Half the store doesn’t wear their masks and the employees are no better. Kinda disappointing. I’d be shopping as Lowe’s if there was one in this area. Lowe’s, are you listening?

Home depot never disappoints, they always stocked, very nice chatty staff and they will always help you load your truck, theres this beautiful and amazing lady who works as a cashier in the gardening section, not sure of her name but shes tall and slender oh she always happy and she plays with my daughter, I love her and Bless home depot for having her, shes such a Jam.

Hello Jupiter Home Depot, I love this store, very clean and organized.I recently went to buy flooring tiles and store associates named Preeti helped me, she was very sweet and wonderful at her job . She helped me collect some sample n guide me through it . She was super polite and had a very positive approach towards the customer .Thank you for all your help, will be back for more home shopping .
Great experience in paint department. Had a specific color needed a perfect match for. I had difficult sample to match dark high gloss, not easy. John in paint department took the challenge. Determined to make it right, he kept at it until he got the exact match. Nice to see determination in a big box store. Due to this young mans customer service I rate this visit a 5 star.
I have been shopping in The Home Depot on Indiantown road since it opened. I dont think I have ever had a negative experience, to the contrary, every time I have gone in there I have been satisfied with the product selection, pricing and staffs professionalism. Today I had my 1st negative interaction with an employee. The young mans name is James and he was working in the paint department. I dont think its possible he could have been anymore condescending, rude or negative.I know his demeanor and attitude are not representative of Home Depot or its employees.I just felt compelled to share this interaction; it was that bad.

Awesome Customer Service !! I was taking care of my honey-do list which included a trip to Home Depot. I was wondering around the garden department when Rich, the manager, asked if I needed some help. He actually took the time and walked me over to the items I was searching for and then we discussed some of the options that would yield the best results. Customer service is rare these days and it was so nice to actually experience it. Well my honey-do list got done and the yard looks amazing.Thanks Again Rich

I wanted to paint my bathroom today but unfortunately we were “assisted” by Patty in paint and the project was delayed. Patty is rude, presumably because she was coming down from whatever and decided to treat us as if we were bothering her. She was spaced out and there came a time when I couldn’t trust her judgment and left the store without any paint.
Recently I ordered tile on line and had it ship to Jupiter Home Depot. The manager and the entire staff whent above the call of duty to secure the tile and help me loaded on to the truck. I picked up 750sq ft more 7/12. I have purchased probably 30k or more worth of supplies ie kitchen cabinets, tiles, molding, oven, refrig., garden suppiles, tool rentals, etc..at this home depot while renovating my house. The service and the help I have gotten from the employees has been priceless. They are always nice, pleasant and helpful. Please keep it up guys.Thank You!

The Home Depot was large as youd expect and the variety of items was overwhelming in a good way, overall anything youd need around the house you could find it there.
This is supposed to be the largest Home Depot in Florida and yet they cant keep inventory on the shelves. No 2gl paint buckets, no pvc stock of fittings. Dont plan a project and expect to get it done.
People are nice. Saw a couple employees and patrons not wearing masks (and not told to put one on) and Im kinda like... really? Were so close to the end of COVID, just deal for a couple more months.
Walked in told him what I needed I think they were at my truck before I got to the register....🤪

Great experience! I can honestly say that every time I needed help, I received it easily, correctly and found what I was looking for. And I think they were smiling but everyone wore mask!! Just color me happy. I went to the self check out and there stood a masked employee and Im sure again was smiling, assisted me with the object in my cart. I left happy and relieved, since home depot is one of my favorite stores and prior to this experience employees and customers had not been wearing masks and I had stopped shopping there.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is happy to help. Everything is laid out well, and the shelves are kept very neat and in order.
I used this location to get some blinds installed at my house and their specialists were very helpful and took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. Even when I had some issues with part of my blinds being back ordered they were very accommodating and helped me in getting things installed. I highly recommend their service and happy overall.

