Ive been to Kalamazoo Kitty many times. And have never walked out empty handed. Its a great place to shop, and prices are great. Highly recommend Kalamazoo Kitty.

Love the new location. Very clean and easy to navigate. Great variety of vendors. Spoke briefly to the manager (owner?) with some questions - she was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

I always enjoy perusing this consignment store to see what each booth holds. So much to see- furniture, home decor, pictures, rugs, candles, books, you name it. Theres plenty to appeal to whatever your decorating style - vintage, farmhouse or MCM. Always chock full of fun treasures, painted furniture, lots of kitschy stuff. I absolutely love to see the unique and creative ways furniture and displays are styled. Always so much eye candy for the decorator in me. The only problem I ever have with this store is disciplining myself not to stay all day here!

Totally overwhelmed. There are so many booths full of so much to look a I wasnt sure where the door was. bought a couple pieces of discontinued fiesta ware and some champagne glasses. A bit pricey more than garage sale beautiful store. Looks like fun holiday shopping

Around the perimeter of the building are many shops that rent space and sell a myriad of clothing, jewelry, decor and more. In the center is a huge collection of consignment items including furniture, home decor, antiques etc. Plan to spend at least a couple hours here; theres so much to see. Pricing varies greatly. There is a tiny snack center where you can grab a quick bite of something to sustain you through your shopping experience!

I enjoyed looking around at all the different booths, many over priced but some not so bad .However the lady working the cash register when I paid for my items was not friendly at all, thats a big turn off for me. I was very friendly to her and nothing from her was friendly or welcoming at all .

This is a place you can go and just look around. You can enjoy the atmosphere even if you arent in the market for anything. However, beware. You likely will find something you want.

Really cool store, has some really cute decorations. Some furniture is a little over-priced but altogether pretty good! I found a couple cute things for decoration.

My sisters and I LOVE Kalamazoo Kitty. We travel every aisle forward then turn around and travel the same aisles from another direction so we have a better chance of seeing everything. I smile just thinking about the next trip because we laugh and reminisce about the one we used to have like that.If you havent been there yet, you have a treat in store for yourself! Enjoy. You can’t tell who works here! They don’t wear a name tag of any kind. Come to find out, the place has like 2 actually employees and the owner solicits the owners of her booths she receives monthly rent from to work in the store for free. Seems the individual shops are priced ok. But, they overprice the consignment items. And being closed on Sunday’s is a major turnoff. Also the checkout process was chaotic.

If you are looking for a place that mixes design, art and resale, congratulations, you have found it! My husband I and I like to help the planet (and our pocketbook) by filling our house with treasures old and new. We recently renovated our main floor using KalamazooKitty. A half dozen small tables (one is an old tool box), an old chicken coop for storage (so cute with baskets), a Pottery Barn table, and several upcycled treasures - vintage and on trend - found their way to make our very 1970s home. We sold the pieces we didnt want at KalamazooKitty. Our home no longer looks like the Brady family lives there, it looks like the farmhouse cozy we wanted.The stores are new every visit and we shop often. My husband loves the chalk paint and the booths with good pickins. I love all of it, its my happy place. Visit both stores - there is always something new

Lovely store! Very nice used furniture and decorations. 4 stars because I would like to see the store staff be a little more friendly. I was not greatest as I walked in the store even though someone was at the desk and 3 out of the 4 staff acted like I didnt even exist. One lady was very Kind and even said we wouldnt be here if you werent here. At least one of them think customers are important.

The place is cool and neatly decorated but the prices are very overpriced for old, used furniture. The person behind the register did not acknowledge us as we walked in.. not hello or how can I help you? Nothing. I won’t be back.

This is a very cool place. Beautiful furniture beautifully arranged and displayed. So nice to see quality pieces still in usable shape, as most modern furniture is not even deserving of the term. Prices were hard to judge as a lot of the nicer stuff is so unique.

Fun and funky resale place for furniture and home decor. Some items are reasonably priced, other items not so much.

Modern, vintage, and antique consignment store, mostly home furnishings and decor. Usually at least one interesting item to see even if they dont have anything you want to actually buy at the time. It seems like inventory changes pretty frequently. I go a few times a year to see what theyve got. Theres one on Portage Rd and one on West Main. One of the only things I dont like is all the painted antique furniture. Im not sure if the seller paints it or if someone at the store paints it, but personally Id rather buy a nice antique piece that has a few issues and either refinish it myself or pay to have it refinished. Prices vary. Its creatively laid out with little staged rooms. Neat store.

Kalamazoo Kitty has a wide selection of consignment furniture and home decor. The items are high quality and the staff is very knowledgeable of their products. The store manager, Allie, is especially helpful and her smile and attitude is contagious.

A nice place to buy consignment goods, and they really know how to decorate. On the flip side, they take a very high consignment fee (close to half), which means that you are almost as well off pawning or Craigslisting your goods.

Very professional decorating, everything looks fantastic in the store and is comparable to Chip and Joanna.

I was a co-signer there until one of my items got broken and I was not not notified and it was marked donated plus I was not compensated for it. Poor business practice. You break you buy. I’ve yanked the rest of my items.
