We just had our backyard turf done by Coastal Synthetic Turf. The yard looks spectacular. The crew was there for 6 days. Every day they arrived promptly and worked non-stop. - even in the rain They kept us apprised of any issues and were consummate professionals. We had an issue with a roll of turf being from a different lot number and therefore there was a possibility that the colors would not be exact. The company had the already laid turf removed and replaced with the correct lot number. I highly recommend them to anyone considering using artificial turf.

After months of back and forth on square footage,scope,and numerous price changes to the benefit of Turf kingdom (whom our pool company referred us to), I grew very frustrated and decided to bid out the job finding Coastal Synthetic Turf via google in which I submitted my contact information on their site and received a call from Tom next day. Tom and his team were out the following day after his call to take a look at the project that posed a bit of a challenge as a result of difference in elevation.He provided guidance and options on how his team intended to overcome the elevation challenges during install and furnished a quote same day. His attention to detail along with a no bait and switch approach is what really sold me on not needing to receive any other quote as even during the discovery he noticed that there was a mole problem in the area I was looking to install turf and adjusted his build of materials to use recycled concrete to deter the mole after installation.The end result was a gorgeous install of artificial turf! I cant stop looking at the backyard! The Coastal Turf install team was VERY professional,respectful, and courteous. They cleaned up after every day and are extremely hard working. Seriously no need to look elsewhere, you are in good hands with Tom and team!

Great service, beautiful work, reasonably priced!To prepare for an installation of a generator at my home, I needed to have some existing synthetic turf along the side of the house temporarily removed. (The turf would need to be replaced once the underground prep work was completed a few weeks later.)Here in South Florida, all contractors are slammed with new residents and new projects; turf companies are no exception. I called several and was told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could be here. Unfortunately, I needed the work to be done much more quickly.Coastal Synthetic Turf, referred by a home remodeller we know, has the best reputation in the area. I left a message on their voicemail system and, not long afterwards, I received a call from one of their company owners. He explained that they were similarly scheduled 3-4 weeks out - but, understanding my situation, would see if he could put together a crew for the coming weekend (2 days later). Sure enough, we had a crew here on that Saturday morning who were very professional and completed the initial phase in a few hours.Two weeks later, I received another call from Coastal’s owner, wondering if it was time to do the reinstallation. A couple days later, I had a crew here to do the job - and they did the work beautifully. It truly looks better than it did originally. And they were very reasonably priced, particularly considering the short notice weekend work.Coastal Synthetic Turf is a GREAT company! Great service, beautiful work, reasonably priced!

I can’t recommend these guys enough. We just put down around 2,400 square feet and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Very professional. Staff was always friendly. Showed up on time, every day, and cleaned up the job site after each day’s work. It may not seem like that would be too much to ask but I didn’t have to ask once and that says a lot about the company’s pride and integrity. Tom and Alix are always prompt in their communication and I trust that they’re looking for a win for both parties. There’s a lot of options out there but rest assured that you’d make the right choice with Coastal.

Amazing results!

I met with a couple competitors to get quotes to remove existing pavers, trees and install the turf. Tom was the best at explaining the overall process and had a good rate for the quality of work they did. He also got us scheduled for install a lot earlier than I was expecting. His guys not only did a great job but were super helpful! They noticed the sod that the landscapers put in was starting to dry up and even offered to water it for me. They got the job done fast with no hassle and were extremely easy to work with-- I would definitely recommend them.
