Jason was a big time help. He let me stop in without an appointment and fixed something on my BMW that no one else could. Literally took 5 minutes for him to diagnose it, and fix it. Quick and easy. Shop is always clean and the people are experienced, all you can really ask for. Much better than surrounding shops no doubt. I’ll be bringing my car here first, for everything from now on.

I needed body repair done to my Mercedes Sprinter van. I went through the insurance carrier process and none of their preferred providers would do the work. After calling several shops in the area, I called Jupiter Auto Body. Jason actually answered the phone (something several other shops didnt bother doing), was professional, straightforward and had solutions rather than reasons why he couldnt do the job. The insurance company had provided a low ball estimate that wouldnt have provided the correct repair. Jason dealt with the insurance company to get the repair done properly. He met his schedule, communicated when necessary and the results were fantastic. Wow. This place is legit. We needed significant body work and being new to the area, received five quotes from local body shops. Jupiter Auto Body was the only business who provided a quote in writing. We went to schedule it and unlike the other places they made an appointment for it to be dropped off on a Monday with a guarantee it would be done by Friday. On Monday for the drop off, they were waiting outside to receive us. The job was done on Wednesday! The other four places said we would be without a car for about a month! Sooooo thankful to Jason the owner who is professional, efficient, honest, and did a beautiful job!

I was super impressed with how professional Jason was when I walked in for a quote. Our tailgate wouldnt open after having our car transported (among other damage the transport company did). We needed it fixed quickly, so we could enjoy our vacation. After reading so many good reviews of Jupiter Auto Body, I decided to contact them to take care of some body work needed on the bumper of my Audi Q7 following a fender bender in a busy parking lot. My initial contact with him was through an online estimate. He got back to me within a few hours to say he needed a bit more information. Within a few days my car was scheduled for the work. What a nice guy! I stopped in for advice on how to remove very stubborn mineral stains from my car body. I tried chemicals, car washes, detailing shops but no one could help. He took a quick look, determined it was removable, and offered to have one of his service people remove the stains, for no charge, just a tip. He let his worker solve my problem, which took a half hour, on his dime. I am very grateful and will recommend Jupiter Auto Body whenever I can. Good customer service keeps small business in business, and they offer it here.

I researched several different body shops before I made my decision to use Jupiter Auto Body. As with many people, my vehicle is my second largest investment and I wanted a quality paint job by a company I could trust. I chose Jupiter Auto Body because their shop was extremely clean and organized. Their floor is cleaner than most houses I’ve walked into. Also, every vehicle they were working on was high end like BMW’s, Mercedes, Range Rover’s etc. In fact, I learned that Braman BMW has an account with them. All their body work is done by Jupiter Auto Body. Another major factor is that Jason, the owner, is very well spoken and professional. Every question I asked was answered intelligently and I didn’t feel rushed. Jason is a great business man and he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to body work. Anything we discussed or agreed upon, Jason kept his word. His painter Aurelio and crew were also professional and accommodating. These painters are top notch, best in the business. I had my entire vehicle’s paint stripped down to bare metal, the body corrected, primed, blocked and painted including the door jams, under the hood, and trunk. I also had my rims color matched and this was all done in piano BLACK. If anyone knows anything about body work, black is the most difficult color to do. You see EVERYTHING! They had my entire vehicle apart including the doors, hood, trunk, lights etc. This is a real body shop where they take the time and put pride in their work which is very rare. I don’t care if you have a 20 year old beater or a Bentley, if you want your body work done properly for a fair price Jupiter Auto Body is the shop you want your vehicle at. The old saying goes that you get what you pay for, but to my surprise, their prices were very fair. I felt great value in the services I received and I will definitely recommend all my clients and friends to this shop. I was more than satisfied from the customer service to the work itself. Very happy with my service from Jupiter Auto Body! I bought a spoiler for my WRX, but there was no way I was going to attempt to put it on myself. (I also had two spots that needed some TLC.)Jason was very enjoyable to work with. Once I got my spoiler in and he got me on the schedule, they did everything I asked for in a matter of hours for exactly what he quoted me. Spoiler looks awesome, they took care of some scratches on the driver door, and painted the little ding in my rear bumper (and let me keep the jar of touch-up paint). I’ll need to come back to officially fix the rear bumper, but I’m glad he made it look better in the meantime.I will return the next time I need work done on my car.

I just got my Volvo wagon back from Jasons shop and was very pleased with their work - paint was flawless and color match was very good. I had them prep and paint the hood due to tree sap damage, and polish/clear the headlights - both came out really nice. Upon pickup they had washed the car and vacuumed the interior, and left a thank you card on the dash.
