South Franklin Street’s shopping district is a fun few hours to enjoy if you’re cruising. The Mining Company store offers a lot of interesting options for gifts to take home.

Wish I could give negative stars. I purchased a book from this store. The MSRP on the back of the book says $19.95. Initially it wouldnt ring up, so I joked with the cashier about settling for $2. Apparently they didnt think I was funny, because after an older woman entered it in her computer I was charged $24.99. When I asked about the price difference, I was told that the store owner had paid $19.95 for the book initially and needed to make a profit. What a load of garbage! If youre going to cheat your customers, you should probably try to do it in a less obvious way.
