Products are high quality, of interesting variety, and surprisingly cheap. Staff was very helpful, kind, and all around a pleasure to talk with.I highly recommend stopping by here if you are in Juneau and looking for a small, meaningful souvenir to take home.

Excellent, high-quality product is the norm from WSD. Ive given many pins and zipper-pulls as gifts and theyve always been a huge hit. The customer service is amazing and Ive never been disappointed with anything from WSD. Must see, even if you arent a tourist

Awesome place, really great zipper pull to make me remember my trip to Alaska. I would recommend anyone that wants something meaningful to remember their trip come here and buy a zipper pull.

I’ve been ordering their products for years online. Everything is beautifully crafted, durable, and I get so many compliments when wearing their pulls. My favorite source for zipper pulls and pins, by far.

Artwork and products excellent. Messages on buildings staircase superb (see pics). Customer service deplorable: the woman that is in charge of this store is rude beyond belief. Also, they call this location an outlet store, but, in our experience, the prices are the same as everywhere else, even though she will try to sell you damaged (i.e., scratched) goods. Do yourself a favor and purchase William Spears products ANYWHERE BUT HERE (they are sold in many stores around Alaska).
