to get the project going and they took care of permits, calling Julie, and setting a date that they would come and remove our old debris and install the new fence. The night before the install date the office called and said they would be there first thing in the morning. They quickly removed the old fencing and started in on the new one. By around 5 pm the team was done with our beautiful new fence. Its absolutely beautiful ! I cant believe in one day they had the job done and our yard was left spotless. Everything ran smoothly and we were very impressed with the whole team. I cant recommend them highly enough. Super service and fair prices. Honest, hard working guys who were a pleasure to deal with.

Ridiculous! Dee came out 3 weeks ago for an estimate. Since then, we have not heard one word back, even though many messages and text messages were sent. I even left a message on the general voice mail for the company. If you cant even respond to these questions, how would you EVER expect someone to use your service. TERRIBLE!!! Do not recommend!!

I would give AmeriDream a five star review if not for the absolute worst professionalism, responsiveness, and communication for a professional company. 4.5 months ago Tom came out after a storm destroyed what was barely still standing of our fence. Got a quote, made down-payment, had a tentative date for mid October install. Throughout those two months rarely if ever heard from anyone. Our target install date comes up, Ive taken the day off work, absolutely nobody shows up, nobody calls. I send multiple emails and finally hear back 3 days later. Vinyl supply was severely behind (understandable). This should be communicated. Another 30 days goes by, had not heard a single update. Make a phone call, still backed up hopefully within a few weeks. Today, 12/3, 4.5 months later a crew came out and absolutely knocked out our job in 8 hours. They showed up early, cleaned up their job site very well, did a spectacular job. The workers were great. However, we were notified by the office at 8pm the day before that they were showing up today. The lack of communication, timeliness, and professionalism from the office and sales reps is horrendous. Thankfully, 4.5 months later we finally have a new fence. Had the installation crew not been phenomenal would not recommend Ameridream to anyone.

They’ve done 3 fences for me now. They are the cheapest that’s why I use them. The fences look great once installed. But the cleanup is horrible. I picked up huge nails and pieces of my old vinyl fence for months. Installers are very messy and do not clean up.

We had our fence installed on July 3. Really like the fence. We had 3 gates installed. The back gate they installed the latch inside out. Contacted my salesman several times and no one has been out to repair it yet. If this is the way they are going to treat their customers after they get your money, then i recommend using another company.

From the start, Ameridream Fence was fantastic! They were prompt to make an appointment. And I never felt pressured by the sales man. He was patient and kind to answer all my questions and offer insight as I reviewed the type of fence I wanted. The guys who installed the fence were wonderful! They cleaned up the yard after their work and they were fun to chat with during the day. Just as promised, the fence is installed beautifully and adds a secure low visibility look I wanted for my yard. I would - and have - highly recommended Ameridream Fence to others!

I had the fence installed 10 months ago. However, every time I go in the yard I get angry all over again.I found out too late that Tom K. was nothing but a skilled bull sh——-! I wish I would have googled them before I even called for an estimate.Tom stated he would come out with the crew the day they put the fence up. He never showed. They were over 30 minutes late. Only one of the 3 workers spoke English and his English wasn’t very good.They dug 5 three foot holes in the wrong spots. They didn’t refill the holes and they took the dirt with them. They left the patio all covered in dirt and I had to sweep up behind them. They never let me know they were leaving, so I wasn’t able to check the work before they left.They left a dirt mess in the alley and my neighbor was not happy.They also told me they had to break up my cement sidewalk, in order to fit the fence on my property. The back gate latch was put in the wrong way.Keep getting quotes and go elsewhere. I also sent an email about all the parts of the old wire fence I’m still picking up. I never heard a single word back.

Daryl came out and measured what we wanted installed. Told me hed get back to me in a few days. Never heard from the guy again! Reached out to the company a few times with little response. A few days later Shawn responded and said hed come out to see the property and get me a qoute. I was very pleased with his communication throughout the process. The office never contacted me the whole time about time of installation. They called me the day of to say they couldnt make it. I spoke with Shawn and he made a effort to get a team on sight that day. The team arrived and did a fantastic job of installing our fence! I hope if you pick this company you get Shawn and the crew we had for install. They made this a worth while experience. Terrible customer service by the office and Daryl the sales rep.

We had a vinyl fence and two gates installed in our rear yard. Great fence company. They were professional and courteous. The fence looks great. They worked until a heavy rain came and they returned the next morning to install the gates. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had someone come out to give us an estimate. He didnt give us an estimate when on-site (usually we do). We were told his assistant would email us the estimate. We called about a week after he came out to follow-up as we had not received anything. We were told theyd get back to us. Called again several days after that since we still hadnt received anything. At this point its been 2 weeks since the guy came out and multiple phone calls. Clearly they do not want nor need our business.

