I visited a nearby competitor first. What a terrible mistake that was. So glad Jupiter Jewelry was recommended to me! They did an amazing job in designing a custom platinum ring with the stones I provided at less than half the cost I was quoted at that other place. They were able to 3D print the ring before casting to make sure it was perfect. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. 6/5 stars!

Our family has dealt with Jupiter Jewelry several times over the past few years and had nothing but great experiences. The staff is friendly, warm, and professional. The service and repair is the best. The jeweler on staff is an old watch-maker type, meticulous and careful, with literally decades of experience. Prices are fair and reasonable. Most of their customers are regulars, and they will quickly know you by name, more like friends than sales people. You wont be disappointed.

I went in for a cleaning and adjustments to a few rings. The lady was realistic about the price to fix my cheapo ring and fixed my other two rings (reshaped) and cleaned them free of charge! I was very impressed!

I purchased my wife’s A Jaffe wedding band from here. I had originally planned to buy it elsewhere, but after meeting Valerie and talking with her, I decided to bring my business here instead. Valerie was extremely helpful and kind from the first time I walked into the store. She took the time to get to know both my wife and I and to figure out exactly what we wanted, even calling A Jaffe themselves several times to confirm details and ask questions.
