I thought pretty hard about posting this review. Mainly because they want me to take my boat back to check it out after I use it. I will not be bringing it back. I was charged for replacing a rectifier/regulator even though it wasn’t replaced (admittedly). The rectifier still had the factory markings on it. I sent them a picture. Was told it was a paperwork error. Even though I was told personally that it was replaced and it is on the invoice summary that it was replaced. Was only refunded the price of the part. Not the $150 he they charged in labor for it. I also noticed when taking the engine cover off that it seems to still have the same oil filter (cob webs and all). Was charged $500 for a Service which only included an top end oil change, since they were supposedly replacing every seal on the lower unit and was charged a ridiculous amount of hrs for that. Not sure why all the seals were replaced. Would think a pressure test could’ve helped figure out which seal needed replacement?! Motor has less than 200hrs on it. They charged me $900 in labor for the seals!! My total bill for a few hours of work. $1,980!! Worst part is. I have no idea if anything was actually done. Seem very dishonest.

We couldn’t find any techs in miami so we got in contact with the guys in LMS Jupiter and the service was fast and to the point Awesome service

David and his team did great work. They rebuilt and installed new engine on old boat and have it running like brand new boat.They were very fair on pricing and communicated well during the process with all the parts coming in and being ordered etcThey were also timely on everything and stayed in front of the work!Thank you Dave and team!

If you are in the Jupiter, Florida area and need boat services, Melissa Sease and I highly recommend you contact David and his team at Lighthouse Marine Solutions. We were having problems with AC unit and our generator. Luckily, we found a listing for LMS and gave them a call while still underway on the ICW. David and his crew met us at the marina when we arrived, diagnosed the problem and had repairs completed the next morning. Their ability to diagnose the problem correctly and get parts and get repairs completed so quickly was impressive!

I took my boat in with a minor issue of needing a fuel filter and after one week of David having my boat he returned it to my house and charged my card for 3710.78 without my permission. My boat does not run the prop will not even spin in the water. I was invoiced after being charged thousands of dollars and can’t seem to understand why my boat was running when he got it and now it won’t run. What a scam. Do not use this business. I attempted to give David the benefit of the doubt but as soon as I got my boat to the water I was quickly reminded how he’s just STOLE $3710.78 dollars from me. Now I have a non running boat with who knows what other issues. Do not use this company if you like your boat or money. This is so sad how people take advantage of others.

Dave saved our vacation!!! Called at 4:30 on a Saturday as our boat trailer was having electrical issues and we were leaving the next day for a Family trip. He pushed off his own plans, came out diagnosed and fixed it on the spot. Great service and nice guy too!!! THANKS AGAIN!

Couldn’t be happier that I took a chance and called Lighthouse Marine. Dave and the guys were able to quickly find the problems with my motor and get them fixed. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my motor, and I can’t recommend them enough.

These guys didnt communicate well. And I feel like they took advantage of us. Left the boat in Florida while living in Ohio. For every 3 messages I left they mightve returned one. They charged my credit card weekly without my authorization and when I asked for itemized receipt they gave me a generic invoice with general work headings. Never told me I was being charged daily just to have my boat on the hard while they were waiting for parts to arrive. Couldve hauled it after parts arrived which would have saved me 1000s. All in all they cost me close to 20k for replacing hoses, valves, frankenstein-ing a swim platform (didnt use galvanized hardware so its already rusting) and rebuilding exhaust manifold for AC and a few other little things. WAY too expensive. POOR communication and BAD attitude. After I finally got boat back found out that the stuffing boxes were dripping badly and the generator still had same problems. Dont use these guys. Save yourselves some money.
