Phillip was very helpful. We came in looking for a heating element for our dryer and he explained that it probably wasnt what we needed and suggested another part and other things to check.

Went there to buy a discharge pump for my whirlpool front load washer. A very common item which I knew I could purchase online for $20. After I told the clerk (presumably owner) what I needed, he acted like I knew absolutely nothing about appliances. Wrong. After studying his catalog a few minutes he said he could have one there the next morning for $140. Plus tax. I said I could order one online for $20. Be said it wouldnt be the same quality as his. If hes so familiar with the product I veiwed online why did he act like he didnt know what it was when I showed it to him? I think hes a liar and a rip-off. But thats just my opinion.Tommy Hannon.

Awesome group of people to deal with. Very knowledgeable about appliance parts and prices are extremely fair. If a part isnt in stock they can usually get it overnighted for next day. My preferred vendor for all appliance parts. Highly recommended.

I was able to find a washer for my motor that goes to my Kenmore washing machine that I couldnt find anywhere else. It turns out it was cheaper to just buy a new washing machine with that new h e detergent that you load in the front.
