Probably the best customer service I have ever received, Tim was awesome. The price was the best I could find as well. My 8 year old loves the electric guitar. I cannot recommend Musicians Buy enough.

Ive just had what may have been the best experience Ive ever had (and Im not a kid) with a company. Steve Bolanda at MusiciansBuy walked me through what might work best for my nonprofit at a large, outdoor event in four days time. We settled on a speaker and mic system with tripod, he ordered it that afternoon and it arrived two days later. Setting it up was super intuitive and the system worked perfectly at our event. It breaks down easily and is easy to store in a fairly small space. I cant say how relieved I was or how much I appreciated the customer service!

After my initial contact with this store, Chad introduced himself with an email very quickly.I had a question about this item, being used and all, and said that I had just purchased a new one from a different store with missing pieces, and had to return it.So I asked him to check if everything was there on this used unit..He replied very quickly, and said they actually found a new, unopened one in the warehouse.Yet I only still had to pay the used price. [About 66% of the new price I had paid.}Now who does that these days?No one else I know of!Shipping clear across the country was fast, [Florida to Washington State] and there was even a slip showing that everything was personally checked before shipping with a signature on it.If only every business did this, how many complaints & returns could be avoided?Thanks Chad!I will be shopping again here - but first next time, instead of last!James

Went on line Monday night desperate to find replacement VDrum heads that had to arrive before the weekend. Found you guys had the best price and ordered enough to get free shipping. Georges Music is THE BEST!!! Dont puchase your instruments from anyone else!!! I purchased a first guitar for my 7 year old grandson from Georges in June. The treble/bass switch broke during a lesson last week (Sept). When I called Georges Music I spoke with Steve Bolanda the GM. Steve said since it was still under warranty he would find a replacement. Well, he found one the next day and had it shipped in. My grandson was back to playing music within 72 hours . Steve never once questioned me as to how or why it broke, he simply honored the warranty - no hesitation - no hassles. Kudos to Georges Music and to General Manager Steve Bolanda. I will go to Georges for ALL of my familys musical needs. They stand behind their products and give service beyond exceptional to make customers happy and satisfied.

It has been an absolute joy going through MusiciansBuy for my purchase! I received my Concert Ukulele kit in record time, no shipping charges due to the dollar amount I spent, which was really great! What followed next though, is what really made me want to write this review...I got my kit, opened it up and started unpacking it, and after about an hour I got around to looking at the Gig bag that came with it. I had accidentally received a bag that was for a Soprano Uke and not a Concert Uke, I emailed them back (after hours) letting them know this, and that I would be happy to return the smaller bag for one the correct size, and Id also be happy to pay the difference. The next morning I already had an email waiting for me from Chad, and he was telling me to KEEP the Soprano bag, and that he was going to be sending me out the correct sized bag later that day FOR FREE!! Sure enough, later that same day I received the email with my tracking info in it, and it is on its way to me, just as Chad promised it would be! Even though I may not be ready for another instrument real soon (gotta learn this one first), I promise anyone reading this, that when I am ready to start shopping for another, I am going directly back to MusiciansBuys website, and I will also be referring them to all of my friends and family that ask!! My experience with the store was awesome. I dealt with the store over the phone (store is in Florida and I am in CA) and they help me every step in the way. First of all I could not get this instrument anywhere else and MusicianBuy got it for me, quickly helped me to resolve charge issue to make sure it is applied to my credit card only when instrument was shipped from the store to me (not when it was shipped from Italy). And couple words about instrument - this is unbelievably super sophisticated gear which is truly an instrument of 21st century. Thank you MusicianBuy for helping me to get this awesome instrument I enjoy every minute when use it. There are a lot to learn how to use it, but whatever I can use it for now is still fantastic.