I was buying a yellow plastic chain. They didnt have enough on the shelf. I asked one of the employees to see if they have any in the stock. He found some on the top shelf and put it on the shelf. I asked him if hes going to cut it for me or do I have to cut it. He said cut it yourself . So I did and took it to the check out. The fellow at the checkout could not find the sku, called supervisor Judy.R. when she was told that I was told to cut the chain myself. She said I doubt that insinuating that I was lying. I am a 63 yrs old man, I dont need to be treated that way. Secondly Miss Judy.R is a supervisor telling another employee the same thing on the next isle. Home Depot customers dont deserve employees like this.
People in the garden section are great, guy help me load palm in my car, he was very thoughtful of my car.

Ordered new storm windows and slider from Home Depot professional services. Sales guy gave a good pitch even though it was 20% more than competitors. They took my money and then I never heard another word for 4 MONTHS! No updates, no status. Calls and texts to salesman Marcos Ramos went unanswered. Calls to the manager Steve Pilgrim were not returned. Finally get hold of head office and a few days later I get an email from Phillip that Project cancelled and you will be refunded.These guys are a complete joke. Avoid them, if you actually want your project done.
Try and get someone to help youAnd you turn into kriptonite ..look like your looking to ask a staffer a question and they run down a hall .and Im sick of the moving of stock from 1 side of the store to the other .And now, no cashiers .Sometimes I just walk out and go to the hardware store (Sunoco plaza ) at least they want to sell and help you .
Sat outside in the curbside pickup for at least 30 mins. finally had to call the store and ask them to bring it out.
They where pretty good before the expansion. After the expansion they really went down hill. First they are under staffed, and the few employees they have are terrible. Their costumer service is the worst. Second, for the stores size they have nothing I would ever need. For goodness sake it takes me 5 minutes to cross the store and when I make it to the other side I cant find what I need.

Customer service is seriously lacking with a certain employee. I never write negative reviews either so this is saying something about how dissatisfied I am. I ordered something online to ship to this store. I ordered on September 2nd and on my email it said i could pick up September 14. I never got a shipping notification (not this stores fault) so I decided to go in today (September 17th) to see if I could find out where it was or what other store it was shipping from and get a new pickup day. Fernando and Dan in customer service helped me. Dan was nice, Fernando had a serious attitude problem. I explained my situation and asked if he could look it up. He found my order and after Dan’s assistance came to the conclusion that the order was “awaiting special order” I asked again if he could find where it was being shipped from or when it would actually be shipped. He said no. I didn’t want to have a almost $200 order just sitting in some store or warehouse not being shipped and no answers given. I asked to cancel the order and he confirmed with me twice if I actually wanted to do what I asked. He cancelled it no problem. I asked if I could have a receipt of the cancelation for refund purposes. He said no and this is when the attitude grew larger. I explained my concern of why I wanted a receipt (to prove that it was cancelled incase I did not get a refund within 5-7 business days) and he rolled his eyes, turned the screen to me and just said “I can’t”. I asked what his name was, he did not say a word to me but instead held out his apron for me to read his name and again rolled his eyes. By that time I had enough and walked away. I was never nasty to him, I’ve worked in customer service before, it is not that hard to slap a smile on your face and be nice.
Went this morning to pick out carpet and get quote. Scott was the rep from Home Depot working with me. He was kind professional expedient and knew the product line well. I would highly recommend Home Depot and Scott for your carpet needs. Impressed.

Went to this store on Sunday, Labor Day Weekend. The store was clean and well prepared for prevention of virus spread.Besides picking up light bulbs, which were well laid out, I had come to solve a small unusual problem.As I was about to give up on resolving the problem, a store employee named Glen came up and asked if I needed help. I told him of my issue and he knew exactly what could be done and escorted me to the aisle for the item needed and then back to show how to work the fix.The checkout person was efficient and friendly.I could not ask for better customer service. I will definitely return to this store when I have a project.

Bigger isn’t better with this recently expanded store. There are only 2 designated exits toward the east side of the store. So if you park on the more convenient west side of the parking lot, you have a long walk through a dangerous loading zone before finding your vehicle.

