What a weak offering for a Sunglass Hut. I was in a pickle and needed shades and opted to order ahead of time so I can pick them up.Yes it did say 2 hours to get your email to confirm my order would be ready but I didnt get an email until 2 days later saying the item I bought was out of stock and would be sent to the store for pick up soon. So why allow me to order then?So before I knew about the email served 2 days later, I opted to try to pick up the Sunglasses.It said in Google the store opens at 11am. I waited a good 20 minutes and nada.I ended up calling later that day to find out no one was around to open the store until 1p. So I asked to cancel my order. Im not 100% sure it was because of the email saying it was coming to the store soon for pick up.What a mess, never again.

Found a pair of Oakley sunglasses that I wanted to buy. Only the floor model in stock. I agreed to take the floor model, as long as they werent scratched. The employee cleaned them, and found a scratch on one of the lenses. I was still willing to buy them, as the scratch was minor. I asked for a discount, because they were damaged, and the employee outright refused, demanding full price. This store will not work with you, but will be more than happy to sell you damaged merchandise at full price. I suggest you find another store for your sunglass purchases. Maybe a store that actually wants your business.

This particular sunglass hut has very bad customer service. Does not follow guidelines when it comes to defective merchandise. Recommend going to Macys..

To expensive. Can buy online. For substantially less. Selection as well has gotten smaller. Throughout the years.