ZERO STARS is really what should be allowed.They need to hire someone to answer their phones and email. They said someone would come on Saturday to fix my fence and no one showed up. I have tried every day to call and no one answers. I left two messages and no one got back to me. I sent an email 3 weeks ago and no one got back to me. Frustrating...Plus the phone numbers on their websites dont work.

Went to go get the permit, for our install scheduled for tomorrow, but the company isnt up to date with their license & insurance. Spoke with Sarai to find out whats going on, license & insurance have been inactive since March 2020. To make matters worse, they took out deposit and wont return our calls. Weve left messages on ext. 301, 302, 304, and 305 as well as the general mailbox with ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNED PHONE CALL & NO REFUND. Were trying to give them a chance, but this is ridiculous, and our experience with this company just keeps getting more and more unprofessional. Jesus be a fence, cause it doesnt look like were gonna get this one!

We called for an estimate and we were told is was on Tuesday, waited all day no show .. then finally got a hold of someone and rescheduled for Saturday, Tom came out to do the estimate and said he will email in a few hours .. we’ll it’s been over a week now and haven’t gotten a response from Tom yet .. Try to call the company but always goes to email .. So I’m just letting everyone know don’t waste your time waiting for this company it’s not worth it !!! Very poor customer service skill and unprofessional.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

Do not use this company... We had a great experience with them putting up our fence and it is beautiful! However, now that we need it repaired under warranty (four posts raised above the ground over the winter due to frost and not being installed low enough) they will not answer our calls! When they did finally answer our call they werent very friendly and gave us a date that they will come out to repair it. They have now given us three different dates and NEVER show up. When we reach out to them about not showing up their response is, Oh no youre not scheduled until this date and do not take responsibility for not showing up. Now it is 4 months later and our fence is still not repaired. Our dog can get out underneath our fence so we have not been able to run outside by herself all this time...

My appointment was Sep. 10, it’s Sep. 25 and we still have not received a quote. Your company doesn’t answer nor returns calls after leaving several messages. This is really disappointing.

Bert & his crew were great! Bert came out for our estimate, listened to everything we were looking for and listened to our concerns about obstacles in the yard. The install crew were wonderful, showed up on time, consulted us on any discrepancies. Would highly recommend, could not be happier!!

This company is terrible. The customer service is non existent. We gave 1/2 down for a vinyl fence in July. They were supposed to be out in Aug and said there is a vinyl shortage. Then they rescheduled to Oct 1. Surprise, surprise no one is here and you can’t get a hold of anyone at the office. Disgusting company.

Had the sales guy come out and measure for a quote, but we have yet to receive one. He was incredibly nice and very personable but that only goes so far. Furthermore, after emailing them a few weeks later we got an email stating that they would send it out that day and they failed to do so. I am not going to beg anyone to take thousands of my dollars.

I hired this company to install my privacy fence 3 years ago. Now theyre installing a new front porch. The salesman and builders are great at getting the job done quick and efficiently. The office could do a little better with customer relations though.

AmeriDream Fence came to my house and put up a beautiful vinyl fence. I’ve called back for an additional gate and later again for another section of fence and an additional gate to keep my German Shepherd and my Great Pyrenees safe. After the winter season, the gates no longer lined up. One call to AmeriDream and my gates were leveled and adjusted. Great service great company!

We had a vinyl gate installed on the side of our house Scheduling was quick, and installation crew was professional and did a very good job. Tom, our estimator was very pleasant to deal with. I would call AmeriDream again if I need other fence work done.

Terrible experience, I do not recommend this business at all. Said it would be a one day job, didn’t finish or bring the correct materials. Left and came back several days later with only one guy to finish the fence and he still doesn’t have the proper materials to finish. Have to schedule a different day again to hopefully get my fence installed. Called and was informed there is nothing else they can do and will be out a different day.

I really hate it when people negatively review a business that they have never used before, but I do feel like I want to add my experience since it echos so many here. I contacted Ameridream to schedule an estimate and heard back immediately via email. It actually took me 2 days to reply, but we worked out a date and time and Kennia emailed me back saying the date worked.I emailed back Tuesday morning asking to please confirm the name and phone number of the salesman who would be coming and never heard back. I followed up a couple of times with email and left a voicemail. Nothing. I finally just called now (its late on Friday when they are supposed to come tomorrow), and found out Kennia is out of the office and there is no record of my appointment at all, by calling and pressing random numbers trying to get a live person. Theres a pandemic and normally Id cut them some slack for not being responsive and Id be worried about Kennia and hope she was well, but reading the other reviews here, unfortunately it seems like the poor communication is a problem. I am personally sooooo grateful to find this out before hiring them so I wanted to share my experience if Im able to help anyone else.Back to the drawing board!