These people are doing a great job during the pandemic they dont use covid-19 to keep you from bringing back items youre not happy with or abused power in anyway The place is really clean it always was though. I dont particularly care for going to home improvement places that usually means youre going to have to work. But if you have to this ones a great one people are very helpful

Not really a good selection of in stock carpet. I used to like shopping for area rugs there because they had them hung up so you could get a real sense of the colors. Now, they are jammed in a bunch in 1 aisle so dark it is hard to even see what real colors they are.
They have really gone down hill. 1st they cut trees down that shouldnt have been, very sad. No one that works there knows where they come from. They are not even sellable and in extremely poor quality.Only reason 2 stars is bc the store is still ok... but most every employee has zero knowledge on being able to help you... even i know more than them and Im a girl.Anyway. Guess thats big box for you :/

The 5 stars are for Como, Mary and Akash. Wow they were superstars tonight in what has been one disappointing, metrics-guided experience with assistant managers after another (one of whom forwarded our call midstream to the automated system instead of solving my issue). Como happily gave me a mini-instructional on all of the miter saws, so I could make an informed purchase-STAR employee! Then Akash RAN to my aid to move 60 lbs bags of concrete for me- STAR employee! And finally, Mary knelt and read Asphalt repair instructions, provided knowledgable insight, pushed my heavy cart to the front and obtained 5 bags of gravel for me from the other side of the store in rapid time-- above and beyond STAR employee!
Employees arent helpful, they dont even know what is in stock. Going to home depot is becoming more and more frustrating. I asked a question about stock when I was at check out and the cashier told me I have to go ask in customer service... all the way at the other end of the store.

This place used to be great. There was always help around if you had any questions. They expanded the store by almost 40% and seems like they cut staff.I was there to buy couple of pieces of 2×10s and needed to have them cut. I though I flagged someone down to cut the wood but after waiting 5 minutes by the saw and no one in sight( I walked half the store looking for help when done waiting), I had to pull out my cell phone and call the store and ask for customer service. I was told someone would be there, waited about 10 minutes and had to make a second call. Finally someone showed up and cut the lumbar for me.This seems to be a new problem in this store since expansion. Evertime I need help, it is very difficult to find it.

Phone customers service is -5 I stayed on hold to reach some one that could help me.no one would pick up the phone very disappointing. Also wouldnt price match a home depot store that is literally up the road.
Unfortunately today I needed to make a phone sale at the pro desk which I do it all Home Depots but the people there say too many people called in sick today and no one was running the pro desk so I had to go to the return line to make the purchase and wait in line with all the other returns not very happy

A recent leaking bottle ruined my pantry shelf. I went to Home Depot in search of a replacement. Of course, it would have to be a custom sized shelf! No problem. HD carries the shelf board. You buy the board and they custom cut the size you need. Expect to spend a little time looking for the board size and material. Ask one of the experts in building materials for assistance. I made 2 shelves from the board I purchased with very little waste. EXCELLENT!Thanks HD!
Do not EVER use them for door installations. I ordered a custom door in November 2018, it is now almost Sept 2019 and the door is STILL not installed. They have tried 4 times and every time the door comes with major damages (frame cracked in half, gouges taken out of the wood, deep scratches INTO the metal). After saving for 7 years and spending over $3k I have had to miss work and not get paid all 4 days they brought a broken door to my house. Im now out of personal days and out of money to miss work. They arent allowed to check the door the day before (and keep telling me it us getting damaged in THEIR warehouse). Im now out hundreds more for the days of work I missed only to have a broken door brought to my house. Half the time when I try calling home depot I sit on hold. Ive even tried getting corporate involved (they were NO help). Please save yourself time and money and go with another company for installation . If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It could end up costing you WAY more than the cost of the door.

The woman at the self check out I wish I got her name but I’m socially awkward, it looked like it said “Maxine”, perhaps? Her customer service skills are incredible she made shopping there a pleasure, showed me how to use the self check out for a garden hose I got for my father. I didn’t know how to self check out, she made me feel fine about that. She also convinced me to sign up for their Home Depot card without being aggressive about it at all. I bought a refrigerator at this home depot and also bought the 5 year warranty. I called an spoke with someome claiming to be the manager. She was very rude an told me to come in an we will sell you a new one when that wasnt reason why I called. Then she raised her voice an got very rude with me. I do not recommend anyone to buy any product from this store. I went to lowes an end up buying a refrigerator from them because they are very nice an real helpful an explained everything an what the procedures are unlike home depot.
