I got subs at the deli counter. The gentleman that served my family was super nice and did a very good job. The line started to build which puts a lot of pressure on the sandwich makers. However there were a number of other deli workers just talking amongst themselves instead of being busy serving customers or helping their coworkers. It would have been more helpful if they would pause what they were doing and help out or stay behind the scenes. Otherwise it was another great experience at Publix.

Its a excellent to go shopping. Its Clean, Safe and Well Stock, if you dont see it. Ask someone there, theyre So helpful. And you can go to the service center and ask for help, and they can order food from the wearhouse too.

A very nice Publix store. One of the largest ones in the area and a very busy one because of its close proximity to Walmart. Like most other Publix grocery stores it is clean, well stocked, and great selections especially in the produce and meat departments. The very friendly and helpful will help you find whatever it is youre looking for. You will find the expected Publix Pharmacy and floral department but dont expect to pop in and out for just a few items because it is a very, very busy Publix.

This Publix no longer pu groceries in bags. Customers have to do it on their own. Plus nos very expensive. Customer service a thing of the past.

Publix at Chasewood in Jupiter, FL took down their aisle sign for international food. I had a hard time finding some sweet chili sauce. I asked a couple of workers and they said they get asked everyday about that aisle. Yet, nothing is done. The only signs for that aisle are cookies andcrackers. That is a huge deterrent. People would never go to that aisle looking for sweet chili sauce, tacos, etc.

Very clean and well managed. Employees are well trained, polite and helpful. Prices are generally higher than competition.

It’s great, except when they move all the stuff around. And around. And around.

Terrible experience from the lady doing the drop off to my car older gray hair with glasses.. the whole point is so that I stay safe and can stay in my car and have no contact with the person she walked right up to my car asked me to roll down my window .. apparently she wanted to spread covid to me then she asked me to get out of the car and help her open the trunk even though it was already open again another chance to spread covid.. whats the point!!!

Everybody in this Publix is super nice and helpful. Be patient with the parking lot it is terrible. Whoever designed this parking lot and approve this parking lot should be fired from the town as well as just barred or lose their architectural engineering license.

I came here for the garlic herb tofu sub, sounds like it would be vegan but it’s not. Make sure you get the whole wheat or flat bread and no Italian paste- it has whey in it. WHYYYY does Italian herbs have to have dairy in it?? That really must be where the flavor of the sub comes from cuz it’s pretty bland without it. Publix, can you please make an actual vegan sub without having to substitute out a bunch of ingredients?As far as grocery shopping goes, they have a decent about of vegan plant based products.

Gotta love Publix. Always clean, well stocked, helpful employees, employee owned company.

For the first time in 26 years (approximately 3,380 visits) I encountered an employee at Publix that was less than pleasant.In fact he was down right rude and sarcastic.The individual, whose name I did not get, works in the meat dept.I hope I never have to interact with him again.

They had most of what I wanted, but no cream cheese danishes just cheese coffee cake. There wasnt even any entenmanns danishes. The bakery also didnt know what a cream cheese Danish was when I asked.

I drive all the way from Indiantown (35 minutes) just to go to this publix. Always stocked up and the employees are awesome especially Jim (I think his name was ) from the meat department, He was so kind and and helpful the last time I went 🙂

Publix is cookie cutter stores with rampant overpricing because theyre close to monopolizing groceries in the southeast... keep up the mediocre work. At least the stores are clean and close to each other.

Thanksgiving meal to order. Everything tasted great and was easy to prepare. It made Thanksgiving much more enjoyable.

Really great food!

Dropped my car off at 8 in the morning and never got any feed back. I had to call them and still got no feed back. So then I got dropped off car wasnt even looked at and yet no feed back. They have a lack of communication going on between the technicians and whoever is in charge.

1st covid shot. Very organized not crowded. No wait, everyone very courteous and helpful.

There were a large number of shoppers Not wearing masks. Employees who were still in uniform in line purchasing groceries not wearing a mask and not distancing herself in line as well as some employees not wearing masks. They seem not to care!! While the Publix in Jonathan Landing were “all” wearing masks and using the one way in lines. This is not a fake crisis Publix!!!

