Such a friendly place! The staff is gladly available to help in any way. I appreciate that they always offer and then actually do,carry out my heavy bags of dog food to my car!

They never say hello when I come into the store. They will look at me and never say hello! Has happened many times to me. Love going to the store but I dont feel welcomed. Just a hello and can I help you would be nice! I would rate your store a 5 but I dont feel welcomed when I walk through the doors.

Pet salon is always on time. The store is nicely organized and stocked. The staff is amazing.

Staff is always great whenever we go in...but today I took in my nervous dog for nail trimming, mind you she will not let us trim her nails and runs from the clippers as well as taking a long time to warm up to new things and people. They were AWESOME with her and were able to trim her nails without making it a terrible experience for her. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Would recommend them 100%!!!!

Always great @ Oakridge Feed. I bought a plastic dog crate there and had a wire crate in the car and staff kindly came out and showed me how to assemble it. Its personalized service like this that keeps me coming back for all my dogs needs. Support local businesses!

Every employee is a wealth of information! We have had so many questions answered and solutions found here! My kids love to visit all the animals that hang out in the store. We also appreciate the pet salon and their patience with our naughty dog and her unmanageable hair! Definitely the highest recommendation from this family!!

Loves this place!My puppo got exactly what she needs, and I was very excited about the ears/sticks/biscuits!They get occasional visits from a traveling veterinary clinic, which is perfect for taking care of your dog or cat (on a budget).

Unique and great selection of treats for the dogs. Pig ears and elk jerky are a favorite among my dogs. Grooming service is great as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that earn the trust of my dogs.

The only place we get our pet food now. They also have awesome grooming services. My dogs rather special needs and they take care of his nails here and they are amazing with him. Done in 2 minutes or less and you can stay right there with your pet.

Excellent variety of items for all kinds of critters! There is a huge selection of dog toys available. Lots of bird feeders too. Animal themed cards for all occasions.

Great people and customer service. Have groomers in house. I have a dog who is paw sensitive and they got his toe nails clipped and us out the door in less than 10 minutes and they charged less than $10.00.

They had the very basics I needed, but not much else in terms of selection.Staff were pleasant. Glad to have something available in this location.

This store carries some pretty great brands that many other big box pet stores just do not carry. I can typically rely on the prices being better than other pet stores as well and dont have to dig through their dog food items to avoid certain ingredients because for the most part they just dont carry the garbage that stores like Petco and Petsmart carry. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The groomers also do a very nice job and the grooming area doesnt seem overly crowded with dogs like some grooming facilities in town. I also love that they host puppy classes. Its nice to have all of your pets needs taken care of in one place with people you come to know and trust.

My dog looks fantastic. He is a chow-lab and was shedding so much I could have made a whole pack of dogs... I was vacuuming upwards of 5 times a day! Hes also older, so I was especially concerned taking him to Petco (where we used to go) after watching them yank and shove a dog around. But (Cassie, I think) calmed my nerves and even said I could watch the whole time if I wanted, which I didnt. My pooch was sleeping peacefully with his beautiful new hair when I came to get him.Honestly, it was a little bit pricier than I would have liked, but I decided not to base my review on that. And it might not be any more expensive than most places. (Mine was $85.00 plus a $15.00 dollar tip.)
