Scheduled a visit on a Saturday, drove up from Wichita to look at Lowe boat to buy, gave my list of things I wanted on boat to them and was told owner would call next week for price. Five weeks later nothing, no response, very disappointed! To be fair man that helped me that Sat. was efficient and helpful the rest not so much.

Horrible service experience. Took boat that I purchased from there last year in for engine service. Waited 2 months and first time on the water engine overheated. Took boat back and waited another week. Took boat back out and motor ran fine but wouldnt go in gear. Lack of communication is an understatement when it comes to beacon. So is quality control I guess.

They do t wanna work on my boat anymore since its to old as they say.

Helped me troubleshoot my boat issues on a boat i didnt even buy from there. Mechanic seemed pretty sharp. Friendly as all get out.

I purchased my boat from Beacon Marine and was pleased with the purchase but now it needs service and they told me it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it. After two weeks they asked me to get the boat and remove the old fuel out. I did that and it was another week before they looked at it. They replaced spark plugs, fuel filter and put on a new bulb pump and hose said my boat was good to go. After almost 500 dollars.Took the boat out the next day and it still had the same problem I took it in for. Brought the boat right back to the shop and called them almost a week later and they still hadnt even looked at it again and said there tech was preparing two new boats for customers and that took precedence over my problem I waited 3 more days called again and now they tell me it will be another 5 days before he can get to it. I purchased my boat brand new from them and this is the customer service I get. Do not recommend purchasing from them because of their bad customer service.

I have never had a bad experience. They take really good care of their customers. You are actually treated like family.

For a first time buyer I went in with an idea of what I was looking for. I was shown several different boats to fit my situation and needles to say I’m very happy with the outcome. A great friendly staff that I will definitely do business with again!!

This company is not timely what-so-ever. Beacon says they focus on customers boats first. Not a huge problem except I am a customer wanting my boat fixed. I dropped off my boat with being told it would be two weeks before it could get in. 2 weeks have now turned 4 and every time I call in they give me the run around and tell me they will call me back. They never do. I will not ever recommend them again. Also the guy that I believe runs Beacon is a shady guy. He was never nice and always condescending and was always telling me he would call back, but never did. Absolutely the worst boat shop in the area.

Probably the best boat dealership in Kansas. Their showroom is wonderful and their boating supplies are extensive. The service department is top notch.

Ive used beacon marine(formerly) bottgers for more than 12 years for all maintenance on my Ranger boat...including fixing a steering leak, replacing a lower unit, replacing a clutch arm, installing power poles and electronics, as well as hub replacements on my trailer. I always count on them to do winterization ever year. I highly recommend them, they can do it all. I have never had to re-fix anything !!

I upgraded to a stainless steel prop for my boat. Bob, his facility and staff are very consumer friendly.