I have to honestly say, Publix has always been my go to store. It always had good quality, fair pricing, clean and friendly. Well, at the Chasewood Publix, something is amiss. I was getting ready to buy crumbled feta until I noticed a sell by date was three weeks ago! Items that are always in Stock were missing from the shelves and Im not referencing paper products. Big voids in food sections. Not a jar of refrigerated Clausen pickles in the store. The pricing is through the roof on everything. It was actually shocking to see how high they had been raised to. I am a savvy shopper so I did take notice and prices are much lower elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I went there to buy a cake and 2 gifts cards,At the cash register, I was paying with my credit card,the young lady called her manager,asking for ID and void my purchase, then send me.to to the customer service where they only wanna take a payment for the cake,they said its a company policy they cant even show to me.

Ordered online, 40 minutes later, 5 minutes after it was due.... Could not make one unheated sub on-time.

Place is great I go in during the off times no traffic. There is a guy working in there in the evening named Dan, he is very helpful.

The only way to make sure your bread isn’t smashed by cans of veggies or a gallon of milk is to bag your own food. I brought this to managements attn and they said they employ those with special needs and try their best from there. I found this to be offensive as the employees who bag the cold with the warm and the cleaning supplies with the bread aren’t the employees with special needs. They are just pure lazy. The manager assumed the employees with special needs are the ones who can’t handle their job. To him it’s not a training issue at all.

So I went to the deli to get a pub sub because all subs were $5.99 and I understand that the deli was busy during this time period, but Joyll did not act appropriately for this occasion. When I came up to get my sub, she had a bad attitude the whole time. I asked for a whole chicken tender sub and she had exclaimed OK WHAT BREAD?! I said white and continued on with my order. After I got my sub toasted, she had asked what toppings I would like and when I asked for pickles, she rudely asked, Dill or Garlic? almost as if she was annoyed because of how busy the deli had been. Then she proceeded to wrap my sub, but seemed very much in a hurry and got honey mustard all over the wrapping because she was rushing. This kind of behavior was very nasty and I will not be coming here again for any reason.

Far and away the worst deli in Jupiter/Tequesta.For whatever reason this particular deli (Chasewood) never has non-breaded plain/hot chicken wings,and if so,it is few and far between.I have to drive out of my way to Jupiter Farms,Jonathans Landing,Beach Store,and even Tequesta to get them.Sad,because I live directly across the street.This has been going on for years.The other stores a lot of times will go the extra mile to help,but not this Publix.The worst by a mile,undisputed.

Love this store. Always clean, good service, good selection. I always shop here. They had bottled water, bread and a lot of other staples right up until hurricane Dorian was at our doorstep.

“Where shopping is a pleasure”... as long as you don’t inconvenience the checkout staff with reusable bags or dare to show up within 30 minutes of closing.I don’t understand the local obsession with this grocery store chain and never have. Produce is mediocre at best. Staff is overall very friendly in the aisles, but in the checkout lanes they either have a running (unasked for) commentary on my grocery items, can’t manage to pack a canvas bag correctly (no, bags of chips shouldn’t go in first followed by cartons of milk on top), and generally seem a bit displeased to be at work. The commentary behind me as I exit around closing has been borderline rude. I don’t like crowds so I shop late, and I know I’m not alone judging by the number of shoppers I see turned away at the door just before 11pm. Perhaps if you have so many late night shoppers you might consider staying open later?Know what would be a pleasure? A well-programmed self-checkout lane.

They are always friendly. This place gets busy during the day and the parking lot doesnt have the best layout. I recommend going first thing in the mornings when they open at 7 am. The pharmacy has a drive thru which is very convenient.

One of the best Publix stores Ive been in!!

Stopped while on vacation needed snack and to gas up. The staff was friendly very helpful and ready to assist. We had odd request ask if they could wash our grapes. Without hesitation, they went above and beyond placed the clean grapes in a bowl and provided us with napkins for our trip. Who does this anymore. Excellent staff from customer service, produce dept to checkout, PUBLIX thats who.
