Good place for a drop and hook. Empty trailer lot can be a bit confusing though.
Truckers be aware that getting on Millsdale road from US-53 is not a truck route so one has to go to via Centerpoint way. Do not turn left at the stop sign to Brandon Street while on Millsdale road follow Millsdale rd you will see truck entrance on the left. Easy check-in n check-out if not busy. No waiting or over night parking allowed.
Guard guy on way in was cool. Guard guy on way out was a pos. Acting like a big shot, like calm down guy. Talking to me like I wont hit him in the head with a bat. Wont be coming here again purely because of that dude
7 am -Noon del 10 plts 5 hours
Busy with if you security
Otr Drivers.. There is two lanes one inbound and outbound. Stop at the stop sign and check in with guard. Guard will come get paperwork and check seal. Guard will hand a piece of paper to write down the spot# with letters. Go to the left for empty drop lot and drop loaded trailers. Go to assigned spot# to drop loaded trailer. Pick up empty trailer. Check out the guard shack and give the guard the gate pass and verify trailer is empty.
The truck entrance is on the side. Dont turn in front of the building. Theyre off site yard four empty trailers is on Brandon third driveway on the left. 3847 Brandon
I work there as a guard and as a guard we deal with drivers with all types . We as guards deal with enough it would be so great if the drivers listen to the guards and follow instructions that are given other than doing what they want
Busy but quick drop and hooks
High Efficiency
Everything about this facility is a joke. From the No Truck signs posted everywhere to the Guard with a 5th grade education lecturing drivers that Hes in Charge and will have you thrown off the Property if you question something he says. Stay away at all costs.
This place not for me
Your gps may not take you the right entrance and they don’t have signs poor communication
Security is garbage
Locate Millsdale + Brandon 4 way intersection on map. Drive East less than half a mile (towards 53). Entrance on left before railroad tracks. Further East on Millsdale is no Trucks, watch what youre doing.
We help each other right, my gps doesn’t show the right address. Used your mobile gps If you come IL-53 it tells YOU take a right. W MILLISDALE YOU WILL SEE SIGN WHICH IS WRITTEN no truck more then 10 tons ignore it and go through a mile and u will see the building your right
In and out.
The place was very difficult to get driving a 18 Wheeler. A lot of restricted routes plan ahead and expect delays because of the routing
Check in itself taking half hour for drop and hook.
Hard to find on gps. From I55 - take Arsenal Rd exit, @Baseline T/L, @Centerpoint Way T/R, @Millsdale Rd T/R, to Stopsign @Brandon Rd go straight (ignore weight limit sign) 1/4 mile T/L to guard shack.Drop and hook for me, in/out in 30 minutes.
Dont ignore any of these signs truck weigh and length going to cost you at least $1250.
A little bit hard to find for truckers because its a new Facility and the gps will not take u there most of the time, I added a screenshot to the photos that may help truckers to find the entrance, you wont be able to see the entrance on Google satellite but it does exist just follow the green arrow and do not enter on any other entrance bcz more likely u will get stuck and very hard to turn around especially with a sleeper as I showed on the screenshot with RED arrow.
Its difficult to find because there is no signage, its a new facility. Hopefully they take care of that soon.
The only reason Im giving 2 stars if for the guard that helped guide me on how to get to the DC. You have to ignore the no truck signs, you will see a home depot sign on your left. And a white guard shack. This place is a joke.
Truck entrance
Awesome 👍👍👍
The warehouse is hidden