Bought and had installed a residential fence in April 2016. While the materials and craftsmanship appear to be what you would expect, the companies communication and professionalism might as well not exist.Our job was supposed to take one day....it didnt. Which, is not a problem. The problem is that nobody communicated to us anything. They did not tell us when the would be back. I had to call and ask them when they would return. They returned the next day around 5 P.M.. At the end of the day the workers cleaned up and left what I assume they considered a completed job. The only problem is that they left a post unset and not filled in.Again, there was no communication to us. I have called Ameridream 3 days in a row. Each day they have said someone will be out that day to fill the hole. Each day I do not hold my breath waiting for them. Because they never do show up.

Everything about the process went perfect. Bert came out for the estimate, Kennia contacted “Julie” and confirmed the install date and time and the installers showed up on time and finished the project as promised. Finished product is beautiful! I recommend AmeriDream!

Ana was amazing over the phone and gave us well wanted information GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tom was our estimater guy and gave me great ideas that we didn’t think about. The best of it all is I got on schedule and a big job by three workers were done in a day !!! A DAY !!!! Super nice salesman. I have a pretty large property and they got my fence up in no time! They double checked their work before they left to make sure everything was even and in place. I could not be happier with their work and service. I was recommended by a friend and I will definitely now recommend to anyone in the future!

Ameridream did a beautiful job on my fence! Salesman was very pleasant. Color was perfect and price was great. Installers were efficient and cleaned up more than I had expected. I would recommend them to anyone. My only critique was there was a section of material missing (not the issue)...it was the lack of communication as to when they would be back.

We had a guy come out and measure to give us a quote on having a fence put in our backyard. He said we would get the quote the next day or two and if not to just call him. We have yet to receive a quote and have called and left messages and haven’t heard a thing. Very disappointed! But their loss not ours as we have had two other fencing companies come out and we have received quotes the same day. Just irritated that they wasted our time!

AmeriDream Fence and Deck uses quality materials and are very professional. They built my privacy fence and they did a commendable job.They even cleaned up the mess after they were done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had Joe come out and give an estimate which we ultimately bought from him. Were on a corner lot so we could only have a 4 fence then privacy around the rest of the yard. He was very professional along with the installers and Kennia in the office. Our family appreciates the hard work.

Tried calling several times, left voice messages and still no response. Now trying their website to try to get an estimate on a fence. Ive been told they are very busy....I guess they must even have their receptionist out installing fences. Will be patient a couple more days then if no response Ill just go with another contractor. Very frustrating 😕 😑 😒

All i was trying to do was get an estimate for a privacy fence. First i schedule an estimate with the office for July 7th, then a few days later i get a call from Kenya who said the person coming out for the estimate will be away on vacation can we reschedule? I said sure. She asked if Jun 30th between 11-12, I said perfect. Well they were a no show. I called the office again they never took my appointment out for the 7th, then they said a gentleman by the name of Tom would be calling me. I get on the phone with him and he said sorry Kenya made a mistake with scheduling. Im just shaking my head like ok so now what. He said he can fit me in July 2nd at 9am. I agreed (while he stated im penciling you in right now). around 830am on July 2nd i sent him a text to confirm that he was still coming to which he stated verbatim I cant make it this morning. I just got rerouted to NW Indiana. Not how you do business! Not at all! So disappointed in this company, and the my wasted time! Has anyone even attempted to call and right a wrong? Nope, still waiting!Edwin Diaz

Great Service, Chris P our estimator worked with us to get our Fence us Super Fast! I think from the estimate to install was only 3 weeks. 400 Cedar Fence installed in one day! Love it! Looks great! Nothing but great comments from neighbors, friends and family. Dont be stupid and go with a higher bid, there is no more value added. Go with AmeriDream!

Salesman came when he said he would. Gave me a prompt estimate. Although their price wasnt the lowest, neither was it the highest. but I chose them because of the salesman John. He promised me a date of install and was the most personable and professional of all those giving me an estimate. My fence looks great. Ive had compliments from all my neighbors. Id recommend AmeriDream to anyone.

I had a fence put around my home. 1st.they put the gate up crooked, when I tried to get it straightened. It took over a month of persistent calling they put anew gate on,but now they wont answer the phone.The bolts they put on the gate are rusting already. Had to keep on them to make the fence right going up the hill on both sides. I stayed and watched while they were mumbling swear words in Spanish, to there surprise I knew what they were saying. Well ImStill trying to get the right bolts on my fence. When I call they hang up.Stay far away from these crooks.I hope they read this contact me and do whats right.

