The manager is great and AWESOME but considering the employees dont want to allow me to talk to her in stuuiped

Every time I come by they are closed. Even tho the store says they are open until 7. I came by at 6 and they were closed.

Megan is amazing and helped me through everything I needed. She explained how to do a full dye and walked me through every product I needed. Made everything as easy and smooth as possible.

Absolutely amazing! I’ve been in at least 30 times and most times I’ve dealt with a girl with like dark purple red Really long hair and she’s the best! She has made me feel extremely welcome and taught me a lot about doing my hair and nails. She is a pleasure and I wish I knew her name. The other two girls I’ve met are super sweet as well. I’ve dealt with the manager and she can be rude at times but it’s a customer service job so I can’t imagine what they deal with. I will come back for sure for great deals and beautiful people I have met. Purple hair is keeper. ._.

Ive never had a bad experience in any Sally, but this was by far the best one Ive visited. Not only were they knowledgeable about the product, they demonstrated it before I purchased it.

Horrible customer service. Sales associate was too busy gossiping with her friend instead of greeting and checking on a customer. Walked out without any of the products I selected after waiting several minutes at the checkout and being ignored.

It was very neat and clean in the store. There was plenty of help if needed. And a good sale, Bonus!

Needed to buy hair color and developer. Wanted to find a hair color that wasnt too dark and Morgan was amazing and took the time to help me find the right colors, and also educaded my a bit on hair color. My hair turned out awesome and it was all because Morgan steared me in the right direction. I will be going to Sallys beauty supply from now on for all my hair color needs.

The guy that works at this store was very helpful & friendly. The older woman on the other hand, made me feel very uncomfortable. She watched me like a hawk, she must’ve thought I was going to steal something? After I got done looking at the nail polish, I wanted to go back down the aisle to look at the acrylic materials, as there was someone looking before - so the first time I couldn’t really get a good look. She left from behind the counter to come follow me & ask me ‘if I was finding everything okay.’ I’m actually very offended & will never come back to this location.

Very friendly fly staff helped my wife with a salon disaster gave her a quick class and some tips to correct the issue took their time with us to ensure we were satisfied very friendly and knowledgeable staff cant say that enough and gave us her schedule to come back and talk to her if we had any issues

Knowledgeable and entertaining. They were kind to our kids and a joy to shop with.

Employees are always helpful. If I cant find what Im looking for they usually know what Im needing or asking for and where to find it in the store.

Great selection, wonderful staff...kind of pricey but thats to be expected when you enter a big name beauty supply...I will be back
