Work there as a temporary assembly line worker, and they need to fire most of the assembly line LEADS and keep the decent ones who help with the work, assist the new employees, treat workers with respect. The good ones worth supporting there are Cal, Jessica, Maribel (Supervisor) and Lilia. The horrible LEADS have caused new workers to resign and now there is no help to package and process the merchandise and ship it in time for the holidays! Wake up and get rid of the problem jerks..you are losing your shirts hickory farms because OF THEM!!!!!

Awful place, Would recommend the Illinois Labor Dept. to follow up. Hickory Farms in New Lenox Il treats their temp employees like animals. Hostile work environment.

Hickory Farms is a terrible unethical employer. The doors are locked during the work day, staff is treated poorly and unfair. The pay is very minimal for the extensive work day which only consists of 1-30 minute lunch and 1-15 minute break. This place is racially divided,people are harassed and terminated for any reason. Stay away.
