I wish I could give East Coast Bridals in Abacoa Towncenter 1,000 stars! I was completely impressed with how welcoming, passionate, and knowledgeable Victoria and Irene are! Irene is the seamstress and owner, and Victoria is the consultant. It was amazing to have Irene there in shop during my appointment as she was able to show me what the bustle could be, any options for alterations, and she was able to answer all of my questions!! It’s very apparent that she is exceptional at what she does.Victoria was so easy going, helpful, and awesome. She will make you feel at ease, and will really listen! I never felt any pressure, and felt very much heard.And ya’all, I don’t know if she is psychic or what, but Victoria pulled THE PERFECT dress. I ended up saying yes to the one she picked!! It was better than anything I could have envisioned or picked myself. Before your appointment, you fill out a questionnaire, and at the beginning of your appointment you chat about what you like or don’t like, and then you get to look around a bit before pulling dresses. I would recommend coming in with an open mind but an idea of what you like, and being prepared to find the one! Their store has so many gorgeous dresses in a variety of styles and price points. Your budget will be respected. They really care about what they do and it shows.All in all, this was such a wonderful day that I will never forget and will treasure! I really can not say enough about this bridal shop. I walked in slightly disappointed after my first dress appointment elsewhere and felt very confident walking in the door to East Coast. We were able to go through each dress and pick out what we thought we did or didn’t want. After trying on several dresses, I left with the dress I would’ve made if I were to design my own. The customer service was top notch, I felt very comfortable and never rushed. The pricing was extremely fair and the selection was great for everyone. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for their gown!

I wish there was a way to give no stars at all.I called on Monday to see if we could get an appointment for my daughter to do her first fitting in search of her bridal gown. We have family in town and decided it would be a great time to start the process so her grandmother, aunts and cousins could be a part of it. I had to leave a message but the owner called me back within a couple hours to tell me when she got to the shop she would call me to schedule something. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I left Voicemail reminder every day after (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Now, Today is Saturday and still no return call . This is unprofessional and unfortunate, since we were so looking forward to this special time.

I forgot the wonderful owners name but she was just perfect. She fits her job perfectly. She knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn’t know. She wasn’t pushy on sales and was just simply honest. She even does the altering etc herself! Loved our visit.

I bought my dress in NY and picked it up 6 weeks before getting married. My sister kept telling me to try it on. . . I did 48 hrs before I was getting married. Since I had lost weight my dress was now too long and I could not walk w/o tripping. I contacted my wedding planner and Valerie Fitzgerald and she gave me Irenes #. Irene told me to come in without hesitation and fixed my dress. Thank YOU is too small of a word to express how grateful I am for your kindness and your can do attitude You are amazing!

I truly recommend East Coast Bridals as your bridal store! Irene, The store owner and seamstress is beyond amazing. I had bought my wedding dress from someone else who had royally screwed me over. I came to Irene with my story and a size 16 dress to fit onto my size 0 frame. She knew it was a lot of work for her but still accepted the task and made this dress fit perfectly to my frame. (I will upload photos after my big day). Literally Irene made magic happen with this dress. I was able to spend at her beautiful store that has a wedding dress for every type of bride as well as mother of the bride/groom dresses, flower girl dress, etc. Over my past fittings, I have also gotten to know Irene and she truly is a genuine person who puts all her love into East Coast Bridals.

Purchased the 3rd dress I tried on after going to multiple other stores with no success. Irene was kind and her store felt very peaceful and not “salesy” at all! You should absolutely stop in!

Irene (owner/seamstress/everything) is incredibly knowledgeable, not only about dresses and styles in general, but also about alterations, fit, and how to ensure that you ultimately feel as beautiful as you undoubtedly are. East Coast Bridal was the best experience Irene and her staff helped me pick dresses offered ideas and opinions that were only helpful. Amazing and wonderful

Be very cautious. I was misled. Pushed to buy a dress 2 sizes too big. We were told it would be very easy to fix. It is not easy to alter, in fact it is impossible. I am now stuck with a $700 over priced dress I cannot wear to my daughters wedding. I had to go out and buy another dress.

Very nice shop I went about 6 months before my wedding found my dress in her shop. Irene works with you to stay within your budget, she was very helpful and nice when I bought my dress and later on did my alterations. Didn’t have any issue at all. Very helpful and responsive.

This is the absolute best place to go for bridal. Irene is a true gem and made me feel extra special when I came in. I made an appointment and when I got there I was greeted with a hug. Irene locked the door behind us to ensure privacy and I had the whole store to myself, talk about getting the red carpet treatment! I’m plus sized and feared not finding anything in my size. Irene found me something absolutely beautiful and was willing to stay late on the weekend so that my family could see the dress before I said yes. I’m so grateful for the above and beyond service I recieved. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a dress for a once in a life time experience. I would give this place more stars if I could!

I have been to six bridal salons and Irene has been the most accommodating by far! She really cares about finding the perfect dress for the bride AND she has the ability to alter and customize the dress to exactly fit her needs. I have been back and forth between dresses and what I want and she has been so patient with me! She is a pleasure to work with! I cannot recommend her enough.Additionally, her selection of dresses is SO unique and she has so many!!! Ill definitely go back after my wedding to shop for special occasions.