Their BBB accreditation has been suspended, so buyer beware! They instaled my fence but never attached the post caps or put in the screws so when the wind blows my fence falls down. Now they wont answer my calls

Darrell designed my fence, he was very nice and helpful. The crew, Scott, Alvero and Ramon did a great job, the fence, the dog run gate with the small fence and the garbage can cubby look great! The crew was very friendly. I Highly recommended this company.

Very pleasant salesman came at appointment time and gave me a quote. I needed to discuss wife my wife the price for authorization. Left two voice mails and sent email for job authorization with no response. 1 star for being friendly and on time with Zero follow up.

Really happy about our fence! Tom, our sales rep, was easy to work with, worked with our schedule and followed through on all commitments. Expectations met!He even came and removed section of fence so we could have work done and replaced it.Did not have to really with anyone other than Tom and he made the entire process easy.

Scheduled a appt for a quote on a fence. I was told salesman would arrive at 11. 1045 received a voicemail he would arrive at 1130. Here it is now past noon. No salesman. Nobody answers their phone at the office. Poor business etiquette. Beware of trying to do business here!!

Horrible customer service! Dont bother setting up an apt to have them come out for an estimate they will just call and ask to come later then not show! I called the Joliet company office and spoke with Anne the manager to tell her my experience/frustration. Burt the sales man who was supposed to come out supposedly is always on time. He never called until I was on the phone with the company. He was at this point 1 and 1/2hours late. She did offer to set up another person but why bother. I am a retail manager and only get 1 set day off to plan these kind of things; so for this to happen was a waste of my day! My job is an appointment driven company and I know how important it is to make sure your staff is on time to generate both business for the employee as well as the company! Very disappointed in this companies lack of concern for new customers! Believe me this review will be posted on many other sites as well as my subdivisions page to let them know where not to call for their services! Thanks for making our decision that much easier to go with the competitors.

May fence looks fantastic. Best experience from start to finish. Everyone I talked with was so helpful and nice. I would recommend them to everyone.

Customer service is horrible. My gate came unwelded. I called over a week ago and was told I would be called in a day or two. So a week later I call again, leave a message. No call back. Finally got hold of someone who said she scheduled them to come out on Wed and that theyd call Tues with a time frame. No call on Tues. I called Wed morning, left a message. Called an hour later and talked to someone who said the scheduler had no notes on my account but shed call me in an hour when she got in the office. Two hours later I call back and talk to the scheduler. She did not know what time theyd show up but would call in back in 45 minutes with a time. No call back. 3.5 hours later I call and ask for this woman, they ask who is calling, I give my name. Im put on hold for 6 minutes. Finally the scheduler comes on and says the driver will be there in 10-15 minutes. I was very happy with the fence until this happened. Lets see if this pans out.UPDATE: They came and fixed the gate! Hopefully no more problems. Thank you!

Last year I had a redwood cedar fence installed on one side of my property, no problems at all. Well my neighbor on the other said she would wait to see how it looked before deciding on whether she liked it or not. After seeing it she liked it and wanted to split the cost on the other side. Well, Ive contacted Ameridream fence at least 7 times and no return call. As of now I feel Im getting the run around. This is the worst costumer service Ive seen in a long time, completely unprofessional. As of now Im searching for another company.

Fence was installed very quickly. Old fence was tore down and fence and post hole dirt was taken away. Some cement residue was left on post so when dried that does not come off. plants in landscaping were stepped on it is early spring so they might not saw them yet they were just coming up. overall nice job. Good price!

I put in 2 requests online and even called them over 2 months ago for an estimate with no call back, so I said forget it. I received a call from them 2 weeks ago setting up a time for an estimate last week. Last week came around and no one showed up! Not even a call! Still have not heard from them either. All the negative reviews are correct about them.

We just had a fence put in last week. They did an excellent job and had it done in a day and a half. Very pleased with the work, the people I dealt with and the price. Would highly recommend AmeriDream.

Only reason I did 2 stars is because the sales man is nice.To get ahold of someone or have someone return your voicemail/email is just about impossible. Called 8 times to pay the final balance throughout the day- took 3 days to actually pay them $.Fence was installed well but one gate was not centered or close to our property, it was just about on the neighbors side of the property line (the side from the garage where you do walkway). To get this corrected we are told $250 - I asked if there is a way for them to work on the price since it’s obviously part of the issue it wasn’t centered and I was told I’ll get a call back after they check with the manager (5x between my husband calling and myself over 2 weeks)- still have yet to hear from them....

They advertise all over 30 percent off with sales for various areas: will, Kane, Kendal, dupage... when it comes down to actually setting up services it’s a different story. Best around the bush for months trying to get an appointment with these guys, just to be told they don’t service my area in Kane county. Not as advertised.

Bert was our sales guy and he couldnt have been more helpful. We did have a few issues with scheduling which were soon resolved in a timely fashion. We had our fence installed a few days ago and it looks amazing.
