We have been needing new rotors on our Cadillac for a while, but the price quoted previously at another mechanic had me shook. Art was recommended to us by a good friend and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He took the time to show me what was wrong with the car’s brakes and made me aware of another potential issues that we should keep on our radar- I love that! He assured me they were going to use high quality parts and I feel confidant in the quality of work that was performed; not to mention- ecstatic about the money saved.Art also let me know how to treat the brakes as we break them in (no pun intended) and I can’t recall anyone else ever telling me the importance of that. For me, it’s the little things like that that show me how much pride they take in their work here at Performance Auto. I’ll definitely keep making the short trip from the city from now on!

Horrible experience! My husband and I had a check engine light on in our car. My husband stopped at this shop to ask how much it would be to do a diagnosis test. The guy at the counter told him $70 and to just bring the car back and it would take about an hour. Well I took the car back today and received a call back from the shop saying that the car is all fixed and that it will be $265. Never did I or my husband agree to have the work done or to pay this price. My husband just wanted the shop to let him know what the issue was so he could fix himself. They should have called us first to let us know how much it was going to cost and check if we wanted the work done. Beware of this scam shop. They will just do the work without telling you how much it will cost and you will end up with a bill whether you like it or not.

The manager. owner or mechanic (whatever his position was) he was okay. Would not say the prices was high but they could have been a tad lower. The shop does not look in a one condition or the workers were not top of the line professional but it was alright