Wonderful experience ! I had a dress I loved but when I tried on for my mom she didnt love it. It was so important to me that my mom did. East coast bridals found something that made us both so happy and was able to customize a few details of the dress for us (I wanted buttons down the back ) cant wait to see it in a few months :)Confirmed ! Went for my first dress fitting and east coast bridals is working in all kinds of special details to make it the dress of my dreams.

I contacted Eastcoast Bridals about dresses for my upcoming wedding in October. I did hear back from a woman named Irene and she asked me to text her some pictures of what I was looking for, which I did right away. I never received a response so I followed up two days later and still never received a response. Again I waited three days and followed up and no response. If they do not have what I am looking for all they had to do was tell me. Disappointed in their customer service.

I recently purchased my wedding gown from Irene. She is absolutely amazing. I had appointments with designers in NYC, but decided to try her bridal salon first. 2015 I was getting married and looking for my wedding dress. Where I leave it. Stuart there just two Bridal Shops.I walked with my husband to be and started looking there was only one dress that I like but Im size 4 the dress was 10.The lady Arlene who owns the place said she can fixed, she was very nice long hair always wear blackAfter here and there for a month, I finally pick up the dress, found a lot of the alterations very sloppy and incorrect, but I was 3days away from the wedding.Started to tear apart in the reception, we pay $800 for the dress with the American Express that still after her to refund some of the money for me to fix the dress.Please be careful she is far away to be a Taylor, check the dress carefully inside before you take it home, I was not the only one that has this issue, thats why she moved to Jupiter.

Unfortunately you cannot post 0 stars but if i could i would.I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessional behavior from someone that owns and runs a bridal shop.I went to this shop with my daughters for her first experience of trying on wedding dresses and something she was looking forward to as we traveled from orlando to be able to bring her 90yr old grandmother with us to have the memory of allowing her to see her trying on wedding dresses with us.From the moment we walked in the door am guessing this ladys name is irene never greeted any of us my daughter told her she had an appointment and the first question she was asked in a rude manner was when is your wedding date she told her november, 22 to which the respond was well you need to get serious about a dress, then when we told her our budget she told us you can only look on these 2 racks we picked 10 dresses to try on due to the fact my daughter did not know what kind of dress was more the style she should be in.As my daughter was trying on the first dress another party came in that had a appointment also and she told them it was not their time and they needed to go walk around outside at a event going on in abacoa they did have an appointment at 2:30 that same day and obviously the appointments were double booked.Every dress my daughter tried on and came out to show us she was rushed to look at herself and go try on the next one after 4 dresses she was told you tried on everything and you are wasting our time because you cannot make a decision my daughter was in a polite way trying to ask her what do you mean am wasting our time we have our appointment i am trying to see what type of dress looks right on me at which point she told her well this is a waste of time.As i heard this a told my daughter lets go this is uncalled for and i told this saleswoman you are extremely rude and I felt horrible for my daughter who just wanted to enjoy her day.I did not find out until our car ride back to orlando that irene had physically grabbed my daughter by her arm and told her to hurry up and try on the next dress had I known she put her hands on her I would have taken legal action against her.Perhaps she needs to not double book herself.I am not sure the other experiences these people that left reviews on google had but it was the worst experience that i have ever seen someone show to a potential customer.I only later find out that she was also rude to friends of mine that were looking for mother of the bride dresses at her shop.Do yourself a favor and shop other places before going here.

Bought my prom dress here got my alterations done here and no one has my dress im extremely happy with the work done and am bringing all my friends! Irene is amazing!

I am a person who absolutely hates shopping for clothes. Irene made my experience for wedding dress shopping absolutely stress free and enjoyable. She makes sure you are happy and if youre not, she is willing to spend the appropriate amount of time to find what YOU are looking for. it took her and I 30min to find me MY dress...She was and is such a delightful person to deal with. When I say stress free, i mean STRESS FREE and EASY.. You will not be disappointed. She is a great business woman who has great customer service.^^^^I wrote the review above the month I picked my dress from her....now 7months later, this is my UPDATED storyInitially, Irene was awesome. Helping me pick my dress in less than half an hour. I left that same day making my first cash payment to her 9/2018. 30 days after my initial visit, i came by to make another cash payment and she couldnt find my order in her book at all, she finally just took my payment and I requested for a receipt. A week after she sent me a text saying my dress will come in on 02/02/19 and i Informed her she will have full payment by then. She calls me a week before Christmas saying I need to come by and get my dress off her rack! Assuming she just wanted me to try it on I took my friends w me and she embarrassed me by telling me I couldnt take home the dress because It wasnt paid in full, I didnt even want to take the dress home because I KNEW it wasnt paid in full..After having purchased the dress and made a complete full and final payment, she kept on blowing me off. I contacted her at least 4 times requesting an appt time for alterations WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. She finally responded DAYS later stating she will be off to Chicago and she will contact me that Tuesday to sched an appt to do the alterations on the dress... THAT WAS Mar 8th she told me this, its now April 20th and still have not heard from her and my wedding is on 5/5/19 which she is fully aware of.....Not to mention she had informed me that my sale had included free jewelry from her shop, still have yet to get those..........HIGHLY HIGLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Once shes made the sale, BEWARE! SHE WILL GHOST YOU!

If I could give no stars I would, I only tried on one dress and she rushed me to buy it, over charged me for it, and I ended up hating the dress. Before you buy your dress if you go here, which I wouldn’t recommend, look up the dress by the brand and serial number
